OM Shanti, thank you for today’s session and for the opportunity to become acquainted with the Alpha Energies

At the beginning of the session, I felt a cool breeze gently playing with me. Then my heartbeat quickened, and warmth spread throughout my body. The movements mainly occurred in my head and chest. Toward the end of the session, I felt a pulling sensation in the root chakra, as though something were leaving through it. I felt lighter and calmer, and the playful sensations and tingling have not left me to this day. I want to remain in these Energies for a long time to come.

Namaste! Om Shanti, thank you for the Alpha session. A very strong energetic flow. I can still feel it, mainly in my head—especially the back of my head. It feels as though my entire head is being gently fanned by a breeze. The right side around the anahata ached slightly, but it has passed now. I thank the Higher Forces and you, Teacher!

The sensations were very interesting. At the beginning of the session, I felt dense energy working in the abdominal area.
There was intense heat in the manipura.

, for the session—it was magical for me!) The energies gently flowed through my feet, and then it felt as though I were being rocked. As soon as the energies moved higher, I burst into tears from an overwhelming feeling of love. I cried my heart out, and then I heard, “Sleepwalker))) You’re a sleepwalker,” and I replied, “I’m not a sleepwalker!” These were childhood memories with my father, and I began to laugh. Then the tears came again; I was crying, and suddenly I was in a cartoon: a girl’s figure at a window at night, a boy approaches from behind, strokes her shoulder, and says, “Don’t cry, look at the sky.”) And the sky was simply magnificent, impossibly beautiful, overflowing with stars. Then I noticed three beautiful ravens sitting on a shelf outside the window, admiring the sky. They looked at me so humorously, and I burst out laughing again!
Then there was more communication, and I was shown as a girl in a funny outfit, and I laughed again. I felt as though I had visited a magical fairy-tale cartoon) Then the energies became very strong; I was shivering intensely

OM Shanti, thank you so much for the Alpha Session! What an interesting and unusual Session!
The title itself and the topic of the Session made a strong impression and somehow especially prepared me to receive and work through the Session.
At the beginning of the process, visualization immediately began, like in the “Cleansing from Negativity” Course. Then the movement of energy was first felt as pressure on the head, followed by a stretching sensation in the head. After the Session (as often happens after OM Shanti sessions), I entered a blissful state, as if I had visited my Parents. I’ll cook the rice in the morning and do everything as instructed.

I’m thrilled with the Session! During the first 10 minutes, I was simply in a bright, peaceful, trusting, open state. Then I felt a strong desire to stand up, and spent the rest of the session standing, stretched out like a string

Throughout the entire session, I felt energies in my body: sometimes as a flow, sometimes as individual, distinctive sensations.
Light goosebumps would run along my back, then there would be a sharp, unexpected prick somewhere in my arm or leg,
or it felt as if someone were gently pressing on me, as though kneading dough. Suddenly, my right palm began to itch.
Something was happening in my body throughout all 15 minutes!
And after the session, my body still felt a light presence of energy within it.

I thank OM Shanti for such an unexpected session format and such an unusual session topic!

The informational aspect of the session titles is perceived by the consciousness in a completely different way.
In this session, I also felt a similarity to the cleansing in the “OON” course.
It felt as though something was being pressed out from the inside by dense energy, especially in the head.
After the session ended, I started falling asleep—it was two o’clock in the morning here—and felt tingling energy spreading from the center of my head through the skin. I felt it very strongly in my face, like fine prickling.
I prepared the rice in advance; today I’ll boil it thoroughly and throw it away.
