Today, you could say, is an Event at the School
A very important intensive is coming to an end. And, as tradition dictates, I’ll say: You can still make it in time.
The intensive began not only on the day of the winter solstice (the 21st), but also on the day of the conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter, marking the transition into a new historical Cycle. I wrote more about this in the newsletter of the Your Yoga website —
HERE.
Moreover, you chose the topic of the intensive yourselves. There was a “battle” between Self-Healing and Opening the Third Eye.
And today, on the 30th, it is ending. On the 31st, I will distribute Certificates to all its participants. They will make nice New Year’s gifts.
And don’t forget to leave a review:
REVIEWS of the Self-Healing intensive (December 21–31) If you wish, of course.
The tenth day of the intensive
First exercise
I learned this Knowledge from Ayurveda. It goes like this:
Every single day, you must take at least one FULL breath in and one FULL breath out.
This is very valuable knowledge. It is noteworthy that even before I learned this in Ayurveda, I had written a practice about it. I have said more than once that I remember many things from past lives, since I was both a brahmin and a teacher of various disciplines in them.
The practice is HERE:
Your Yoga. OMSHANTIKA.
I even named it after my spiritual name, it is so important.
But as part of this intensive, you do not have to do this particular practice; it is enough simply to take one full breath in and one full breath out. When the air is exhaled completely.
As fully as possible. And inhaled completely.
And this must be done EVERY day. That is the whole point—in consistency.
I hope you air out your apartments every day. Well, the lungs need to be aired out too. So that even the “storerooms” get ventilated. Otherwise, that is precisely where you-know-what begins to develop... What modern medicine calls diseases.
Second exercise
I devoted an enormous amount of time to all kinds of affirmations. I even created programs for this, for example —
HERE. And numerous practices on the Your Yoga website. But essentially, everything is very simple. Every day, you need to repeat an affirmation you have composed yourself, like a mantra. For example, “I am healing completely,” “My lungs are strong, my heart has endurance”... You simply repeat it and convince yourself of it. Drive away bad thoughts and replace them with these affirmations.
Of course, these affirmations can be “delivered” in different ways, which is why my programs and practices were created. But overall, the essence is the same. You need to make yourself believe in what is good and stop concentrating on what is bad. And I know how difficult that is when someone is ill. You are constantly drawn to think about your problem. But the power of an affirmation lies precisely in this: every day, you “mutter” the same thing. “I am healing completely,” “I am healing completely,” “I am healing completely,” “I am healing completely”...
More focused affirmations work a little better. Not simply “I am healing completely,” but specifying what exactly is healing: the liver, kidneys, leg, arm... “My liver is healing; every day it becomes stronger, healthier, and younger!”
That will work better.
