Yes, this whole story with the shots is complete nonsense. I don’t know whether it’s a business or brainwashing. Fear is evident in the human consciousness: people are afraid to make their own decisions about their lives, and they’re used to believing whoever speaks from the glowing screen. There’s nothing you can do about it! We’ll wait for better times, when they start telling the truth on TV!

By the way, how long has it been since this whole vaccination mess began? I just remembered that someone at the Ashram asked me how I would manage without getting vaccinated.
Now I think it’s the perfect time to answer:
I haven’t had a single vaccination, and as you can see, I’m still alive. Although I can say that, judging by the symptoms, I went through three strains; I never went to the hospital even once.
I went through it all on my feet.
But now I’ve completely forgotten about colds. The body needs time to mutate; in my view, this is a virus that strengthens the immune system!

You know, for some reason it seems to me that they—the extraterrestrials—are waiting for humanity to start thinking for itself, when people will stop being laboratory mice. The only problem is that these pills do not help.

And I already told you how to clean your tongue many years ago. Many people follow this practice, and such problems happen to them less often; for some, they do not happen at all.

Although after many years of teaching people to be healthy, strong, and wise, I have come to the conclusion that there is a category of people who enjoy these adventures. There is nothing I can do about that.

I started writing about the Wim Hof Method and about Wim Hof himself, as an extraordinarily remarkable person, a long time ago.

And I said long ago that Wim Hof undertook an astounding experiment. As did those who practiced his method.
They all had some kind of nasty substance injected into their blood. Something like a virus.

And no one got sick. They breathed according to the Yogis’ method, and nothing happened to them!

This is the best protection.

Even if you have already caught something, breathe according to the Hof method (for example, three times a day).

There will be little chance for some harmful foreign substance to take hold in your body. Then finish it off with essential oils (tea tree, Ongard - here), Citrosept, Trishun, and fasting.

I recently tried this breathing exercise using an online trainer on YouTube. I managed to hold my breath for 4 minutes on the first try. To say that I was very surprised would be an understatement

They kill microbes, but not parasite eggs.
