I thank the Almighty and Om Shanti for the Energy Chat on purification! I thank the school’s students who participated in the Energy Chat!
There was a feeling of strong pressure throughout my body, and then, starting with my legs and arms, my body filled with lead. Unusual movements began to occur in my head, and suddenly a light switched on. Then this bright energy seemed to pass through every cell of my body. A feeling of peace came, I felt lighter, and ecstasy appeared; gratitude to the Higher Powers and all living beings on Earth poured from my chest! I noticed that when Ekadashi is taking place, all sensations in the body become stronger and are perceived more vividly. The Energy Chat is magnificent! I bow deeply and offer my gratitude to the Teacher!

I thank the Almighty! I thank the Higher Powers! I thank the Energy Chat through my teacher, Om Shanti! Every day I do Sadhana, practice yoga exercises and pranayama with an instructor from “The Art of Living,” drink vitamins and wheatgrass juice, try to live consciously, and meditate. Early this morning, I experienced such powerful purification as I had never experienced after the Energy Chat! My body was clearly cleansed of deep-seated impurities. I noticed that my mind had become calm. This means that my life will flow smoothly, easily, and steadily! I offer my thanks and bow in deep reverence before the Teacher!

Second energy chat, “Cleansing.”

I distinctly felt energy coming in through the ajna and sahasrara. My forehead and crown felt as though they had been cut flat and were extremely sensitive. An image even came to me: my forehead and crown looked like soft, smooth, silvery mirrors. Like in science-fiction films, where a mirror is shown as a passage into another dimension—it is a mirror of sorts, but not solid, and you can pass through it. Incredibly pleasant and pure energy was flowing through these mirrors. I was literally pressed into the sofa, as if under the influence of strong gravity; the energy pinned me down, as if telling me, “Freeze and don’t move—one step to the left or right, not now.” The energy powerfully filled my energy structures, and I felt wonderful. Various situations suddenly came to mind in which I could have taken offense at someone or offended someone else, and I understood that it was all trivial—not worth dwelling on or focusing on. Adults who hurt others are big children: they understood something, failed to understand something, fooled around, didn’t think, messed up—it happens. And I’m no exception; things happen. It would be useful for me to cultivate greater awareness, to look at myself and situations from the outside more often, and not miss the lessons. My mood was uplifted, with inspiration and a desire to engage in some worthwhile activity—it’s always like that when bright energy is overflowing. I really wanted to see the energy itself, so I asked the space, “I want to see the incoming energy,” but it did not appear. I thought, “All right, not this time. I’m not ready yet; I’ll see it someday.” Thank you for transmitting energy over a distance.

If someone had told me before that such a thing was possible, I wouldn’t have believed them. A question came to me. I wonder which ancient writings mention this—is it really not mentioned in any of them? We know the Teaching of the Double Pyramid; it includes energy transmission, and the founder of the teaching, Dazira Narada 1, lived in the nineteenth century—that is, quite recently. Before him, this knowledge was passed on among small groups of people, from teacher to student. But surely there is no information recorded in books before that time—or did someone burn those books...

Once again, I would like to share the wonderful changes I experienced after the energy cleansing chat. They manifested when I went to bed that evening. I usually lie with my head facing north and recite a mantra from Egyptian Alchemy several times before going to sleep Egyptian Alchemy. Level 1
This time, I recited it once, and energy from the center of my chest filled my entire upper body, expanding my ribs and shoulders, and gradually filling my head. I recited it a second time, and a flower unfolded upward from the center of my chest—an infinite number of rays of light, an unforgettable state and feeling. My head gradually filled with energy; the pineal gland pulsated and then began to open like a flower as well. I cannot describe it in words.
Of course, after this magical transformation, all the practices unfold within me even more deeply: sensing energies as a single whole extending beyond the body, forming a dense cocoon.
OM Shanti, You truly bestow blessings upon us. How much time would I have had to spend practicing to achieve such results, and would I have been able to manage it on my own? I doubt it. And thanks to You, I will be able to continue my practices more deeply while fulfilling my Dharma.

After the Energy Chat on November 21, 2022, I was literally "knocked flat." I spent three days in bed; my body shook, alternating between heat and cold. I performed ablutions many times, as if washing something off myself; there were spontaneous tears, watery eyes, and a runny nose. And I slept a great deal. I took short walks. It turned into a major reboot. I am gradually recovering now.

Yes, it is almost always unpredictable. The Energy Chat went smoothly, and then, so to speak, something came up that needed to be worked through—quite intensely, on all levels (not only the physical body, but also through interactions with people, events, and so on)—and you sort it out and clear it away.
Sometimes there are very sweet states, little “treats,” but they are somewhat refined. As a rule, such states lead you away from or distract you from your goal, dulling your attention, so to speak.
Sometimes the body feels as though it is burning with fire.
Sometimes a great deal of energy arrives, and afterward, as if wound up, many things start moving forward.
In this Chat, something deep came to the surface.
Then you need time to clear everything out again until you return to a “fresh,” peaceful state.
I use various methods for this.
But this practice is very effective.
I gain multifaceted experience.
Grace from Above, manifested in this way through OM Shanti.

Feedback on the “Healing” Energy Chat.

I relaxed while sitting and repeated the recommended phrases silently, which was already beneficial in itself. The energy came to me through the Sahasrara chakra. But for some reason, it never descends any lower during Energy Chats; it remains at head level. I can still feel pure, bright energy above my head.

By evening, the energy had also filled my hands. Then it traveled throughout my body; I exercised, and my body was grateful for everything. Thank you, OM Shanti, for the time set aside for us, and for your care and work in transmitting healing energy.

I thank the chat participants for the atmosphere of unity, which could be felt through the awareness that we had gathered at the school simultaneously and taken part in a unique event.

I asked for an image of healing and saw a green twig with small leaves beginning to unfold, like Spring.
