I talked about salt on the Your Yoga website.
Moreover, an intensive course is taking place in my Ashram right now—HERE.
However, if you want to combine the intensive course in the Ashram with the information in the video below, be sure to keep in mind that the water must not be too hot. No more than 42 degrees, plus or minus 5 degrees.
You can also add essential oils. About them—HERE: Essential Oils. The Healing Ether

In seawater, animals and fish live much longer than inhabitants of freshwater bodies, unless, of course, they end up in the jaws of predators or in fishing nets! They grow to enormous sizes, and their skin and shells are thicker and more elastic than those of creatures living in freshwater. These facts alone show that salt cannot be harmful. I love both hot baths and salt baths. I had never read about it anywhere before, but at some point I intuitively started adding 1.5–2 kg to the bath myself. After such a bath, you feel as if you have been born again. I also use rock salt—I read about it from Om Shanti a long time ago.

I myself have also started reaching the conclusion that we are nourished by solar energy. When I spend more time outdoors rather than under some roof, I clearly feel that I want to eat much less. I feel that I am being filled with very high-quality energy, which gives me life. A regular walk outdoors fills you with energy, especially when you are fasting and reducing food to a minimum (if a bad habit—the brain or subconscious—demands that you eat extra food).

I always knew it was that simple: training and relaxation. Thank you—I’m tired of paying for ophthalmologists; I’ll do the work myself.
