Before the Supreme Lord, I bow. I never tire of kneeling and thanking my Teacher, OM Shanti, for leading me to God. It has been six months since I switched to eating once a day. Mangoes provide a great deal of energy. The tree in the garden is young, and this year it gave us many fruits. I share them with the squirrels. They hold the fruit in their little paws and eat it down to the pit—it is so sweet to watch. My diet consists of fruit, vegetables, nuts, grains, and a surprisingly large amount of energy. It is hot and humid in Florida now, and I run as if I were in a sauna. Just a couple of years ago, this would have been impossible to believe. Discipline cuts away everything unnecessary. You get up early, do sadhana, meditate at the school, exercise, run, spend three hours doing housework, swim, read, visit the ashram, and study at the school. I felt the teacher’s energy very strongly during the OTG-2 webinar. A powerful firework went off in my brain, and energy moved through all my chakras, flooding my body with warmth and peace. I received an influx of new strength. Very often in the mornings, an inner light comes on, and I see my organs, especially my heart. Answers to the questions I ask have begun to come. My mind has become clean and clear, as it was in my youth. I like feeling myself anew. The videos at the school are very useful and interesting because the teacher selected them with love. I am discovering more and more of the unknown and mysterious. My life has filled with meaning, joy, and happiness.
