Sergey Veretennikov added a new product to the store:

Избавление от энерговампиризма - От влияния чёрной магии, кармических долгов, присосок, сущностей и т.д.

Essentially, today I will give you a practice.

In a sense, it is self-exorcism—a self-directed detachment from all kinds of black magic activities, entities, energy-vampire channels, etc.

For some people this practice will be simple, and for others difficult.

Essentially, you don't actually need to do anything :)

But here is your test. If someone finds it difficult, that means they have the problems described above.

Moreover, these problems may originate in this life, a past life, or even be inherited...

I bought it in the first few days of the sale because I was interested in the topic of removing negativity, and the price suited me perfectly. I liked the addition to the practice most of all—I have often encountered similar phenomena from so-called energy vampires directed at me, and this practice describes the mechanism itself quite well and added to my knowledge. I didn't do the practice itself because I didn't consider it necessary (it takes too long for me, and I often practice faster methods—not from yoga but from combat magic, with backlash against enemy black magicians).

I bought this practice today and realized that I have problems without even doing it. I didn't expect such a result to indicate the presence of energy vampires. Now I understand why I can't practice certain yoga practices: I tried doing them many times, but I never managed to complete them. I really wanted an answer to what was causing this, and only now have I received one. The test is very difficult to perform, although it would seem that nothing could be simpler. This turn of events really puzzled me. I will try to practice.

I bought the practice today.
I completed it right away. A good test.
Test 1: Sitting—17 minutes, lying down—51 minutes.
I observed what was happening with my body, what vibrations there were, and in which areas they were strongest. I had some insights.
I will try repeating it after some time.

Test 2.
Sitting for 30 minutes. The result improved.
I practiced KAY registers at the beginner level (getting rid of magic, energy vampirism, attachments, violence, etc.).

Test 3
Sitting for 45 minutes, lying down for 1 hour.
The second option went very easily. I definitely had some major realizations, and during this Practice, certain events emerged that pointed to the sources of tension.

The Practice is wonderful, just like all the products offered by the School. When I started doing it, I found answers to some of the nuances I had noticed in myself. During the Practice, I suddenly understood why this was happening. While doing it, I felt pleasantly protected, as if a buffer zone had appeared around me through which I observe the world. Thank you, OM Shanti!

A person’s dependence or attachment to something can be tested in a certain way, for example.
Can a person stay in a casino for exactly two hours and then leave? Or, if there is suspicion of gambling addiction, can they spend the agreed amount of time playing and then switch to another activity? Ideally, this should happen without an internal struggle or a desire to win back losses.
In the case of alcohol, warning signs include drinking in the morning or during the day, drinking alone, drinking for pleasure—to get drunk, drinking low-quality alcohol, or mixing different drinks. There are different stages of alcoholism: first, when a person does not get drunk for a long time, and later, when they become intoxicated after just a few shots. (Of course, it is better not to start drinking and not to test one’s resistance to this poison.) It also causes the soul the greatest harm.
I often notice that people get carried away and cannot stop; this manifests itself in seemingly harmless things. They play table tennis or volleyball, evening comes, the sun sets, artificial lighting is switched on, the ball becomes difficult to see, and the players make more mistakes. But because they have become engrossed in the game, they keep playing. If you notice such a tendency in yourself, it spreads to other areas as well: for example, you fail to control your tongue—your speech and your eating—or you cannot go to bed on time because you mismanaged your time and energy during the day and

Marshmallow[1] experiment (English Stanford marshmallow experiment)[2] — a series of studies on delayed gratification, conducted in the late 1960s and early 1970s under the direction of psychologist Walter Mischel, who later became a professor at Stanford University. In these studies, children were offered a choice between one small reward provided immediately and a reward doubled in size if they could patiently wait for it for a short period (approximately 15 minutes), during which the experimenter left the room and returned after the waiting period. The rewards used were marshmallows, cookies or a cracker. In subsequent studies, scientists found that children who were able to wait for the larger reward generally went on to lead more successful lives. These conclusions were based on their SAT scores[3], level of education[4], body mass index (BMI)[5] and other quality-of-life indicators[6].

Original experiment
[edit | edit source]
The experiment originated from an earlier study conducted in Trinidad, where Mischel noticed that members of different ethnic groups living on the island held contrasting stereotypes about their island neighbors. Members of different groups believed that they differed greatly in such traits as recklessness, self-control and the ability to have fun[7]. This small study (n = 53) focused on boys and girls aged 7 to 9 (35 West Indian Black children and 18 Indian Caribbeans (English Indo-Caribbeans)) at a rural school on the island of Trinidad. The children were asked to report their choice: receive a 1¢ candy immediately or a 10¢ candy in a week. Mischel reported a significant difference between the ethnic groups[8], since the Indian children demonstrated a much greater ability to delay gratification compared with the African pupils, as well as greater age differences, and that “a comparison of the ‘high’ and ‘low’ socioeconomic groups in terms of experimental choice revealed no significant difference.” The absence of a father was common in the African group (in the East Indian group, only one child had this circumstance), and this characteristic showed the strongest effect: children from intact families demonstrated superior ability to restrain their desires.

Stanford experiment
[edit | edit source]
The first “marshmallow” test was a study conducted by Walter Mischel and Ebbe B. Ebbesen at Stanford University in 1970[9].

The purpose of the original study was to understand when children develop the ability to delay gratification—that is, the ability to wait in order to obtain what they want. The original experiment took place at Bing Nursery School, located at Stanford University, with children aged four to six. The children were taken to a distraction-free room where a treat of their choice (an Oreo cookie, marshmallow, or pretzel) was placed on a table[2]. The researchers allowed the children to eat the treat immediately, but promised to double the reward if they could wait 15 minutes without giving in to temptation[2]. Mischel observed that some children covered their eyes with their hands or turned away so they would not see the treat; others banged on the table, tugged at their hair, or played with the marshmallow as if it were a tiny stuffed animal, while others simply ate the treat as soon as the researchers left[2].

Of the more than 600 children who took part in the experiment, most ate the sweet immediately. Approximately one third managed to wait long enough to receive the doubled treat[2]. The determining factor in delayed gratification was age.

Method
[edit | edit source]
Participants
[edit | edit source]
The participants were 16 boys and 16 girls attending Bing Nursery School at Stanford University. The results of three participants were excluded because they were unable to understand the instructions. The children were between 3 years and 6 months and 5 years and 8 months old (with a mean age of 4 years and 6 months). Eight researchers (four men and four women) were randomly assigned to each of the four experimental conditions. Under each condition, every experimenter tested two boys and two girls to avoid systematic bias based on the experimenters’ sex[9].

Conditions
[edit | edit source]
  1. The immediate (less preferred) and delayed (more preferred) rewards were placed in front of the child and were visible[9].
  2. Both rewards were hidden from the child[9].
  3. The child could see only the doubled (delayed) reward[9].
  4. The child could see only the ordinary (immediate) reward[9].
Follow-up studies
[edit | edit source]
In subsequent studies, Mischel found unexpected correlations between the results of the marshmallow test and the children’s life achievements many years later[6]. The first follow-up study, in 1988, showed that “preschool children capable of delaying gratification were described by their parents, more than 10 years later, as adolescents who were significantly more competent.”

A second follow-up study, in 1990, showed that the ability to delay gratification also correlated with higher SAT scores[6].

In 2011, a brain-imaging study was conducted on the experiment’s participants when they reached middle age. The main differences between individuals with longer and shorter delay times were found in two areas: the prefrontal cortex (more active in participants with longer delay times) and the ventral striatum (the area “responsible” for cravings), when they tried to control their responses to tempting stimuli[10][11].

In 2018, Tyler Watts and others published a study that refuted the experiment[12]. The authors argued that the original experiment had been conducted on several dozen children of university employees, whereas Watts conducted it on 900 children, divided by race and income. By age twenty, the influence of “willpower” was close to statistical error, while a common cause was identified: family wealth, which affected both “willpower” and success. For poor children, “later” might never come, while for wealthy children the treat in the experiment was an insignificant reward because a more substantial one was available to them at home.

In 2019, the experiment was repeated once again; it confirmed the conclusions of the first experiment and refuted the 2018 refutation[13][14].

A curious excerpt

Can a person stay in a casino for exactly two hours and then leave?
Of course. You just need to decide on an amount and tell your husband not to give me any more when I come for a “top-up,” but to stand up and head for the exit instead. I’m not going to throw myself on the floor and have a tantrum. So I just trail after him silently))) It’s not anyone else’s fault that I raised the stakes too high, chose the wrong slot, didn’t switch to another one in time, or failed to wait it out. If you win, good for you! If you lose it all in an hour or two—goodbye. You should have used your head instead of your emotions.

An interesting practice, but not an easy one.
My conclusions:
1. It’s better to do it after waking up—there’s a greater chance of not falling back asleep.
2. Find a suitable position (there are several options in the video—choose one individually).
3. You need to practice Buteyko breathing.

I remember that as children we even played a similar game—we pretended to be dead while others tried to make us laugh or move :) and we managed to relax, but it’s not so easy now 😄

THANK YOU for the practice, Teacher!

🙏🙏🙏
