And regarding the coronavirus as well.

First of all, it should be kept in mind that meat-eaters and everyone who consumes meat products in any way are more vulnerable. This could even include cheese made with rennet (which is made from animal stomachs, in case you didn’t know).
All these viruses come from animals. Swine flu, avian flu, some other kind... This one comes from bats.
Viruses are drawn to those who have eaten and continue to eat animals—that is, those who have allowed animal, fish, egg, and bird cells into their own cells.

I tried to investigate this matter. And now I know for certain that cases have been recorded in which vegetarians also died from the actions of Covid.
In other words, pure vegetarianism does not save you. You must also be a sensible vegetarian—that is, not overindulge in sugar, starches, or proteins.
That is exactly what happened with those vegetarians who left us during these trials.

Viruses are the guardians of order on Earth. They correct the course of development. Deviating from proper nutrition is fraught with the danger that the excessively intensified cleansing triggered by the influence of viruses may prove incompatible with life.
In other words, I have already said this, but I will say it again: no one dies from the viruses themselves. Death comes from the actions of the viruses. And they do not act negatively at all, as is written and said everywhere. Viruses cleanse. But there turns out to be so much filth that the body cannot withstand such an intense onslaught. This is especially true of people who have ignored their health for years and led extremely unhealthy lifestyles.

H. G. Wells’s wonderful story The War of the Worlds. Yes, it is fiction, but scientific fiction. Viruses are the masters of Earth. The oldest, most numerous, and strongest. You will not drive them away from here with any vaccines.

You will have to change yourselves. This is exactly what the viruses are telling you now. You will have to change. You are living incorrectly.

2101197 2101197 , this is also consistent with science and psychology: the less nervous and stressed a person is, the stronger their immune system. More precisely, not “stronger”—it does not become weakened by stress. Because constant fears, nervousness, and negative moods all lead to a weakened immune system. This is a scientifically proven fact.
And if a person is confident in something, there is no room in them for negative states or emotions.

I will also post here some of my messages from the Ashram, which is here. Related to this topic.

Once again, I want to say what I have said many times.
Coronavirus does not kill anyone. People do not die from it. The virus merely initiates a cleansing process. Since people are so dirty and sick, many cannot survive this process of cleansing. It is quite intense.
Viruses are not Humanity’s enemies. Not a single virus. Moreover, there is a theory that they contributed to our evolution, if not to our very emergence. Therefore, there is no reason for them to kill us. They are our friends.
To avoid misunderstanding, I repeat once again: people do die. That is a fact. It is life-threatening because people are overloaded with their own filth. But people do not die from viruses, but from their own filth—from years of neglecting their health.
There are people who already have various viruses living in them, but they do not “get sick.” Because all “illnesses” are inventions of modern medicine. More details can be found at the Mahapurna School in the Autonomy topic.
“Diseases” are most often the cleansing of the body, especially so-called “viral” diseases.
And yes, I did not mention the main thing: various vaccines against nonexistent diseases.
Of course, one needs to cleanse oneself and stop killing oneself with excesses, especially dietary ones.
Then viruses will become our friends, as they have always been. Vaccinations are not a blessing at all.
The point is to strengthen one’s health and the purity of the body. That is what absolute immunity is.
The scientific definition of a “vaccine” is protection against a viral disease. But viruses do not cause disease. They merely try to pull us away from the wrong path of development—individually.
There are more than 100 million viruses on Earth; they are the true masters of the Earth. We are essentially their guests here. They are the most numerous biological form of life on Earth. Fighting the masters of the Earth is madness.
It is viruses that make us follow the right path of Evolution. They are something like cosmic (planetary) law enforcers.

I personally know people—and you may know some too—who, after an ordinary bout of flu, quit smoking, drinking, and taking drugs.
Some even quit eating, if you can believe it.
They did start again later, though. Still.

There is another important piece of information.

Recently, one of the attentive users of the Your Yoga website wrote to me that masks press on the ears with their elastic bands.
And he gave me a link to my website: Your Yoga. Treating depression and antistress.
This practice is provided at that link.
In it, I talk about a cord that pulls the ears upward, producing an antistress effect.
The attentive user told me that wearing a mask might be similar to this practice.
I replied that no, it is not similar, because in the practice the pull must nevertheless be upward.
Moreover, I pointed out that people often wear masks lowered outdoors—that is, they pull them down (so as not to remove them from their faces), and the straps then press not upward, but ON THE CONTRARY, downward.
So instead of an antistress effect, we get the opposite.

I also provided information (a practice) in the Ashram (here) on how to solve a similar problem with over-ear headphones, since the effect is similar.

Right now, most of the fuss is about immunity. As usual: “Hooray, forward, let’s strengthen everyone’s immunity”... And here’s another little vaccine for you...

What do I think about immunity?
The commonly accepted view is that immunity is the body’s ability to resist external influences.
But this is an incorrect definition of the phenomenon.
Personally, I think that no one should have to fight or resist anyone. We need to become so pure that no virus has any interest in our bodies. So that we are “transparent” to them. Like a vegetarian shop to a dog. A dog runs in, looks around, sniffs the carrots, apples, and cabbage, and runs away. There’s nothing for it here. And do you know where the dog ran? Have you figured it out already? To a shop where there is meat, and so on.
The shop is you. Remove all the nastiness from your shop, and the virus will not be interested in you.

Otherwise, you’ll have to stand there with a gun and shoot dogs. But you can’t stand like that for long. Old age arrives. And you won’t be able to shoot dogs for long.

You need to cleanse yourself. And the dogs will pass you by.

People are dying from the consequences of the coronavirus; that is a sad fact. The coronavirus merely shows us that humanity is living incorrectly. People have become very weak.
Did you know that Ayurveda is not actually a science of healing at all? In other words, Ayurveda was not given to Dhanvantari for healing purposes!!!
And you may ask me, “But how can that be? It does heal and treat...”

But I will only repeat once again what I have said many times: Ayurveda was given to INTELLIGENT people so that they would not bring themselves to the state when a disease is diagnosed.

An intelligent person is one who corrects their life AT THE VERY BEGINNING, rather than when the final stage, called illness, has already occurred and something already needs to be cut out or liters of chemical medicines injected.

Do you understand me?

Why do you not listen to your body? As soon as you first ate store-bought ice cream, your body was already signaling to you that some kind of wild poison was entering it... And it was extremely cold at the same time. A completely terrible product. But you think, “Well, I didn’t die from the ice cream, so nothing terrible happened...”
You do not hear the quiet voice of Nature that constantly sounds in response to every bit of filth you eat.

That is why this voice becomes stronger and more insistent... And what is the result? Go to the hospitals. Horror and hell reign there.

These people did not want, and do not want, to listen to this great Voice.

But listen to it at last.

Does the vaccine help?

I know people who got vaccinated against COVID and that is precisely what infected them with COVID. In other words, they went through COVID in full because of this "vaccination." And these are very serious conditions. I know this not from some news reports. It is what is known from what is happening nearby. Literally in our own homes.

The vaccine definitely "helped." But it helped them get sick. Perhaps without it, they would never have found out what COVID was at all.
I very much doubt that it helps. And I have already written this above.

At Mahapurna School, the question of what to do to avoid getting sick, or what to do when you or your relatives get sick, is raised many times...

I wrote about what to do in my Ashram as soon as all this began. Don’t you know what my Ashram is? My Ashram is: Virtual Sadhana-Shantaram Ashram.

But I will also give recommendations here.

First of all, start using the Elixir: Your Yoga. The Elixir of Youth and Eternal Life.
I have also provided a great deal of material on the Wim Hof method on the Your Yoga website and in my social media blogs. I mean breathing according to the Wim Hof system. I also post about his system and other similar systems in the Ashram.
What do I mean by my social media blogs? For example, this: Your Yoga. Your Yoga on social networks and messengers.

Of course, I also recommend my original system: The "SAD" Breathing System

The point is NOT TO GET SICK! Treating an illness is more difficult. It is much easier simply not to get sick. Because the consequences of an illness can be severe. It is easier not to let yourself reach such a weakened state that illness can occur.
Strengthen yourself NOW.

And don’t forget—stress kills the immune system! Think positive thoughts.

Few people think about the meaning of Russian words.. | Your Yoga | VKontakte
Good—this is one of the names of God. Khoros (in Russian.. | Your Yoga | VKontakte

If anyone is wondering whether I got any kind of COVID vaccine, no, I didn’t, and I’m not planning to.

It’s the 21st century! So many opportunities, so much knowledge... Yet for some reason, our rulers stupidly choose to treat us like breeding stock.

Why does no one tell you that there are plenty of practices for strengthening the immune system?

Proper nutrition, proper thinking, proper exercises, breathing, and so on.

They’ve stuffed the stores with cigarettes and booze, and filled pharmacies with chemical pills...

And their entire solution is to inject us with yet another kind of poison.

INSTEAD of promoting a healthy LIFESTYLE!!!

They treat us like livestock. No difference whatsoever.

All they do is put up barriers so that we follow the path they want us to take into the stall... Or not into a stall, but to the slaughterhouse...

I think everyone understands what these barriers are. The day before yesterday, you couldn’t travel to another country; yesterday, you couldn’t enter a store; today, they’re shortening the validity period of COVID tests...

What’s next tomorrow? Won’t you be able to buy a piece of bread without this vaccination?

I didn’t get vaccinated either, and I’m not planning to. But my children did; they don’t read all this "anti-nonsense." They say that such discussions and speeches have always existed and still do. My granddaughter was vaccinated right at the university—apparently, they insist on it. A close friend of mine, my university classmate, solemnly announced that she had "fulfilled her civic duty." And so on.
Yes, the vise is tightening. I was outraged even when my newborn daughter was given the BCG vaccine at the maternity hospital. At the time, this looked so abnormal from my perspective. Who could have imagined that we would live to see such mass vaccination on a global scale?! What is happening simply doesn’t fit in my head. And it’s unclear how one can influence it. So, yes, apparently only on an individual level. It’s like something out of a dystopia.

Unfortunately, very many people are hostages to a situation where it’s either vaccination or dismissal. It’s one thing to skip taking the bus or going to a shopping center once in a while. It’s another if your job or profession requires you to work within the system. Fighting the system is a lost cause from the outset, and many people already have to prove the illegality of it all to themselves at home. Many people who were convinced they were right got vaccinated out of desperation, even though back in September they swore, "Let them fire me." And many others found a way around it. I’m one of those who will look for an alternative to the very end. Fortunately, the Universe opens doors for those who seek a way out.

In my entire childhood, I was accidentally given one vaccination because my mother failed to keep an eye on things, and I was pressured and forced into it as a child by the people administering the vaccine. In all other cases, it was enough to say that we refused; if necessary, we would write it down and sign it. My health was always much better than that of those around me—by an order of magnitude. When my classmates caught respiratory infections 5–8 times a year, I might not get sick even once, and if I did, I would make a full recovery in 3 days, rarely 7. What is it—genes or the absence of vaccinations? Do I now want to get a series of obscure coronavirus vaccinations? Of course not. They are obscure because, essentially, this is an experiment, since a sufficient number of studies have not been conducted. And it is interesting that they are trying to impose participation in the experiment, while refusing to take responsibility for the consequences; they demand that we sign a paper stating that responsibility for the consequences rests with us. Some people may become hysterical, saying, “You could be infected without symptoms and infect someone who would not survive the disease.” Well, I’ll buy myself a mask with coronavirus filters so that everyone can feel calmer—such masks are available now, and cost 3,000–5,000 rubles.

My children and grandchildren are not planning or willing to get vaccinated; I had no influence on them—they made that decision themselves. It is unknown what will happen next.
My husband and I are not going to get vaccinated under any circumstances.
Many people are frightened and trust doctors very strongly, placing their hopes in vaccinations. Mortality is increasing in our settlement; I do not know whether those who died were vaccinated or not, so many people simply give in to panic and do not want to hear any arguments.

As soon as the vaccine became available here, all factory workers were required to get vaccinated. My sister’s husband got vaccinated, like everyone else who chose to keep their job. About a year passed, and at the beginning of the month the factory where he worked cut its staff by 40%, regardless of whether they were vaccinated or not. At my workplace, a private company, everyone in our branch is vaccinated except me. To be honest, the pressure is great from all sides; what saves me is that I have my own office and no direct contact with clients. They offered me the choice of paying for the tests myself or taking a test every two days. I live on my salary, so if the question of dismissal arises, I do not know what I will do. I want to thank all the residents who share their experiences 🙏 The practices and being in the School and Ashram help me a lot. Thank you, Teacher 🙏

Right now, the fate of the world is pushing us back to where we all came from—to an environment where everyone worked for themselves. For example, like in villages: the shoemaker lives here, the blacksmith across the road, the baker two houses away, and the carpenter two more houses down...

What do all these people have in common? No one tells them what to do. They work for themselves.

When someone works for who-knows-whom, who demands who-knows-what—that isn't life. Everyone should strive to work for themselves. The situation in the world is leading us in that direction.

In some villages, people don't even know about COVID or vaccinations. What kind of strange novelty is that...
They live as they always have, independently. The issue is relevant for people who, to put it mildly, work for other people. This is how it happens in megacities and cities.

I was just thinking—if the unvaccinated were left in isolation and forced to live independently, how could I be useful? And it occurred to me that I could be a teacher, cook, or gardener. That would come in handy, wouldn't it? Well, of course, when necessary, one can learn anything.

Everything has its advantages. COVID does too.
Many people have started studying more. What's more, it is now possible to study online even subjects that used to be available only offline. The whole world is changing toward ACCESSIBILITY. Everything is becoming more accessible. You make a call, and a couple of days later it is delivered right to your home.
Dreamed of taking a course with someone in India? Here you go—you can already take it online. Sign up and study!
What's more, people quickly realized that they have value in their own right—that they can learn and work for themselves.
Robots will do all the work, while people will study, create, accumulate, and pass on knowledge. There will be more creative people.

It seems that won't happen anytime soon!
Right now, working for yourself isn't realistic—even if you have your own business, you'll still be forced to register your income, and in the end you'll have to pay a mountain of taxes and fees, as well as contributions toward a future pension that, in practice, won't exist! In the end, you're still working for some boss, even if it's your own business! But there is one plus: they won't force you to get a jab, although who knows?
Education, however, requires a great deal of time, as well as money, which somehow has to be earned somewhere, doesn't it? Besides, most people live in the material world; they don't need spirituality, and they aren't willing to pay for it. For them, the main thing is a piece of bread—what good are paintings? You can't eat them! That's the reality, and what can we do about it?

I agree that learning online requires money; without payment, hardly anyone would agree, because the teacher also needs at least something to eat. Working for yourself in the countryside is possible, of course—you can grow at least some vegetables, but what about grain? Without machinery, it is difficult to cultivate large areas of land. I thought about this and told my husband that we should move to a village, to which he replied that I already lack the strength to tend our seven sotkas of garden and vegetable plot, so what would be the point of moving? You need clothing, tools, and their maintenance, sharpening, for example. And most importantly, housing. To move to a village, you need to acquire a home. You will have to pay for utilities; even if there are not many, money is still needed, and if there is none, what will you heat the premises with in winter? Water is manageable—you can dig a well—but even then, what kind of water will it be? From my own village, I know that the water in the wells is salty, suitable only for irrigation and not even for washing; the soap curdles. And without medical care, it will be very difficult, as will managing without medicines and various medical supplies: cotton wool, bandages, and so on. Only a few people have excellent health.
Besides, very different kinds of people live in villages too, and there are the same problems as in cities. It will be very difficult to live in abandoned villages; you could say it would be survival. Without money means without the internet, a telephone, machinery (fuel costs: gasoline and oil), and spare parts for the machinery, because it tends to break down. Without water, gas, or electricity. You would have to keep a cow and plow the land with oxen. This kind of life is possible only in communities, among like-minded people, and preferably in abandoned villages. In inhabited places—villages—it will be difficult: people will consider you sectarians and may actively resist you. A great many questions and problems arise here, and they need to be solved together with the community group. It is impossible to survive alone. Questions about creating communities are currently being discussed on Slavyansk Radio. The ideas are very interesting, but everything is connected with selling the communities’ products and obtaining money to pay for everything I listed above. But money may be abolished; there will be only electronic money, and only those who got the jab will have access to it. Therefore, complete autonomy and groups of like-minded people are assumed. Overall, it is simply survival: you get sick and die without medical help. You fall, break a leg or arm, and become disabled—just a burden; and if blood poisoning sets in, you die. So that is how things stand for now.

Nowadays, it’s practically impossible to work for yourself. Even if you have your own business, you’ll still be forced to register your income, and in the end you’ll have to pay a ton of taxes and levies, as well as contribute toward your future pension—which, in reality, you won’t receive! So in the end, you still work for some boss, even if it’s your own business! But there is one ➕: they won’t force you to get vaccinated, although who knows?
In any case, it’s much less. When you work for someone else, they pay the taxes. Plus, they take the lion’s share of their employees’ labor.
That’s hardly a reason to give up working for yourself.

And again, it depends on what level of income we’re talking about.

Let’s suppose someone paid 100,000 for coach training.
They received a diploma and have the right to work...

And let’s say they reached a rate of 5,000 per consultation.

And let’s say they have four clients per month. In the end, they earn 20,000 rubles a month.

That doesn’t allow them to drive Mercedes cars and so on.

But you can live quite adequately on 20,000.

And yes, if there are four clients a month at 5,000 rubles each, I don’t think anyone would pay taxes here, and the authorities would take an interest in them. That’s the situation for now.

Those who find 20,000 insufficient simply move on.

Essentially, at the Ashram I taught lessons on how not to be rolling in money, while not overburdening yourself with work, and still having enough money to live an independent spiritual life.

Nowadays, the fate of the world is pushing us back to where we all came from—that is, to an environment where everyone worked for themselves. For example, as in villages: a shoemaker lives here, a blacksmith across the road, a baker two houses down, and a carpenter two houses beyond that...

What do all these people have in common? No one dictates to them. They work for themselves.

When someone works for who-knows-whom, who demands who-knows-what, that isn’t life. Everyone should strive to work for themselves. The situation in the world is leading us in that direction.
Some are pronounced individualists, capable of working well and responsibly—you could say, masters of their craft or crafts. Some are good implementers. Some are excellent organizers, capable of creating a business and a team that brings their ideas—and those of their employees—to life. Some can invest in ideas that attract them. The socioeconomic system will demand all of these things; the proportions and quantities of each may change as the system changes.
