4 day of the intensive course.
As usual, some people did not know about it, were late, did not understand something, were busy, or simply did not have time for it... But overall, a great many students of Mahapurna School are taking part in this intensive course. Especially considering that more than 1,000 students are currently studying there. And that is despite the fact that I tirelessly delete inactive accounts.

Before I give you the material for the fourth day of the intensive course, be sure to read everything I write below. And be sure to watch the video at the bottom.
On the second day of the intensive course, I told you that the distance from the Sun to Earth is 150 million kilometers.
And that we have an absolute connection with the Sun. An absolute dependence.
However, we also depend on the planets of the Solar System. And much more closely than you are used to thinking!
So closely that
literally right now, there may be one million atoms from Mars or the Moon or some other planet in your body.
Can you imagine?
And what I am telling you now is just as absolutely scientific. Open your textbooks and read it for yourself.
Therefore, understand that I combine consciousness and work with it with Science.
You can verify all of this through science. These are not some esoteric inventions or fantasies. All of this is SCIENTIFIC.
And now I will talk about even greater distances than the distance from the Sun to Earth.
But let us take things in order. Scientists say that meteorites have fallen to Earth in the past and continue to fall today (they are small now). Once, they were large meteorites; now, small ones fall. They most often come either from Mars or from the Moon. But not only from there—they may be meteorites from Saturn or even Neptune.

So what does science tell us about, say, the distance from the Sun to Mars?
It is 228 million kilometers. Consequently, when Mars is on the opposite side of the Sun from Earth—that is, at the greatest possible distance from us—the distance from Mars to Earth is 228+228=454 million km.
Compare that with the distance from the Sun to Earth: 150 million km.
I will calculate it for you from Neptune in the same way. 4497+4497=8994 million km, or in other words: almost 9–10 billion kilometers. I write 9–10 because the orbits are not perfectly circular, including Earth's orbit.
That is an enormous distance. It is practically the size of the Solar System already.
And now realize that meteorites have fallen and continue to fall to Earth from all these planets, giving us atoms from those planets.
They are now scattered all over Earth. To some extent, Earth itself is made up of them. And you are made of earth!
There is nothing in you that is not found in the earth.
The water in your body comes from Earth, as do the minerals... Everything comes from the earth. Can you imagine?
Scientists still do not know where the water on Earth came from. One of the main hypotheses is that a meteorite made of ice arrived here.
Perhaps it came from Europa, one of Jupiter's moons, which consists of water and ice.
As you can see, I have spoken only in the language of science, and you can learn all this from textbooks, reference books, and scientific articles.

Assignment description:
- Adopt any body position, such as sitting or lying down.
- Place one of your hands in front of you. However you like, in whatever way is comfortable. Simply look at your hand. You can look at your feet if, for example, you are lying on the sofa and your feet are bare. It is important to look at any part of your body that is not covered. But do not look in a mirror.
- While looking directly at YOURSELF, at your body, realize that this body definitely contains atoms from other planets that reached Earth, arriving here with meteorites.
- Feel your connection with the planets of the Solar System.
- After some time, close your eyes and transfer the understanding that your hand consists of atoms from other planets to your entire body.
- Your entire body contains atoms from other planets.
- And you do not need to believe this! It is scientific; it is a fact!
- You are not visualizing or imagining anything; there is no need for that. This is not some religious or esoteric practice. It is pure science.
- There really are atoms from other planets inside you, including atoms from the Moon. This is a scientific fact.
