In a neighboring topic, at the Mahapurna School, you recently tried to say what energy is and failed.
Here: What is energy?
Of course, many people passed this topic by, because thinking is quite a difficult activity...
And why bother?....
It is much easier to live like everyone else—without thinking at all, or thinking whatever you are told to think...
And why live your own life at all, when you can live the way you are told to live...
Everything turned out to be more complicated with distance and time.
Nothing is known about them either.
Moreover, people literally confuse these concepts with each other.
For example:
- Do you live far away?
- I live 10 minutes' walk from here.
In other words, people measure distance in time, and vice versa
But the funniest thing is that there is NO clear definition of either one.
I first suspected there was a problem a very long time ago, when I learned that nobody sees the Sun NOW.
Everyone sees it only in the past. Specifically, 8 minutes ago.
That is how long light takes to travel from the Sun to Earth.
And here is the real kicker!
It turns out that the farther an object is from us, the farther back in the past it is!
These two GLOBAL and most important quantities—distance and time—are one and the same.
Time determines distance, and vice versa.
But essentially, there is no distance or time if there is no observer.
Moreover, the same distance and time may be different for two different observers.
An observer near the Sun sees the Sun now.
But an observer on Earth does not see the Sun now; they see it 8 minutes later.
In other words, these two observers are:

- And not even in the same space!
