Variation analysis displays information about the patient's autonomic regulation parameters.
The first parameter is
Histogram.
From 10 to 100. If it is within the normal range, there will be a green circle.
This is the stress index.
The stress index characterizes the degree of tension in the heart muscle—the myocardium.
What does this mean?
It means that the lower this tension, the better. But not below 10.
If you would like to understand this value better, you can look at which direction the graph is shifted.
Just below is the
Scatterogram.
In this case, the healthiest state is around 0.42.

The “Spectral Analysis” tab
The program itself provides explanations:
HF—The parasympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system plays the predominant role in forming fluctuations in this frequency range. Power in this frequency range increases during breathing at a specific frequency and depth, and during exposure to cold. In athletes and well-trained people, HF power also significantly exceeds that of untrained people and should predominate over low-frequency power. A decrease in HF power in athletes may indicate tension in the heart's regulatory systems or overtraining, although an excessive increase may indicate a risk of sinus rhythm disturbances.
LF—The physiological interpretation of this parameter is ambiguous. It is believed that power in this frequency range is influenced by changes in the tone of both the parasympathetic and sympathetic divisions of the nervous system. The ratio of sympathetic to parasympathetic influences is characterized by the LF/HF power ratio. When sympathetic tone increases, this parameter rises significantly; with vagotonia, the opposite occurs. In many cases, reciprocal changes in LF and HF power have been observed. A significant increase in LF power has been noted during orthostatic testing, psychological stress, and moderate physical exertion in healthy people. Therefore, the prevailing view in recent years is that power in the LF range, like the LF/HF ratio, can serve as an indicator of sympathetic autonomic nervous system activity.
VLF—The physiological significance of this frequency range has not been established. However, there is an opinion that power in this range increases significantly when the body's regulatory systems become depleted.

The “Neurodynamic Analysis” tab
Neurodynamic matrix—the higher the value, the better.
Energy pyramid—body resources—the higher the value, the better.
Energy pyramid—energy balance—the best value is within the indicated normal range.
The neurohumoral regulation indicator characterizes the effectiveness of the endocrine system and determines how optimally the body uses its energy and physiological resources. The neurohumoral regulation system is responsible for maintaining the constancy of the internal environment and adapting the body to changing conditions of existence.
The energy pyramid characterizes the total volume of the body's physiological resources and the balance between the cycles of expenditure and restoration of these resources under the current rhythm of life. The ratio of the areas of the left and right parts of the “pyramid” characterizes the dynamics of anabolic and catabolic processes occurring in the body. The volume of the green part of the pyramid is proportional to the time required to restore resources; the volume of the red part corresponds to the time spent expending resources.
The minimum volume of the entire pyramid signals depletion of the body's physiological resources.
The fifth tab:
The “Psychoemotional State” tab
Very important data, especially in our age of stress and anxiety.
This data indirectly concerns brain function and activity.
Spline chart—the higher the value, the better.
The program itself also provides explanations:
Nervous system rhythm spectrum.
Essentially, this shows how harmonious the psychological indicators are.
For example, if Stress is off the charts, that is a reason to calm down and relax. If you take measurements every day and the picture is similar each day, that is a reason to consult a psychologist, or perhaps even a psychiatrist.
Living under such intense stress is very harmful to your health, especially the health of your heart and brain.
Other indicators may be higher—and that is even a good thing.
The sixth tab:
The “Fractal Analysis” tab
Fractal portrait of biorhythms—the higher, the better.
Fractal analysis is intended for visual assessment of the degree of harmonization of the rhythms of various organs and body systems. The degree of coordination among these rhythms determines the quality of the body's functioning as a unified whole.
The ability to maintain and preserve this harmony characterizes the body's resilience to changing external and internal conditions and reflects its adaptive capacity (immunity).
Biological age.
A very important indicator. Here, the lower, the better. If you are 60 and the program shows your biological age as 30, that is really very good. If only it showed that for everyone.
From a biological perspective, the body may be younger or older than the number of years actually lived; therefore, diseases and death associated with aging occur at different chronological ages. Differences between chronological and biological age are determined by both genetics and a person's lifestyle.
A person's biological age is determined not by the time elapsed since birth, but by indicators reflecting their vitality.
You should make a serious effort to keep this indicator as low as possible. It is especially bad when it is higher than your actual age. This means that a person is literally wearing themselves out. They will not be able to keep it up for long.
The seventh tab:
The “Comprehensive Analysis” tab
The “Comprehensive Health Indicator” represents the quintessence of all the previous indicators and serves as a conditional mathematical expression of the “patient's state of health.” It can be used to assess the overall quality of the body's physiological processes and the degree to which they are balanced. The “degree of health” is essentially the degree of tension required by the regulatory systems of the human body to achieve equilibrium with its environment.
The thin blue disk on the comprehensive health indicator chart represents the norm for an average patient of that age. The actual measured health indicator may differ from the norm in either direction. The difference between the actual and average values is displayed in the upper-left corner of the chart.
