यया गुप्तः सहस्राक्षः सवाहान् रिपुसैनिकान् ।
क्रीडन्निव विनिर्जित्य त्रिलोक्या बुभुजे श्रियम् ॥१॥
भगवंस्तन्ममाख्याहि वर्म नारायणात्मकम् ।
यथाततायिनः शत्रून् येन गुप्तोऽजयन्मृधे ॥२॥

King Parikshit addressed Shukadeva Goswami:
O my lord, please tell me about the protective Vishnu mantra that safeguarded Indra in his battle with the demons and enabled him to scatter the enemy army together with their mounts and seize the riches of all three worlds. Tell me what kind of magical armor was created by the grace of Narayana, and how, thanks to it, King Indra defeated enemies who were so eager to see him dead.
The intensive mainly consists of focusing your mind on a specific task—the protection—for an extended period. Every day, you read a new mantra that will appear here.
You may simply read it, or you may do what it describes.
I also provide many explanations, along with accompanying meditations and mantras. Read them in this thread.
