I did the meditation!
It was so touching and gentle that I even had tears in my eyes.
My inner girl was shy, timid, embarrassed, and hesitant at first, but then she became very happy, smiled broadly, and laughed!
The playground with children, the weather, and the surroundings appeared so vividly to me!
A very bright and warm feeling remains after the meditation Magical!!! Thank you so much, Teacher!

Is there any way to change the voices from female to male? The female voice really annoys me, for example.

I mainly use the female voice (and I have already said this) for one reason: in a state of relaxation, openness to the world, and trust, we hear as a child. And the best thing for a child is the voice of the mother (a woman).
In psychology, the mother represents the surrounding world. If there are problems in one’s relationship with their mother, there will be problems with the world, of all kinds and levels.
The female voice has greater potential for meditation. It helps one relax and trust more... Just as in childhood.
Provided, of course, that there are no childhood traumas connected with one’s relationship with their mother.

A very good, calming meditation It was quite unexpected to hear an actual live female voice rather than the computer-generated voice we have been used to hearing in OM Shanti meditations for so many years (presumably Darya Stepanova’s, since she is the author)
I really liked the message and the phrases in the meditation; it contains everything the Teacher has been teaching us for many years.
I also noticed the unobtrusive music accompanying the female voice. In my opinion, its volume was chosen very well—it is barely audible, like background music. Besides that, it seemed to me that the musical instrument was a hang; in any case, the sound is very similar. I feel a strong connection to this kind of music, so it resonated with me. But perhaps it is not a hang, but some kind of computer-generated imitation. In any case, the combination of voice and music turned out to be very peaceful

You create an enormous number of truly magical meditations, and they all work wonderfully in their respective areas! And today I had this thought-idea-question
Could you create a meditation that might have an analgesic effect on physical pain?
There are various situations in life: someone may be seriously injured, have a pinched nerve, or be recovering from surgery. So instead of taking pills, one could turn on the meditation and have the brain immediately block the pain.
It would be wonderful if, through your abilities and knowledge, people could receive such a magical tool.

Today I found some short meditations and immediately did the first one. I immersed myself in a fragrant, flower-filled summer meadow, where everything felt light and joyful; a warm breeze gently enveloped me. Such a wonderful state.
