Greetings! Today I walked with my back straight and my palms facing inward, alongside my body. Today it worked out this way because I didn't walk continuously. I walked a lot, but with breaks—sometimes for the bus, sometimes because my son picked me up. But it was enough, and I remembered to do it.
Day 18 (yesterday)
An hour of walking outdoors with my palms facing inward and forward. I take nothing with me except a key (I've been walking this way consciously for quite some time now, specifically when going for a walk, following OM Shanti's recommendation in one of the Intensives). This noticeably reduces anxiety and restlessness. And my confidence and calm are growing. So walking with the “correct” palms is beneficial here too.

Day 19 (today)
An hour of walking outdoors with my palms facing inward and forward. The skill is already becoming well established, and during the day my attention often shifts to the position of my palms, shoulders, and back.
Relaxed arms and shoulders while walking allow me not only to keep my back straight and upright, but also to perform some simple practice (for example, one of the esoteric practices from the Your Yoga website). At the moment, I am practicing “The Power of Time.”
During the walk, I can strongly feel energy filling my hands. By the end of the walk, my palms and fingers are pleasantly pulsating.

Everything is great!
An hour-long walk with my palms facing inward and forward. Plus several arm and leg exercises at the sports ground. The wind blew into my face, creating a refreshing coolness.
Day 15.
I walked around the city and the metro for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. I'm glad that keeping my palms turned inward and forward and my back straight is already becoming a habit. If I get distracted by something and my palms suddenly turn the old way, I almost immediately catch the feeling that something is wrong, understand “what,” and return my palms to the correct position. But I'm happy that these moments are becoming less frequent, and my palms turn backward on their own less and less often. With this kind of walking, my mood somehow lifts on its own right away.
Good afternoon! I walked for an hour today, with my palms and back straight. Today I managed to leave home later. The sun was already scorching. The walk was quite difficult. But I tried and stayed mindful as much as possible.
In the morning, 20 minutes along the infinity figure eight with my back straight; during the day, 15 minutes with my hands facing forward and inward. Sometimes they slip around a little and end up simply facing inward.
Day 20
An hour-long walk with my palms facing inward and forward.
Today, when it was time for my walk, a thought crossed my mind: “I don't feel like going. Don't go.” But I pulled myself together and went. As soon as I went outside, turned my palms, and started moving, my attitude and mood changed instantly. I realized that I was Connected. That is how I perceive the walk: for me, it is not simply “walking”; for me, it is a “connection session,” my support for Him and His support for me.
An amazing practice!

Good afternoon! I’m continuing the “Straight Back” intensive. I walked for an hour. Today I left the house before sunrise. A pleasant breeze, and my mood is sky-high)) A straight back and mindfulness. Isn’t that a miracle?)))
Namaste! Today there was a lot of walking, but with breaks for the bus, a café, and the market. I walked with a friend and tried to stay mindful. I kept my back straight and my palms in position, but when we were walking back from the market, my back was straight while my hands were occupied)))
Day 22
An hour-long walk. Today my attention switched from my palms to “other thoughts,” but when I “tuned back in,” I found my palms in the correct position, facing inward and forward. In other words, this movement of the palms is becoming a natural part of the walking process. It’s wonderful!
Good afternoon! I’m continuing the intensive. Today I left the house while it was still dark. It was so pleasant and cool, with a breeze from the sea. I walk along happily, with a straight back and straight palms. There’s no one around. By the time I approached the beach, the sun had woken up.
Namaste. Today I walked for more than an hour. I paid attention to the position of my palms. It really stands out how many people don’t observe themselves at all. I don’t mean that judgmentally; it’s simply a fact.
I swam several times; it’s good exercise for the arm and back.
Day 23
A 40-minute leisurely walk, palms facing inward and forward. But I can already say that wherever I go and whatever I’m doing, my attention to my palms, shoulders, and posture has become automatic. In other words, attention to my palms and their correct position has already become integrated into my gait.
Thank you, OM Shanti, for the Intensive.
