The Eliiraam rune and listening to the mantra bring me into the state described in the practice—to a state of inner wholeness.
From the very beginning, the center in my chest activates, with such a gentle flow of energy, followed by strengthening at the base, in the muladhara, and then a very tender connection in the center of the head and crown. Such calm and firm composure.
The Aurielar rune and listening to the mantra also begin by activating and concentrating energy in the center of the chest, as though the chest expands and gently pulses like breathing.
It feels as though I am slowly flying through infinite space with its infinite possibilities.
As I continued listening to the mantra on repeat and continued the practice, I felt the energy begin to rise to the center of my head, and the concentration in that area intensified, as in the practice "Alpha State."
Alpha State
Something else happens in the practice with the runes—a connection invisible in the ordinary state with something greater. As though you receive knowledge about yourself, or remember it in your wholeness.
I practiced the Aurielar rune for the first time yesterday morning and had my first mystical healing experience. When the center in my chest began to open and expand like breathing, So, unexpectedly for me, clumps of energy began to emerge and dissipate from there, accompanied by feelings and images—what is this?
Of course, intense emotions arose, along with experiencing everything that was coming out. I sat and cried with a feeling of gratitude, realizing that I was healing.
Today, the practice with the Aurielar rune proceeded calmly, and during the repetition at the end, an image of Christ began to appear. I started blinking, but the image kept appearing again. This experience also went through all the stages with emotional experiences. I realized that my sincere aspirations in my heart are heard and that I am being helped.
