✨ RESONANT CLAIRVOYANCE
⠀
🔮 5 days. 5 practices. 5 gateways to subtle perception.
⠀
Mahapurna School invites everyone to a new FREE mini-training course, “Resonant Clairvoyance”!
⠀
Have you ever wondered how much exists around us that we fail to notice?
⠀
We are used to trusting our five senses. But are our perceptive abilities really limited to them alone? Can we learn to notice the subtlest visual effects, feel our own bodies more deeply, hear the voice of intuition, and find answers in the depths of our consciousness?
⠀
And most interesting of all—what role can the ordinary human voice play in all this?
⠀
🕉 At the heart of our training is the ancient yogic practice of Bhramari, a special breathing technique involving a sustained vibrational humming sound.
⠀
This is not merely an unusual sound. During the humming, a tangible vibration arises in the face and head, the nature of the breath changes, and attention naturally turns inward.
⠀
Modern research shows that this type of breathing can influence physiological processes associated with relaxation and nervous system regulation.
⠀
And in the yogic tradition, the soundhas long been regarded as one of the tools for working with consciousness.
⠀
What happens if we combine an ancient sound resonance technique with subtle perception practices?
⠀
That is exactly what we are going to explore!
⠀

🌌 WHAT AWAITS US OVER FIVE DAYS?
⠀
🔮 DAY 1. Awakening the Inner Screen
⠀
We will learn to enter a state of inner silence and observe images, light phenomena, and unusual visual impressions that arise with our eyes closed.
⠀
👁 DAY 2. Seeing the Aura
⠀
We will try to see a subtle luminous outline around our own fingers and palms, as well as around another person’s body. We will learn how peripheral vision works and why we sometimes notice what previously remained invisible.
⠀
👐 DAY 3. Touching the Invisible
⠀
We will combine sound resonance with elements of Chinese qigong. We will explore the sensations between the palms, bodily sensitivity, and what Eastern traditions commonly call the movement of vital energy.
⠀
🌠 DAY 4. A Question to the Akashic Space
⠀
One of the most mysterious practices in our training!
⠀
We will become acquainted with the esoteric concept of the Akashic space— a universal repository of knowledge. We will learn to formulate an inner question, immerse ourselves in silence, and observe the intuitive answers, symbols, and images that arise.
⠀
✨ DAY 5. The Test of Resonant Vision
⠀
The final experiment!
⠀
We will try to feel or mentally see a hidden image without knowing in advance what it depicts. Then we will reveal it and compare the impressions we received with reality.
⠀

💫 WHAT WILL THIS TRAINING GIVE YOU?
⠀
Over five days, you will be introduced to an unusual yogic technique, learn to use sound vibration for concentration, and train your attention, observation, sensitivity, and intuitive perception.
⠀
You may notice visual effects for the first time that you previously paid no attention to. You may discover an entirely new way of inner contemplation. Or perhaps the most surprising discovery will be just how deep and multifaceted our own consciousness can be.
⠀
We will draw on both scientific ideas about perception and ancient esoteric traditions, without confusing subjective impressions with proven supernatural abilities.
⠀
There is no need to believe anything blindly here. You need to try, observe, investigate, and draw your own conclusions.
⠀
🌿 Participation is completely free.
⠀
No special preparation is required. The practices are accessible even to those who have never practiced yoga or meditation before.
⠀
Every day brings new knowledge, a new practice, and a new step toward unexplored possibilities of perception.
⠀
🔔 We’re starting soon!

🔮 RESONANT CLAIRVOYANCE

DAY 1. AWAKENING THE INNER SCREEN
⠀
The first journey beyond our familiar perception.
⠀
Dear friends! Today we begin our five-day workshop, “Resonant Clairvoyance.”
⠀
Over these five days, we will explore the unusual possibilities of human perception, turn to ancient yogic practices, and become acquainted with what esoteric traditions call subtle vision, sensing energy, and intuitive knowing.
⠀
However, before attempting to see another person’s aura or receive an answer from the Akashic space, we have something more important to do—we must become acquainted with our own inner vision.
⠀
There is, after all, an astonishing paradox: when our eyes are closed and the outside world disappears from view, the ability to see does not stop working.
⠀
Inside us, an entire world of images, light, color, and movement continues to exist. Sometimes this world reveals itself in dreams. Sometimes—in meditation. And sometimes all it takes is simply closing your eyes, calming down, and carefully observing what is happening behind your closed eyelids.
⠀
Today we will try to open the door to this wondrous world.
⠀
🕉 PART ONE. THE MYSTERY OF VIBRATING SOUND
⠀
In the ancient yogic tradition, there is a practice known as Bhramari pranayama.
⠀
The Sanskrit word “Bhramari” means “bee.” The practice received this name because of its characteristic humming sound, reminiscent of a bee’s buzzing.
⠀
The technique seems extremely simple: a person takes a calm inhalation and then, during a prolonged exhalation, produces a soft, vibrating “M-m-m-m-m...” sound.
⠀
But behind this simplicity lies a very interesting phenomenon.
⠀
When we hum with our lips closed, the sound is perceived not only through the ears. We begin to feel the vibration in the face, nasal area, and lips, and sometimes in the head and chest.
⠀
It creates an unusual impression, as if the sound is born not outside but within the person themselves.
⠀
Attention gradually shifts away from the surrounding world and turns toward our own sensations.
⠀
In yogic philosophy, this transition from external impressions to inner contemplation resembles the principle of pratyahara—the withdrawal of the senses from external objects.
⠀
This is precisely the state we will need for today’s practice.
⠀
🔬 What does science say?
⠀
Modern research has discovered some very intriguing physiological features of humming.
⠀
For example, in 2002, Swedish researchers Eddie Weitzberg and Jon Lundberg found that during humming, the concentration of nitric oxide in the nasal air measured in ten volunteers increased approximately 15-fold compared with a normal exhalation.
⠀
The scientists explained this effect by changes in air exchange between the paranasal sinuses and the nasal cavity.
⠀
Nitric oxide is an important signaling molecule involved in various physiological processes. However, the increase in its concentration during humming, by itself, does not indicate improved clairvoyance.
⠀
Study: Humming Greatly Increases Nasal Nitric Oxide.
⠀
There is another interesting feature: sustained humming naturally promotes a slower exhalation. Calm, rhythmic breathing helps many people relax and focus.
⠀
The latter is especially important to us.
⠀
In today's practice, sound will not be the goal but a tool. We will use it to gradually reduce the influence of external stimuli and prepare the mind to observe inner images.
⠀
👁 PART TWO. WHAT IS THE INNER SCREEN?
⠀
Try closing your eyes for a few seconds right now.
⠀
What do you see?
⠀
At first glance, it may seem that absolute darkness should appear before us. However, if you look more closely, it often turns out not to be completely uniform.
⠀
You may notice barely discernible patches of light, wave-like movements, flickering, colored dots, and fanciful geometric patterns.
⠀
Sometimes more complex images appear: the outlines of objects, fragments of faces, landscapes, or completely unexpected scenes.
⠀
Science classifies some of these phenomena as phosphenes—sensations of light that arise without a corresponding external light source. Others may be connected with visual memory, imagination, or images on the boundary between sleep and wakefulness.
⠀
Esoteric traditions use a different language to describe inner contemplation. They speak of subtle vision, the inner eye, the Ajna chakra, and the ability to perceive images beyond the immediate functioning of the physical eyes.
⠀
These ideas should not be regarded as a scientifically proven explanation for the images that arise. But they provide an interesting symbolic basis for exploring one’s own consciousness.
⠀
And today, we do not need to decide in advance exactly what we will see.
⠀
Our task is to learn to observe the inner screen without forcing it to show us what we want to see.
⠀
This is a very important moment.
⠀
When a person tries to deliberately imagine a red ball, a red ball may appear before them. But this is the work of the imagination.
⠀
Today we will try to act differently. We will not summon images. We will allow them to arise on their own.
⠀
Perhaps nothing unusual will happen. Perhaps only faint patches of light will appear. Or perhaps the inner space will suddenly fill with movement, color, or symbols.
⠀
Any of these results is interesting.
⠀
🌌 PART THREE. THE “AWAKENING THE INNER SCREEN” PRACTICE
⠀
Duration: about 20 minutes.
⠀
For the session, you will need a quiet room, a comfortable place to sit, and the opportunity to remain for some time without outside conversations or distractions.
⠀
Soft, subdued lighting is preferable. Complete darkness is not necessary.
⠀
The practice can be performed sitting on a chair or in a meditative posture. The main thing is for your body to be stable and comfortable.
⠀
✨ Stage 1. Entering Silence — 2 minutes
⠀
Sit upright and relax your shoulders, neck, and facial muscles.
⠀
Close your eyes.
⠀
Do not hurry. Allow your breathing to become calm and natural.
⠀
Feel how your body makes contact with the surface on which you are sitting.
⠀
Listen to the sounds around you. Do not try to get rid of them. Let them simply exist somewhere outside your attention.
⠀
Mentally say:
⠀
“Now I leave the external world and turn my attention inward.”
⠀
Sit quietly for a while.
⠀
✨ Stage 2. First observation — 2 minutes
⠀
Without opening your eyes, pay attention to the space in front of you.
⠀
Do not deliberately imagine anything.
⠀
Simply observe.
⠀
Is there absolute darkness in front of you? Or do you notice shades, movement, points of light, or spots?
⠀
Do not try to hold on to what you see. Do not evaluate it or come up with explanations.
⠀
Remember the overall impression.
⠀
This will be your initial state, which we will later compare with the sensations after the sound practice.
⠀
✨ Stage 3. Awakening resonance — 4 minutes
⠀
Now the main preparation begins.
⠀
Take a calm breath in through your nose.
⠀
Close your lips and begin humming on a slow exhalation:
⠀
M-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m...
⠀
There is no need to make a loud sound. Instead, find a soft, low, pleasant pitch at which the vibration can be clearly felt inareas of the face.
⠀
Allow the sound to continue for as long as your natural exhalation remains comfortable.
⠀
Then take another calm breath in.
⠀
Repeat the humming.
⠀
Complete seven cycles in total.
⠀
During the first three cycles, focus on the vibration in your lips and nasal area.
⠀
During the next two, pay attention to the sensation of vibration in your head.
⠀
During the final two, imagine that the sound gently fills the entire inner space of your body.
⠀
After the seventh hum, fall completely silent.
⠀
And now—do nothing.
⠀
Simply listen to the silence.
⠀
You may notice a lingering sensation of vibration, slight warmth, or an unusual depth of inner peace.
⠀
Do not try to produce these sensations artificially.
⠀
✨ Stage 4. Opening the Inner Screen—8 minutes
⠀
Continue sitting with your eyes closed.
⠀
Now turn your attention once again to the space in front of you.
⠀
Try to observe it as though there were a huge dark screen in front of you.
⠀
You do not need to project anything onto it.
⠀
Simply look into this space with your inner attention.
⠀
If points of light appear, observe them.
⠀
If colored spots arise, allow them to change.
⠀
If geometric shapes appear, do not try to give them a specific form.
⠀
If an image of a face, an object, or some place arises—do not rush to explain why you saw it.
⠀
The main rule: do not intentionally create anything and do not suppress anything.
⠀
There is no need to strain your eyes or try to physically look at the space behind your closed eyelids.
⠀
Your gaze should remain relaxed.
⠀
Imagine that you are sitting on the shore of an unknown sea. Waves arise and disappear before you. You do not control the sea, but you can observe it.
⠀
You should relate to the arising inner images in the same way.
⠀
Sometimes they will become brighter; at other times, they will disappear. At times, your attention will begin to drift toward thoughts.
⠀
If this happens, calmly return to observing.
⠀
After about four minutes, you can once again very gently produce a prolonged “M-m-m” on one comfortable exhalation, and then immerse yourself in silence again.
⠀
Notice whether your perception has changed afterward.
⠀
Do not try to achieve a specific result. Sometimes the ability to observe calmly proves more important than the images themselves.
⠀
✨ Stage 5. Completion and recollection — 4 minutes
⠀
Now gradually bring the practice to an end.
⠀
Before opening your eyes, recall everything that happened during the observation.
⠀
What did the inner screen look like at the very beginning?
⠀
Did it change after the humming?
⠀
Were there did you notice spots of light, colors, shapes, or unexpected images?
⠀
Did you have the feeling that the images were appearing on their own?
⠀
Calmly open your eyes.
⠀
Do not get up immediately. Sit for a little longer, allowing your attention to return to the world around you.
⠀
Then write down your observations.
⠀
📖 HOMEWORK
⠀
Today I suggest that each participant start a small “Resonant Clairvoyance Journal”.
⠀
For five days, we will record our impressions there and compare them.
⠀
After the first practice, answer a few questions:
⠀
1. What did you feel during the humming? Did you feel a vibration in your face, head, or other parts of your body?
⠀
2. What did you see on the inner screen before the humming?
⠀
3. Did your inner visual space change after the sound practice?
⠀
4. Did any unexpected images, colors, symbols, or pictures appear?
⠀
5. How did your inner state change after the session?
⠀
Observations from those who noticed a difference between the first contemplation and the contemplation after the sound vibration are especially interesting.
⠀
And even if you did not see anything unusual, be sure towrite about it. We value not only vivid impressions, but also tangible results.
⠀
🌟 CONCLUSION OF THE FIRST DAY
⠀
Today we took the first step.
⠀
We did not try to look into the future, read other people's thoughts, or penetrate the mysteries of the Akashic space.
⠀
We began with what is closest and, at the same time, most mysterious — our own consciousness.
⠀
Perhaps some discovered that even with their eyes closed, an amazing world of light and movement continues to exist before them.
⠀
Someone felt for the first time how an ordinary human voice can change their inner state.
⠀
And someone simply learned to calmly observe what was happening within them for several minutes.
⠀
All of this is valuable experience.
⠀
After all, the path to subtler perception does not begin with extraordinary visions, but with the ability to notice what previously went unnoticed.
⠀
Tomorrow, the next step awaits us — “Aura Vision.”
⠀
We will try to shift our attention from the inner screen to the space surrounding physical objects and the human body.
⠀
For now, share your first impressions in the comments.
⠀
✨ To be continued...

Day 1.
During the humming, I felt a slight vibration. I even wanted to intensify it, as it seemed insignificant to me. Then I realized that I had become accustomed to intense stimuli and reactions, and that simply recognizing myself already seemed so minor. I looked at it from the level of the body, for which my humming is like a jet engine taking off. Then I understood that I simply needed to develop my sensitivity.
During the first viewing of the inner screen, there was emptiness—just a screen and nothing else.
After humming, I began to see certain images on the screen: the silhouette of an eagle in profile; an animal holding onto a branch with its paws; a person walking, and I could see their legs, which seemed enormous—I was looking from somewhere below; then something like a funnel, with a bright light inside. I went a little deeper, but not far.
The visions changed significantly: there was nothing at first, and then suddenly images appeared after the breathing. It definitely works. I got distracted and brought myself back.

Day No. 1
Before the humming, there was simply a dark screen, slightly blurred and lighter around the edges. During the humming, my attention was on the vibration. I sat with the window open; it was early morning, and I didn’t want to wake the neighbors. I hummed quietly.
When I became quiet, I suddenly blacked out for a few seconds, and then someone seemed to lean toward my face. The screen was bright; this someone was visible almost down to the waist, but I didn’t have time to make out any details. I flinched, and the vision disappeared.
I continued sitting with my eyes closed. Spots appeared on the screen, then something flickered—perhaps silhouettes, perhaps shadows. I felt peaceful. I woke up very early today, didn’t go for a walk, and practiced instead.

It’s very interesting to observe how not only the picture, but also the sensations change as the practice progresses.
At first it was dark—perhaps because I was doing it in the dark—then it was as if something was moving before my eyes, but the screen was still dark, with green and blue flashes or moving threads.
After the third humming sound, my palms began to feel hot, then my feet started to feel as if electricity were passing through them and began to heat up, while the humming in my head seemed to expand the space.
Then light effects appeared on the screen: a bright point with rays in the center, like the sun; then the entire screen filled with light and a moving picture began. Landscapes changed one after another. I didn’t focus on them because they changed quickly, but there were mountains and rivers, as if everything had been painted by the sun—simply incredible.
Thank you so much. I’m looking forward to continuing today with the second day 🙏💖💞

Day 1.
During the humming, I felt vibrations in my lips; my teeth were humming too, as well as my nose. Later, a vibration started in my forehead, and now I feel some kind of pressure.
Before the humming, I first saw light and slightly dark stripes, and some spots, like raindrops on glass.
After chanting m m m, a road appeared on the inner screen, as if in fog, with fields around it. Then the image became clearer, and I clearly saw a road, a highway stretching far ahead beyond the horizon. There were large trees on the left and fields on the right. I was walking or slowly driving along the road, moving forward ..

Day 1
An interesting experience.
Before the humming, I entered a state of relaxation and observed the dark field around me, with certain sensations of movement within it.
When I began humming, I felt vibrations moving across my face, then in the Ajna chakra. Next came a pleasant expansion in my head and a subtle perception of a sound resembling the chirping of crickets.
After the humming, a shimmering network appeared before my eyes, changing its patterns. I saw isolated flashes of red, and then, in the center of it all, a spinning violet disk appeared and moved toward me.
When I opened my eyes, this weightless silence and beauty still remained within me, although not for long.
Thank you for the Intensive 🙏

Namaste! Thank you for the intensive!
Day 1.
The humming was transmitted to my entire body almost immediately, and pleasant vibrations began. Before the humming, there was a calm space in front of my eyes with small horizontal lines. After the humming, the space began to vibrate, shimmer, and brighten. It started with bright spots, and then everything became bright. Figures flashed by. I hummed a little longer and began to fall asleep—I even started dreaming). I returned to the practice and sat for a little while longer. I feel pleasantly relaxed, with light vibrations.

Namaste!

Day 1.

In terms of how it felt, the first stage took me a little more time; the reason was the inner dialogue, which did not calm down immediately. During the second stage, I merely observed rare dark-violet flashes against a black background.

Third stage. During the humming, coarse vibrations first manifested in the area of the Muladhara and Svadhisthana. By the end of the seventh cycle, I felt a slight effect of expanded consciousness.
After seven cycles, the residual vibrations transformed into weaker and more pleasant ones.
Weakly expressed vibrations also moved upward toward the chest and downward toward the feet.

Fourth stage: while working with the inner screen, I honestly tried to remain in the state of a serene observer, which did not always work. The restless mind occasionally reminded me of its presence.
During contemplation, the inner screen could remain empty, or it could become filled with moving dots or with certain flashes and ripples of muted colors.

Day 1
1. During the humming, there were vibrations in the area between the eyebrows. My left leg was vibrating quite strongly, and my spine began to sway slightly clockwise; this continued after the humming until I opened my eyes.
2. Before the humming, I saw dim, blurry violet spots.
3. After the humming, I felt as though my inner space had expanded, along with a sense of disorientation.
4. First, something resembling a web of chains appeared, with dim violet cells inside. Then, against its background, luminous spots and streaks drifted by, as if made of the Northern Lights, along with small sparks and flashes.
5. After the session, I felt very deeply relaxed, and my sense of smell became more acute.

🔮 RESONANT CLAIRVOYANCE
DAY 2. SEEING THE AURA
⠀
The art of noticing the invisible.
⠀
Dear friends! Today we continue our journey into the fascinating world of human perception.
⠀
Yesterday, we became acquainted with the ancient yogic practice of Bhramari, learned to create inner sound resonance, and observed unusual phenomena that can arise before closed eyes.
⠀
Today, however, our task is considerably more interesting.
⠀
We will try to see what lies at the very edge of our accustomed visual perception—the luminous contours around physical objects and the human body.
⠀
In esoteric traditions, such phenomena are often associated with the aura—the subtle energy field of living beings.
⠀
But what exactly are we capable of seeing? And why does a barely perceptible glow sometimes appear around a person’s fingers, palms, or head?
⠀
Today, we will try to explore this not only theoretically, but also through our own experience.
⠀
And perhaps the familiar space around us will appear to you in an entirely different light.
⠀
🌈 PART ONE. WHAT IS THE AURA?
⠀
The idea that a living being is surrounded by an invisible energy field is found in many spiritual and esoteric teachings.
⠀
In the Indian tradition, we encounter the concept of prana — the life force, as well as the teaching about the subtle sheaths of the human being, called koshas.
⠀
In Chinese philosophy, there is the concept of qi — vital energy, whose circulation plays an important role in traditional health and spiritual practices.
⠀
In Western occultism, the teaching about the aura, described as a subtle emanation surrounding the human body, became widespread.
⠀
According to some esoteric beliefs, the aura may differ in color, shape, intensity, and brightness. It is believed that its characteristics are connected with a person's emotional, psychological, or spiritual state.
⠀
For example, in various esoteric systems, blue hues are associated with calmness, green with harmony, and golden hues with elevated states of consciousness.
⠀
However, these color associations are symbolic interpretations and vary depending on the tradition.
⠀
There is no scientifically confirmed way to see and determine a person's emotional or spiritual state based on the colors of the aura today does not exist.
⠀
Nevertheless, there is a truly interesting question: why do some people observe light, dark, or colored halos around bodies and objects?
⠀
And there is something for us to discuss here.
⠀
🔬 PART TWO. WHAT DOES OUR VISION HIDE?
⠀
Every second, our eyes receive an enormous amount of visual information. However, the mind does not process all of it with the same level of detail.
⠀
We are used to looking at objects directly: examining their shape, color, and details.
⠀
But there is another way of seeing—with the help of peripheral vision.
⠀
When we stop intently examining an object and gently hold our gaze beside it, its boundaries and the surrounding background begin to be perceived differently.
⠀
Three visual phenomena are especially interesting.
⠀
1. Contrast at the boundaries of objects.
⠀
Our visual system enhances the perception of differences between light and dark areas. Sometimes this creates the sensation of an additional light or dark band along the edge of an object.
⠀
2. Visual adaptation.
⠀
If you look at a particular outline for an extended period, the visual neurons gradually change their response. After shifting your gaze, afterimages may appear, sometimes of a differentshade.
⠀
3. Peripheral perception.
⠀
Areas of the retina beyond central vision perceive details, movement, and contrast differently. Therefore, an object we look at not directly but slightly to the side may sometimes seem unusual.
⠀
These very features may explain some of the observations that people describe as seeing an aura.
⠀
But this is not an obstacle for our research.
⠀
On the contrary, we are about to find out exactly what we see, how this phenomenon arises, and whether we can learn to notice it more consciously.
⠀
🕉 PART THREE. SOUND AND INNER VISION
⠀
You probably remember that on the first day we became acquainted with the Bhramari practice—a special yogic breathing technique accompanied by a gentle humming sound.
⠀
Today we will use this technique again.
⠀
But now it will have a somewhat different purpose.
⠀
Yesterday we used the vibration to prepare for observing the inner screen.
⠀
Today we will try to determine whether the state following the humming affects our ability to notice the subtlest visual effects with our eyes open.
⠀
In traditional yoga, special attention is given to the Ajna chakra—the symbolic center of inner vision located in the area between the eyebrows.
⠀
According to yogic concepts, working with this is associated with the development of concentration, intuition, and inner knowledge.
⠀
However, today we will not try to physically influence this area.
⠀
Our work will be much subtler: we will use sound vibration, relaxation, and a special way of contemplation.
⠀
Imagine that the surface of the water is constantly covered with ripples. Even if there is a beautiful stone at the bottom, it is difficult to make it out.
⠀
But when the surface of the water becomes calm, we begin to see what we had not noticed before.
⠀
In the same way, sound meditation can help us calm our attention and prepare for more focused observation.
⠀
Our task is not to force the eyes to see something extraordinary, but to learn to see without habitual tension.
⠀
✨ PART FOUR. “AURA SEEING” PRACTICE
⠀
Duration: 20–25 minutes.
⠀
For the practice, you will need:
⠀
• A quiet room with soft, even lighting.
• A plain light-gray or white wall.
• A comfortable chair.
• Your own palms.
• If possible, an assistant to observe the outline of the human body.
⠀
Ideally, the light should not shine directly into your eyes, and there should be no bright reflections or sharp shadows on the wall.
⠀
🌿 Stage 1. First observation — 3 minutes
⠀
Before beginning the sound practice, we will conduct a small experiment.
⠀
Sit facing a plain wall.
⠀
Raise one hand, positioning it approximately 30–50 centimeters from your eyes.
⠀
Spread your fingers and leave small gaps between them.
⠀
Your hand should stand out clearly against the wall.
⠀
Now look not directly at your fingers, but at an area of the background approximately two to three centimeters beside their contours.
⠀
Do not strain your eyes.
⠀
Do not try to see a glow deliberately.
⠀
Simply observe the area around your fingers calmly for 15–20 seconds.
⠀
Blink as usual.
⠀
Then lower your hand and rest for a while.
⠀
Repeat the observation two more times.
⠀
Try to remember whether you noticed anything unusual: a light strip, a dark outline, a faint haze, or a change in the contrast or shade of the background.
⠀
If nothing happened, that is perfectly normal.
⠀
For now, we are only becoming familiar with the initial characteristics of our visual perception.
⠀
🕉 Stage 2. Awakening resonance — 4 minutes
⠀
Now close your eyes.
⠀
Straighten your back and completely relax the muscles of your face.
⠀
Take a calm breath in through your nose.
⠀
As you slowly exhale, begin to hum gently:
⠀
M-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m...
⠀
Try to find a pitch at which the vibration feels pleasant in your lips, nasal area, and face.
⠀
There is no need to hum loudly.
⠀
Let the sound be deep, calm, and sustained.
⠀
Repeat seven times, maintaining a natural breathing rhythm.
⠀
During the first three repetitions, pay attention to the sound itself.
⠀
During the next two, focus on the sensations of vibration.
⠀
During the final two, imagine that the sound is gradually dissolving into inner silence.
⠀
After the seventh repetition, fall silent.
⠀
Sit with your eyes closed for about one minute.
⠀
Do not look for any special sensations.
⠀
Allow your attention to settle.
⠀
👁 Stage 3. The Light Contour — 6 minutes
⠀
Now slowly open your eyes.
⠀
Do not immediately start looking at the objects around you.
⠀
Raise your hand against the wall again.
⠀
Spread your fingers.
⠀
Look at a small area of the wall next to the tip of your index finger.
⠀
And now the most important part.
⠀
Try to perceive the finger itself and the space directly around it simultaneously.
⠀
Do not examine the skin or nail.
⠀
Let the finger remain slightly to the side of the point at which your gaze is focused.
⠀
Maintain a soft, relaxed gaze.
⠀
After a few seconds, you may notice that the edge of the finger is perceived differently.
⠀
Some people experience a sensation of a thin, light strip. Others see a dark halo, a slight haze, or a change in the background color.
⠀
You may not see anything like this.
⠀
Continue observing for 15–20 seconds, then relax and rest.
⠀
Repeat several times.
⠀
Now try observing not one finger, but the space between two fingers.
⠀
Then observe the outer contour of the entire palm.
⠀
Pay attention not only to the boundaries themselves, but also to the space surrounding them.
⠀
If an unusual visual effect appears, do not rush to conclude that you have seen an energy field.
⠀
First of all, remember exactly what the phenomenon looked like: its shape, width, color, and movement.
⠀
Today we are learning to be attentive researchers of our own perception.
⠀
🌈 Stage 4. Exploring the light contour — 4 minutes
⠀
And now we will conduct another interesting experiment.
⠀
If you noticed a light or colored halo around your fingers, try moving your hand very slowly a little to the right or left.
⠀
What happens to the contour you noticed?
⠀
Does it follow the movement of your hand?
⠀
Does it disappear when you move?
⠀
Or does an afterimage remain in the previous position for a moment?
⠀
Then change the background.
⠀
For example, instead of a white wall use a light-gray surface or another solid-colored background.
⠀
Pay attention to whether the hue, brightness, or width of the outline changes.
⠀
Such experiments will help us better understand the nature of the observed phenomena.
⠀
If the effect depends on the background color, the direction of your gaze, or the observation time, this is an important clue about how our visual system works.
⠀
At the same time, even an outline that seems to move along with the hand does not, by itself, prove the presence of a visible aura: such phenomena can also be explained by the processing of visual boundaries.
⠀
🌟 Stage 5. Observing another person — 5 minutes
⠀
If someone nearby is willing to help you, ask them to stand in front of a solid-colored wall.
⠀
Ideally, their clothing should contrast with the background.
⠀
Sit or stand approximately one and a half to two meters away from them.
⠀
Now try applying the same relaxed-vision technique.
⠀
Do not look directly at the person’s shoulder; instead, look slightly to the side, at a section of the wall next to the shoulder.
⠀
Allow the outline of the body to remain in your peripheral vision.
⠀
There is no need to stare intently or restrict your blinking.
⠀
Observe in short sessions.
⠀
You may notice a light strip along the shoulder, unusual contrast, or a color effect near the head.
⠀
Remember this impression.
⠀
Then ask the person move slightly and repeat the observation.
⠀
If there is no assistant, use a houseplant or any object with a clearly distinguishable outline instead.
⠀
The main goal today is to master the observation principle itself.
⠀
📖 PART FIVE. OBSERVATION JOURNAL
⠀
After completing the practice, be sure to spend a few minutes making notes.
⠀
Recall exactly what happened during each stage.
⠀
1. Were you able to notice an unusual outline around your fingers before the sound practice?
⠀
2. Did anything change after seven cycles of Bhramari?
⠀
3. What did the effects you noticed look like: a light strip, haze, shadow, colored halo, or something else?
⠀
4. Did these effects depend on the position of your hand, the background color, and the direction of your gaze?
⠀
5. Were you able to notice a similar outline around another person or a plant?
⠀
6. What proved more difficult: seeing an unusual effect or maintaining a relaxed gaze without expecting anything?
⠀
It will be especially interesting to read the observations of those who tried this technique for the first time.
⠀
And remember: what matters to us is your genuine experience, not a result you expected in advance.
⠀
🌌 PART SIX. WHAT IS THE SECRET OF SUBTLE VISION?
⠀
After today’s session, I would like to draw your attention to an interesting idea.
⠀
Our ordinary vision is not a passive reflection of the world around us.
⠀
The brain constantly processes incoming information, highlights contrasts, recognizes familiar forms, and creates a coherent picture of reality.
⠀
We do not always realize how complex this work is.
⠀
In a sense, we see not only with our eyes. We see with our entire visual system, including the areas of the brain involved in processing and interpreting images.
⠀
And the more attentively we observe our own perception, the more of its remarkable features we can discover.
⠀
In esoteric traditions, this kind of work is viewed as preparation for developing subtle vision.
⠀
In scientific terms, we are primarily training observation, concentration, and awareness of visual effects.
⠀
These two descriptive languages do not necessarily need to be mixed.
⠀
We can explore ancient ideas about the aura while also examining what real visual experiences arise during the practice.
⠀
This is precisely the approach I find most interesting: neither rejecting the unusual nor rushing to attribute a supernatural nature to it.
⠀
✨ CONCLUSION OF THE SECOND DAY
⠀
Today we took another step on our journey.
⠀
Yesterday, our attention was directed inward, toward consciousness.
⠀
Today, we learned to look at the surrounding space differently.
⠀
Perhaps someone saw a light-colored outline around their fingers for the first time.
⠀
Someone noticed how unusually their vision behaves when they stop examining objects intently.
⠀
And someone discovered that humming makes it easier for them to relax and concentrate.
⠀
All these impressions deserve attention.
⠀
But the skill we are gradually developing is especially important.
⠀
We are learning to notice subtle changes in our own perception and distinguish direct experience from our assumptions about it.
⠀
After all, sometimes the most amazing discovery is not that the world has turned out to be different, but that we have looked at it in a new way for the first time.
⠀
🌿 Tomorrow, the third day awaits us — “Touching the Invisible.”
⠀
This time, we will give our vision a rest and turn to another remarkable ability of our body—sensitivity.
⠀
We will explore elements of Chinese qigong, try to feel the space between our palms, and investigate sensations that Eastern practices associate with life energy.
⠀
In the meantime, share your observations in the comments.
⠀
Did you manage to notice anything unusual around your fingers? And most importantly—did your perception change after the sound practice?
⠀
I’d be very interested to read your impressions!
⠀
✨ To be continued...

Day No. 2
Good morning! Before the sound practice, I saw a glow around my palm.
After the sound practice, I saw a blue glow around my fingers, a very pale blue light.
When I changed the background of the wall, on the lighter wall it had a blue tint; on the darker one, it looked simply like a faint light from a lamp—that’s how I perceived it.

Day 1. The vibrations in my head were clearly noticeable. I experimented with the position of my jaw; when I clenched my teeth, the sensations were stronger (vibrations in my teeth). I settled on a position with my jaw slightly lowered, which creates a dome and makes the sound move upward. Before the humming, with my eyes closed, there were chaotic flashes, strips of light, and multicolored dots. Afterwards, the image became more orderly—darkness with uniform, tiny, slightly colored dots. During the practice, I had a sense of myself in space, knowing that there were objects on the left and right and a wall in front of me. I tried to direct myself specifically toward observing the image; the metaphor “by the sea” helped a lot to catch the sensation without clinging to the image. At the end, the dots joined into shapes resembling two carousels moving in opposite directions, with the sensations concentrated around my eyes.

Practice results, day 1:
I heard vibrations in my throat, chest, throughout my face, in my head up to the crown, and in my fingers.
Before the humming, there were blurred colored spots, lines, and indistinct images.
During the practice, a silvery-white stream appeared, moving from the right toward the center and rotating with its head—it translated into an image of sound. Faces appeared in the center of the screen; I remember the boy well. Geometric figures appeared, and flower petals moved and stretched upward.
After the session, I felt balanced and pleasant; unnecessary thoughts disappeared, and the sound cleansed me inside and out. A small blockage dissolved and exited through my finger.
An excellent practice and intensive! Thank you ❤🪷

Day 2
Before the vibration, against the background of the wall, I saw a thin, transparent haze around my fingers. After the vibration, it remained like a shadow. At first, it looked like air swirls, or eddies in water, around each finger; then it became more like a shadow. This translucent glove around my hand moved together with my hand. I have not yet managed to see a phantom in the place where my hand had been. It looked the same against a light and a gray background. Then I began examining things and noticed the same haze, 2–3 millimeters in size, around my bag, my pen, my son's soft toy, and, for a moment, around the cat I saw it extending farther, up to 1 cm.
I Googled it and it turns out that inanimate objects also have their own aura. I am writing this now and looked at my hand against the table, and the same translucent haze around my hand is still there.
I remembered that when I was learning massage, our instructor did not let one of the students work with children. By the end of the course, we were already practicing on children. She said she had seen this woman drawing the children's energy into herself. At the time, I deeply regretted not being able to see the aura. Now I roughly understand what she saw: if it is possible to see streams of swirling air, then it is also possible to see the movement of energy.

Day 1, yesterday
It was daytime. As the m-m-mgul sound resonated, it descended through the crown of the head and then through the body. There was a swaying sensation in my head. My eyes were closed. A diffuse glow of light. Images appeared, but they were indistinct. I simply observed calmly. But I really wanted it to be darker—to blindfold myself and have more darkness in the room. However, the practice is done almost in the light. My body really warmed up. A wave of heat came over me.

Day 1.
During the humming, the vibration in the facial area was clearly felt. At one point, it seemed as though the surrounding reality was responding to the sound, resonating with it. With my eyes closed, I did not see any distinct images. It was difficult to maintain concentration. The states before and after were very different. After the practice, I felt that it was very comfortable when my attention was turned inward, an infinite space where everything was very good and peaceful.
Thank you!

Namaste everyone! A very interesting experience!
Day 1.
1. During the humming, the vibration was felt very clearly in my face, head, and entire body—it was stronger in certain areas (particularly in my left hand). I had interesting sensations when I tried different sounds while humming—louder or quieter, shorter or longer—and listened closely, paying attention to how they resonated with different parts of my body.
2. Before the humming, there were small flashes of pale green and pale violet on the inner screen, as if a little paint were added to dark water and calmly dissolved.
3. After the sound practice, movement in the inner visual space intensified compared with the previous position—the flashes became more intense.
4. After some time, what looked like unexpected images of cat heads began appearing as if in air bubbles: first little cats, then distinct images of the lion-headed deities Narasimha and Simkhamukhi. These images immediately pulled me out of the observer state somehow, and an inner dialogue began (What is this about? Why is this happening?). I tried to turn off this dialogue and return to calm contemplation, and the images stopped appearing—there were only movements of individual lights, dots, waves, and flashes.
5. After the session, I noted that there was truly a WOW effect: I felt a certain excitement, a surge of energy, and a drive. I wanted to master all the techniques of this Intensive as quickly as possible, in order to for my further development!
Om Shanti, thank you for the opportunity to take part in a very interesting Intensive, and for your hard work, care, and help! 🙏 🙏 🙏

Thank you, OM Shanti, for the wonderful Workshop.
Day 1.
1. During the humming, vibrations were clearly felt in the lips and nasal area, becoming stronger when the teeth were clenched. Then the vibrations seemed to “spread” toward the ears and could be felt in the head, most strongly in the back of the head. The vibrations then seemed to descend along the inner axis and were felt most strongly in the abdomen, spreading down the legs toward the knees.
2. Before humming, when I closed my eyes, there was not complete darkness on the inner screen. At first, there were afterimages of the objects I had seen before closing my eyes. Then there were random colored shapes and lines, predominantly bluish-green. When I maintained a steady, prolonged “inner gaze,” they began to move slightly, and a barely noticeable yellowish color appeared.
3. After the sound practice, the inner visual space changed: the colored spots turned into distinct spherical forms of varying sizes and more saturated colors, transitioning in a gradient from yellowish-green to violet-pink. After humming again, luminous spheres of an “electric” color also began to appear. Their movement remained smooth but became more orderly—they alternately expanded and contracted.
4. It was not some kind of “spectacular picture” in bright everyday colors, but rather something in muted colors, more like candle flames, with smooth movements.
5. After the session with With sound, my inner state and mood definitely improved.
(This was noticed not only during today's session, but also during practices I had previously conducted with sound, such as the practice of spinning the chakras with sound and the practice of chanting OM. I really enjoy sound practices using my own voice, along with the opportunity to observe everything happening on the inner screen, within myself. Such practices always give me renewed strength, improve my well-being and mood, and even promote self-healing.)
