FIRST ASSIGNMENT
Assignment description:
Be sure to do it.
The point of it is for you to feel the completely familiar, banal, and unnoticed FORCE of your body's interaction with the force that has come to be called "gravity." There is currently much debate about what to call this force, including in scientific circles, but that is not important right now. You simply need to once again feel very clearly the cosmic process in which a certain cosmic force, interacting with your body, makes it perform an action inherent in all cosmic bodies in the Universe—move toward the Planet.
This is a clear and comprehensible phenomenon. You need to break out of the banal routine in which everyone has become accustomed to this happening every day, all the time. An absolutely cosmic Law acts upon us every day, but many people have literally grown accustomed to it and pay no attention.
In this first assignment, become aware of it as fully as possible.
Below I have created an audio meditation for the first assignment. You can do the first assignment of the intensive with this special meditation.

I made this meditation using frequencies of 110 Hz, which bring the brain waves to 8 Hz. The voice smoothly guides you toward the desired state. I also used my own method—the Cross. About it—HERE.
You can also use this meditation whenever you wish, at any time, to re-enter a state of unity with the Universe—even after this intensive has ended.
I repeat: you are guaranteed to feel all the Forces that I convey in the meditation. It is not something mystical; everything is scientific and understandable.
And through this scientific and understandable process, you will move toward something very great and beyond the limits of what many people can imagine.
Assignment description:
- Adopt any position, for example, sitting or lying down.
- Close your eyes, relax, and release any tension in your face.
- Become aware of your entire body simultaneously and all at once.
- Shift your attention to the areas where your body is in contact with the supporting surface. If you are sitting on a chair or armchair, these are your buttocks, back, feet, and palms resting on the armrests.
- All parts of your body press downward with their weight. Keep your attention fixed on the points where your body presses against the surface.
- As you concentrate on the weight of your body, you need to be aware that your body is under the influence of a cosmic Force that makes it press downward.
- At this moment, you are interacting with this amazing cosmic force.
- Your body is in full contact with this energy.
- The more you relax, the more strongly you become aware that your body is pressing downward, obeying the cosmic force, in full contact with the entire universe and manifesting all its Laws and energies within itself.
- You may remain in this state for as long as you wish.
