. Don’t we have a research institute in Russia like Robert Monroe’s?
Wouldn’t it be better to create such a center in real life, so that people could genuinely develop such extraordinary abilities under the guidance of a specialist and the supervision of knowledgeable people, and apply them in practice? Rather than feeling their way online, stumbling in the dark and worrying about their mental health? I believe that such experiences can only be gained under the guidance and control of an experienced specialist—a strong guide into the subtle world. An inexperienced person, when their soul leaves for the Astral, may be unable to return to their body. That’s how it seems to me.

This entire topic is devoted to the fact that such a center was created many decades ago.
This still hasn’t been done in Russia, that’s true.

No, that cannot happen; a person always returns to their body! At least as long as they are meant to live in it.

Audio file No. 3 is best listened to before bed; otherwise, when you listen to it in the morning, even though it says, “Fall asleep, fall asleep with every part of your body,” you won’t feel sleepy at all…
I’ll have to repeat it at night; then everything will definitely work out. An interesting technique.

In the Monroe meditation, he says that it is the body, not the mind, that should fall asleep, while the mind must remain awake. The body sleeps—the mind stays awake.
But personally, meditation is always better for me before bed; afterward, my dreams are always fantastic, and I often have out-of-body experiences.

. Thanks to it, I learned about the Monroe Institute. I’ve now started reading Robert Monroe’s books. I hope to finish them by summer, or perhaps earlier if I’m lucky. Then I’ll start studying this topic. I only skimmed through it so quickly, yet there’s more information here than in the books. I think I can get through this topic in six months if I don’t delve into other topics. Then I’ll write here with my opinion, my progress and so on. But that will be next year; unlikely to happen sooner.

There is one thing that disappointed me a little, though. I noticed that some audio files require as many as 108 messages before they can be listened to. But I’m not able to write that many; it’s too much for me

. If only it were possible to exchange 108 messages for 108 Virt-Money, that would be great

! These three special days (February 19–20–21) were quite intense for me, psychologically... It was a very turbulent time. But just now I listened to “The Message,” and somehow it felt like I had finally “let go”... I feel calmer and more confident now

While on vacation, I listened to Monroe’s audiobook “Journey Through Time.” It was so interesting that it made my vacation especially meaningful.

Now I can’t wait for my next vacation to listen to the next book,
since I don’t have that opportunity while I’m working.
