Step 2, day 2. Pace 9. The remaining settings are according to the step instructions.
Two 10-minute sets during the day.
I practice the Buteyko Method, so I will go through the first three Steps quickly, one day each, reducing the pace by one.
CP 45. MP 60.
Step 1, Day 1 (11.04), Pace 10, Cycle 10 — 2 sets, breath hold for about a minute
After the first set, I felt significantly better
(I fell ill a few days ago and lost my sense of smell...).
Today I am already much better,
including partial recovery of my sense of smell and improved sensory perception.
Step 2, day 2
I breathed for 12 minutes
CP at the end: 55 sec.
After CP I still exhale air—is it just me, or is this normal? I would also like to hear from others.
I did Step 1 for 3 consecutive days, for 5–5–10 minutes.
Breath hold after exhalation; after the trainer, 1 minute 15 sec.
A breathing pace of 10 is fast for me, but if it is not for long, everything is fine.
My sacrum and lower abdomen fill with a pleasant coolness; I feel something similar in my head too.
Step 3, Day 3.
Parameters: pace 9, inhalation size 4, pause after exhalation 3.
Against the background of practicing Buteyko breathing, I naturally do better with these parameters than with the initial ones. I did two 10-minute sets.
CP 45, MP 57.
I am amazed at how many important nuances (parameters) there are in breathing, how much the practice allows you to literally “adjust” your breathing to yourself to improve your condition, and how we manage to ignore everything simply out of ignorance.
Thank you, OM Shanti, for the Trainer and the Intensive.
