Energy enters through the crown of my head and activates all the chakras. Then, throughout the day, I feel an electric charge in my brain; my state is elevated, my mind is calm, and complete peace sets in. There is such lightness in my body that when I put my foot down, it feels as though it does not touch the ground—apparently, I am floating in the air. Today, after the Energy Chat, some force that had been holding me back disappeared. For example, I want to write a message at the School, share something in Sadhana-Ashram about the practice, the Energy Chat, or something else, but I cannot. My body feels as though it is shackled by invisible "weights." As if some invisible someone is stopping me and does not want me to proceed.
The Energy Chat and OM Shanti once again swept all of this away today.
There were several other "miracles" as well. The path to actions that had been obstructed was cleared. The Energy of Help arrived.

Wishing everyone a good day! I thank the Higher Powers and OM Shanti for the "Renewal" Energy Chat! During the session, there were only flashes of gentle energies, and immediately after the chat, an image appeared of a photo of me at 17 (this photo sometimes appears spontaneously) for five seconds. It was as though I had become six months younger, and my eyes were happy. I even jokingly thought that I should hurry with my practices, otherwise these chats would make me as young as a kindergarten child, while there is an unlimited amount of work to do. Only today did I realize that it was an image of a happy, carefree childhood.
Thank you for the Energy Chat! Today, I felt the energies and the work in a special way. Every Energy Chat unfolds differently, with its own mood, but I always feel the people who participate; there is always a sense of their presence, as if you were physically in their company. Today, however, there was a strong focus on myself. Nothing and no one else. Just me and the Higher Powers. Thank you
I have a feeling that today’s EnergyChat was the answer and greeting I received in response to my appeals to the Higher Power. The thing is, whenever I travel across bridges, visit waterfalls, or climb mountains, I ask the Lord to free me from all kinds of limitations and obscurations, inner or outer. This has become my tradition and practice. And today, I experienced an especially profound sense of joy and gratitude. I wanted to physically help myself, with my hands, remove all the black cloaks from myself and my doubles (that is exactly how it appeared to me) and send them to their proper place. For a moment, I dozed off and began seeing various images, recalling some frightening visions from childhood, and suddenly I was startled by the word “tail.” Then I wanted to sound and ring out joyfully, so I began doing one of the practices given by Om Shanti.
Now I really want to say to myself and to each of you: “Have a good journey!”
This is all incredible—with each EnergyChat, we are becoming closer to ourselves, closer to one another, and closer to God.

I would like to share a little of my experience. As the session was coming to an end, I was thinking about returning everything bad back. I caught myself thinking about how I had been transported to my childhood, to a hot summer day in a field, and experienced such a pleasant, long-forgotten feeling of peace and lightness. It was as though this was what I had been missing, something that had been lost and forgotten by me long ago. And the most interesting thing was that I sensed the familiar smell of the field and faintly heard its sounds.
Over the last two EnergyChats, I have not only felt but also begun to notice positive changes in myself. Putting off important tasks and the fears that held me back have begun to dissolve, and I can see my progress in practice. Therefore, I would like to express my gratitude for this opportunity, and I recommend that everyone else not let it pass them by. All the best

It was very interesting and unusual to feel how the power of Energy Feedback works. It was like a little broom woven from bright, powerful energies that gradually cleansed my aura. You could say it carefully swept away all foreign debris. At first, I felt the energy working in the upper part of my body; toward the end of the Energy Chat, it moved downward.
When repeating the affirmations about cleansing the Ancestral Line, a procession of my ancestors appeared before my inner eye, stretching far back into the past. They stood one behind another. I felt how happy they were to be freed from чужие negative energies.
After the session ended, the energy work did not stop; it continued for about another hour, bringing with it a feeling of lightness and joy!

Report on the Energochat Energoobratka 07.04.23
This Energochat turned out to be very unusual compared with the others. Of course, my personal external circumstances also played a role, but the Energochat itself was special too
I’ll start by saying that this Energochat caught me at work—I couldn’t immediately find privacy and create the necessary atmosphere for meditation, so I was a little late to the beginning of the Energochat. Nevertheless, I quickly managed to tune in to the right “wavelength” and a calm state of acceptance, repeating the Teacher’s affirmations to myself.
Unlike the other participants, I felt the energy’s effect on me not from top to bottom, but from bottom to top. The first chakra reacted first, and almost immediately the second one did too, from the side of the lower back. A strong burning sensation began in both, as if something were being burned out. Then an extremely strange and unfamiliar sensation appeared—as if something dark were being drawn out of my spine around the third chakra and upward, higher along the spine. Before that, I had experienced various sensations in different parts of my body, but never in my spine (not as an energetic channel, but as a physical part of the body). Afterwards, the back of my head, crown, and bridge of my nose were burned through one after another. Heat remained in the seventh chakra for quite a long time, but this felt right, considering that something was being drawn out of my spine. The pressure and burning in the bridge of my nose, however, came as a surprise. Apparently, some blockage around the third eye was being removed, which made me very happy
Despite the intense heat, the sensations were not unpleasant. Rather, they felt right and necessary.
After the Energochat, I got a great deal of work done, but did not feel tired; I was in an energized state.
The effects of the Energoobratka appeared the next day. In the morning, I was doing OON as usual (I do this course daily, like my morning hygiene routine) and suddenly noticed that in the places where I usually have attachments or some dark threads that regularly appear there, there was nothing! The flow of light streamed freely downward; nothing was obstructing it. At first, I didn’t connect this with the Energochat and was surprised, but then I understood everything.
During the day, I performed my scheduled Light Meditation and again felt burning in my spine, which had never happened before. Something must have been reorganized there. I’ll continue observing. Very interesting!
I was also amazed at how much negativity was removed from me during the Energochat—almost all the chakras were involved! I had no idea I had so much of it
If there is another similar Energochat in the future, I’ll be very happy to take part in it

During the chat, I felt a strong energy from above; it was simply pressing me down into the chair. My state was calm; I repeated the affirmations from the chat, did not feel sleepy, and felt lightness afterward.
The results of the chat are visible immediately when you practice—you can feel where the changes are taking place.
In my experience, as soon as I read about the upcoming chat and its topic, the changes began. While practicing the transmission of DP energy two days before the chat, I felt a hologram of a pyramid switch on in my head. It was not very clear, but I saw it. I always cleanse the channels of the spine with a pyramid, and this time I lowered the pyramid to the coccyx and saw a soft, gentle flash of light. This energy then slowly began to rise all the way to my head.
One more observation: I practice MM - peaceful meditation meditation and always felt, according to my sensations, an external influence on me, as if my will were being blocked. But after the chat, this meditation unexpectedly worked out differently for me: the Evil enclosed in the sphere turned into a point within that sphere, and the sphere moved away from me to a great distance. This result occurred on its own, without visualization.
In general, after the chat I feel warm, life-giving energy in my body. This morning, after drinking some boiled water, the channels began to awaken through the opened navel center. Energy began to rise upward like a river, sequentially activating the spleen, liver, stomach, heart center, and the chakras of both breasts; from there, it moved along the channel to the throat chakra, beneath the jaw, through the canine channels. Saliva quickly began filling my mouth, and then the energy filled my head. This process is still happening and has not stopped; there is less pressure in my head from resistance and blockages.

More specifically, from far above, vertically—from space—some kind of transparent tube descended. It looked like a long, round fluorescent lamp. Or a Jedi sword. The tube glowed faintly with a greenish light. When I tried to look more closely, it became apparent that the tube seemed to be made of stardust; stars and star clusters could be seen inside it. The tube rotated slowly, and the cosmos inside it rotated along with it. You could imagine a glass tube filled with transparent greenish epoxy, containing flecks of glittering gold and bronze. In our world, the tube would be 3 cm in diameter. The rotation was slow and smooth, without precession. There seemed to be movement, and yet there did not. You know, like the Moon—there is no visible movement, but if you look again after a few minutes, it has moved. The tube disappeared into a white cloud around the abdominal chakra.
I understood the meaning of what was happening as follows: some Higher Power was turning a rejuvenating resource of the physical body with a cosmic screwdriver. (I have already written about this; the color was approximately like this: the Bode Galaxy continued.)
The Bode Galaxy, also known as M81 and Messier 81, is located in the constellation Ursa Major, approximately 12 million light-years away from us. It is a spiral galaxy with a clearly defined structure.
Later, there was a second meditation on the same subject, Rejuvenation. This time, I did not ask the Ra-fields for help. Sometimes I manage to see something. This time I was able to see a whitish energy: a round, white, vertical tube about the diameter of an arm, around 10 centimeters. At the bottom, it branched out into slightly twisted streams resembling tree roots. This kind of octopus-arm enveloped a sphere in the abdomen and rotated something. I do not know what. If it had not been for the chat title, I might not have guessed what was happening. At the top, the tube faded from view. The same happened at the bottom. The image also resembled a truck’s drive shaft. The shaft from the engine enters a spherical gearbox, from which the rotation is transmitted to secondary leg-wheel axles.
Differences in perception: in the image involving the Ra-fields, the “screwdriver” was thin, colorful, and clearly fractal and cosmic. Without the Ra-fields, the “screwdriver” was thicker than a shovel, opaque, and had a widening “octopus tentacle” nozzle at the bottom.
As for rejuvenation specifically, there is nothing particularly noticeable—there seem to be fewer wrinkles. I once ran into some old acquaintances whom I had not seen for a long time. They said, “You haven’t changed at all,” which is also a good result. Young people are more beautiful; everyone wants the “rejuvenating apple” ))

For the first 10 minutes, I was attuning and remained in a state of peace. Later, signs of something foreign in the body appeared: my limbs, anahata, and the areas beneath my shoulder blades itched intermittently in specific spots (although I usually do not itch at all). At the end, spots appeared on the 6th chakra. Automatically and intuitively, I applied the OON technique to help. Everything together helped. Minor unpleasant sensations remain now. The cleansing is probably continuing.

At the beginning of the session, two of my dogs came into the room; by the middle of the session, they got into a fight, while work calls suddenly began coming in urgently. It became very noisy, and then everything suddenly fell silent just as quickly.
The phrases for today's chat felt like a prayer that I wanted to recite loudly and clearly throughout the entire session, and I did not hold myself back.
And, as the cherry on top, afterward came the blissful aftertaste of heartfelt gratitude to Om Shanti, because today we took another substantial step toward becoming cleaner and closer to our true, free selves. Report on the Energy Chat “Energy Eclipse,” 05/05/23
The Energy Chat was very intriguing and unlike anything held before. At the beginning, my foot chakras reacted as usual—the soles of my feet warmed up very quickly. Well, I thought, the energy is about to rise upward, but no... As soon as I began mentally repeating the Teacher’s suggested affirmations, my fifth chakra reacted. And so intensely, as if it had caught fire! I should note here that if energetic dirt clings to me, I feel it most strongly through my throat chakra. That is why I concluded that the Energy Eclipse had begun a cleansing process, starting with the chakra that had suffered the most, clearing away any attachments, energetic parasites, negativity, and so on. Then the burning sensation spread simultaneously downward to the fourth chakra and upward to the sixth. I saw some strange whitish light, resembling moonlight in the fog, enveloping the space around me. In this misty haze, indistinct silhouettes appeared (black magicians? Sorcerers?) and began to dissolve quickly, as though being washed away by the light—very much like drops of tar dissolving without a trace in milk. This happened very quickly, within a few seconds, and the light immediately disappeared. But I continued repeating the affirmations several times, and when I reached “all my desires that lead to negative consequences are eclipsed,” I felt a sharp stabbing pain in the back of my head. I was even surprised to receive such a vivid manifestation in response to that phrase. I endured it for a few seconds, and the pain disappeared. When I reached the final phrase, “everything bad is eclipsed within me and disappears, turning into nothingness, going nowhere,” a wave of goosebumps ran down my body from top to bottom. And every time I repeated this phrase mentally, the wave came again. Nothing like this had ever happened to me before: I had experienced goosebumps before, but they occurred randomly, and never before had they been controlled by specific phrases! An extremely unusual manifestation of the cleansing process for me.

I came to again at the final phrase because another wave of goosebumps rushed through my body and pulled me out of the suspended state. Very soon, I felt that although the Energy Eclipse was continuing in my body, the process had shifted into the background and I could end the meditation. I mentally thanked everyone who had participated and helped, and came out of the meditation

It was very interesting! 
The Energy Chat was very intriguing and unlike anything held before. At the beginning, my foot chakras reacted as usual—the soles of my feet warmed up very quickly. Well, I thought, the energy is about to rise upward, but no... As soon as I began mentally repeating the Teacher’s suggested affirmations, my fifth chakra reacted. And so intensely, as if it had caught fire! I should note here that if energetic dirt clings to me, I feel it most strongly through my throat chakra. That is why I concluded that the Energy Eclipse had begun a cleansing process, starting with the chakra that had suffered the most, clearing away any attachments, energetic parasites, negativity, and so on. Then the burning sensation spread simultaneously downward to the fourth chakra and upward to the sixth. I saw some strange whitish light, resembling moonlight in the fog, enveloping the space around me. In this misty haze, indistinct silhouettes appeared (black magicians? Sorcerers?) and began to dissolve quickly, as though being washed away by the light—very much like drops of tar dissolving without a trace in milk. This happened very quickly, within a few seconds, and the light immediately disappeared. But I continued repeating the affirmations several times, and when I reached “all my desires that lead to negative consequences are eclipsed,” I felt a sharp stabbing pain in the back of my head. I was even surprised to receive such a vivid manifestation in response to that phrase. I endured it for a few seconds, and the pain disappeared. When I reached the final phrase, “everything bad is eclipsed within me and disappears, turning into nothingness, going nowhere,” a wave of goosebumps ran down my body from top to bottom. And every time I repeated this phrase mentally, the wave came again. Nothing like this had ever happened to me before: I had experienced goosebumps before, but they occurred randomly, and never before had they been controlled by specific phrases! An extremely unusual manifestation of the cleansing process for me.

Throughout the entire session, I felt as though I were inside some powerful tube filled with energies. They were erasing me as if I were in a washing machine. At the very beginning, my head felt “compressed,” and I have periodically felt this pressure throughout the day.
