I’m watching META TV with interest in a VR headset.

An enormous sense of presence.

Recently, I watched some monkeys cracking nuts with stones.

They would take a nut, place it in a hollow in a large boulder, lift another stone, and drop it onto the nut until it cracked open.

The stone they lifted was probably about as heavy as those monkeys themselves. It was heavy. And they’re so strong without even going to the gym

Everything is incredibly realistic.

Of course, before this I had tried watching something similar on YouTube 360 on my phone.

But it wasn’t nearly as realistic and didn’t provide the same sense of presence.

With the headset on, I felt as if I were literally sitting in the desert, with those monkeys running around me.

META TV is a truly amazing way to explore the Earth.

You can find yourself anywhere, right now....

And I have to say, some people dream of flying to other planets, yet they haven’t even properly seen our own planet.

Cool program! I didn't expect to get so absorbed in it for so long. At first, I didn't understand anything. And then suddenly it clicked.

The energy spheres are very beautiful and mesmerizing, almost alive.
The accompanying sound when working with an energy sphere is a pleasure in itself, and it creates such an atmosphere—wow!
And it took me some time to get the hang of enlarging the energy spheres. You really can't do it without concentration; it's all for real! A genuine practice!

I type and feel my hands pulsing, activated.

You don’t necessarily have to buy an Oculus 3.

There are many other ways to start using my programs right now.

One option is to rent one.

For example, for a week. You can get plenty of practice in a week.

Another option: Avito has a huge number of used Oculus 3 headsets. People have had their fill of all sorts of nonsense, failed to understand why they need the device at all—and are now selling them cheaply.

A third option is to look for the lowest prices, for example on Ozon. And if the family is large, buying “this pleasure” for everyone works out reasonably well in terms of price. Or pool your money with friends and take turns using it...

I also wrote in this thread that there are Oculus 3 models with reduced specifications, and therefore a significantly lower price. They work too.

I don’t particularly recommend the Oculus 2 option. It is, after all, already quite an old model.

I have been practicing since Program 5 was posted.
Due to various circumstances, I never got around to writing a review
My admiration and amazement at OM Shanti only grow with each new program.
For about three days, I carried one thought inside me: “What superpower does OM Shanti live on?” So many years of service. There is surely no sphere that OM Shanti has not illuminated or in which he has not created some unique practice. To this day, he patiently provides literally pre-chewed nourishment for everyone; all that remains is to swallow it, digest it, and become an increasingly better version of yourself.
The recently described experience of going through the ceremony about the ray from the heart into space says a lot

The first time I entered the program, I found myself surrounded by space. Immediately, I felt so calm and well inside; my mind became quiet. (In the headset, I had only experienced similar states at the bottom of some ocean.) I looked around and spun around I began creating the protection and immediately heard that now-beloved accompanying sound. Then attacks began flying at me, shattering into pieces. I noticed that with the first strike, my body and psyche tensed up. But then I immediately understood that the protective field was wide enough, and I was glad that it was not right in front of my face—that no adrenaline trigger was forming; instead, there was calm. Then the protection was no longer visible and, for some reason, was not being created, and based on various virtual games, I began expecting that game over would happen any moment, which caused unpleasant sensations. But the strikes were still deflected, and I really liked that My body and psyche immediately relaxed It was a complete break in the pattern, which I am now actively trying to cultivate in my life. The feeling is entering my consciousness that nothing can harm me and that I am always protected
