Namaste! During the meditation, I felt a little dizzy when I was in space. Then I blacked out... I was unconscious for about five minutes)))
Dear Teacher, thank you for your Wisdom. Everything you create is ahead of its time and unfolds in space at the right moment. 
It is amazing that people often jokingly ask me which planet I am from—Mars, perhaps? For some reason, I confidently answered Sirius. Apparently, the connection with the planets has remained at the genetic level. Life is an amazing miracle. Thank you

And I wanted to give you something unusual on this special day.
First, I want to tell you a very informative scientific story. I will tell it in my own words, because otherwise you would have to read scientific articles, books, and so on.
So, something exploded somewhere
All right, enough joking—that is called the Big Bang.

It was immense, of unimaginable power. Remember how you feel as you read this now and try to grasp what colossal Energy it was.
At some point, our Solar System began to form. It began spinning and racing through the Galaxy. I even made a film: Your Yoga. Film: The Earth Does Not Revolve Around the Sun. It was back in the distant year 2012, such a contradictory and difficult year. Exactly ten years have passed, by the way
This film was probably watched by a billion peopleIt was posted everywhere, and everyone copied it. They even talked about it on television...
The same goes for my film about Gravity: Your Yoga. GRAVITY, antigravity, levitation.—an enormous number of copies and views of my film.
Everything took off and began to spin...
Attraction arose, or “gravity,” in scientific terms.
Systems began to stabilize, including our Solar System and the Earth–Moon system.
Meteorites and asteroids fell to Earth. They all carried something with them. One of them brought water to Earth. Then came plant seeds.
You may be surprised, but I also made a film on this subject: Your Yoga. Film: Meteorites. Messengers from Heaven.
In general, I made a huge number of different videos on space-related topics for the Your Yoga website and social media.
These are enormous periods of time—many years. We do not know exactly where all these asteroids came from, but it is clear that they came from the depths of space. Just look at the Moon—it is covered with meteorite craters. There were an enormous number of them, and they could have consisted of anything found in Space.
So, asteroids and meteorites arrived. They fell and created the conditions for life. Seas and rivers appeared on Earth. Trees and greenery. Bacteria. They began to develop in the oceans. Conditions arose for more complex forms of life.
These simplest organisms emerged from the sea and continued developing on land, breathing oxygen.
Eventually, millions of years later, our species—humans—appeared.

The key point is that our Life on Earth came from the depths of Space. This is currently the main scientific theory about the origin of Life on Earth.
FIFTH TASK
Task description:
Practice this meditation for as long as feels pleasant to you. You can do it now and then repeat it in the evening. Or even spend the whole day carrying these thoughts with you. After all, today is a special day!
- Assume a comfortable position and relax.
- Immerse yourself in contemplation of what I have just told you above.
- Imagine it and become aware of it.
- And most importantly, understand that you (Kolya, Ira, Marina, Sergei, Nikolai...) are the newest LINK in this enormous chain of Life that came here from Space, having passed through immense stages of cosmic evolution.
- You are not simply an isolated individual. That is, it is not as though your parents gave birth to you and that was all. For your parents to appear, so many things had to happen—everything I wrote to you above.
- This is the immense Universal Path of Life.
- And you are now the result of all this Life.
For the previous four days, I talked to you about certain non-living objects in Space. Today I talked to you about Life. You are Life—a part of the Life of the Universe.
And this is entirely scientific. Not esotericism. Not religion. Only Science. You do not need to believe it. It is scientifically proven.

Task description:
- Be sure to read everything I said above, including the information at the links I provided. You may need to read it twice to understand what is written.
- Then get into a comfortable position and close your eyes. You may lie down if you wish.
- Become aware of the global movement of Everything around Everything.
- Understand the scientific fact that, right now, your body is racing through the Universe at tremendous speed. One speed is the Earth's rotation around its axis: 1,670 km/h. The second speed is the Earth's movement around the Sun: 107,000 km/h. Just for comparison, I will say that the speed at which bikers and motorcyclists ride is only about 200 km/h. You can imagine that this is such an enormous speed that it is difficult even to comprehend. But that is not all, because the Sun moves around the center of the Galaxy at a speed of 720,000 km/h. I will not even mention the other orbits; their speeds are utterly incredible. You simply need to understand that, literally right now, you are racing through the Cosmos at enormousspeed. Thinking that you are walking on some kind of stable surface, such as a floor in a room or asphalt on the ground, is merely a habitual and false sensation. You are hurtling through Space at tremendous speed. A very long evolutionary process has simply deceived your vestibular apparatus so thoroughly that it seems to you that nothing is moving at all. But that is not so. Not even remotely.
- Remain aware of this for as long as feels comfortable. For example, 30 minutes.
- Think about this throughout the day. For example, at home, while out walking, and so on.

And the peoples who live more closely in harmony with Nature—various Indigenous peoples, aboriginal peoples, or countries with underdeveloped economies and standards of living (by Western standards), etc.—are all in the Southern Hemisphere.
Pay attention to this.
