Today I had very strong sensations on the physical level. My coccyx ached, and my throat was tightly constricted—an energy flow was coming from Vishuddha. Then the aching spread throughout my entire body. My joints and bones felt like they were twisting. I could see through my body; very intense work was taking place with it. At the end, a wave of relaxation came. Thank you!

Dear Teacher, I never cease to marvel at the new discoveries I keep making within myself. I bow deeply and am grateful for the opportunity to develop under Your tireless guidance. During the energy chat, the Higher Powers worked with my spiritual heart; the Anahata chakra sang and vibrated with tenderness and serenity. Light energy flowed through the crown of my head, as if someone had simply turned on the light. I opened my eyes, and my mind was clear and calm. The gratitude flowing from my chest made me want to clean the house so that everything would shine and glow. I had so much energy all day that I could have moved mountains, without feeling tired at all. I am grateful for the wonderful opportunity, dear Om Shanti, to realize who you truly are. I thank all the students of the school for taking part in the energy chat. I thank the Higher Powers for their help and support.

At the very end of the Energy Chat, I opened my eyes slightly for a second—the clock read 11:21. I closed my eyes again and, as if in reality, heard a rooster crow several times. Then a forest valley appeared before my inner vision, covered to the brim with snow. The snow was light and sparkling, and I was literally bathing in it. Above my head was a fluffy white snowdrift on slender branches and a bright sun. I felt dazzling Purity and Joy! Then I remembered what a rooster’s crow means: darkness has retreated; its time is over! My soul feels so light and peaceful! This state has stayed with me to this day. I thank the Higher Powers! Thank You, Teacher, for this precious Gift!

Yesterday, during the Energy Eclipse energy chat, besides the usual relaxation and tingling in my palms, I felt work being done specifically with the left side of my body. My left hip joint began to pulse, as did the teeth on the left, the left side of my nose, and my left eye; then it felt as though the entire left side of my body had gone numb. As I understand it, the work for me involved my maternal lineage, which is associated specifically with the left side of the body. But just now I thought that the Moon (whose eclipse took place yesterday) also symbolizes one’s mother and one’s relationship with her! It is very interesting how it all comes together.
During the eclipse this time, I had unusual sensations. As soon as the eclipse began at 20:14, I felt as though I were being pressed down; it was physically palpable, and this sensation intensified until the eclipse peaked at 22:24. But as soon as the eclipse began to wane, it immediately started to ease, and I felt more alert and energetic. As a result, by the end of the eclipse at 00:30, I was alert, energetic, and ready to move mountains; I did not sleep until after two in the morning. It was as if a real reboot had taken place, and everything bad had gone away.
I am very grateful to our wizard Om Shanti and the Higher Powers for yet another miracle. And of course, I thank all the participants—thank you for sharing your results; it is always interesting to learn how the energy chat affects everyone.

Having had some time to process yesterday’s Energy Chat, I would like to thank the Higher Powers, Om Shanti, and all the participants

This Energy Chat took place with the help of images, just like the previous one. This time, a huge number of pictures floated before my eyes, while I simply observed everything and concentrated on the teacher’s phrases. At first there were many images; one of the memorable ones was of me lying underwater, in rather murky water. A ray of light above the water, passing over it with each circle, cleansed the water until it became transparent. At such moments, I felt calm in my body. Until suddenly, a song by William, “Ego,” arose in my head. At first I paid no attention to it, but it increasingly filled my awareness until I realized that it was trying to point out what I needed to work on. And as soon as I realized that it was the ego, an image appeared of a black spider with red lines crawling out of a hole; at some point it turned into an octopus. My sensations indicated that it did not like the fact that I had noticed it. My body trembled, but I continued repeating the phrases, and it began to dissolve. As soon as the image disappeared, I felt better. Afterward, I began looking for information about the ego and found what I need to work on. There are indeed past experiences that have left their mark and prevent me from developing. I sincerely express my gratitude once again for such an opportunity and a new point of growth

The Energy Chat was once again very productive for me.

After reading the preamble, I was simply switched off for the entire chat. There were no emotions, no feelings, nothing. I was as if in another dimension, where you cease to be a separate part and simply exist as being. It cannot be expressed in words. Pure bliss!!!!

Report on the “Cleansing” Energy Chat from May 27, 2023
As always, the energy at our Energy Chats is very pleasant

This time, for some reason, the cleansing energy came not from below, through my feet as I’m used to, but from my head. Before that, however, my palms became very warm and were burning, and my body was placed, as it were, in an energy field that relaxed it almost instantly. I can’t describe it more precisely; I think those who have worked with energy fields will understand me

After the relaxation, the cleansing began. It started, as I already said, with my head, with the Crown chakra, then descended through my neck into my shoulders and worked there for a long time on tension and blockages. For some reason, during my morning exercise today, I discovered that my entire neck-and-shoulder area was especially tense. Of course, I massaged it in the morning, but the cleansing energy was doing something there on its own level. Then it moved to the solar plexus and cleansed that area. I didn’t notice it moving any lower; on the contrary, toward the end of the Energy Chat, the energy returned to my shoulders and then back to the Crown chakra. Only at the very end did my legs react—the chakras in my feet lit up.
Even after the session, I still feel completely relaxed, calm, and peaceful; all the unnecessary tension has left my body! It feels so good!

Review of the “Cleansing” Energy Chat. I agree with 8030—the energy at the chats really is wonderful!

As usual, the energy overwhelmed me so much that there was no choice: relaxing and accepting the energy was the only possible course of events. This time, I felt the energy in the soles of my feet very clearly; they were burning with heat

, and an image appeared in my mind

—a red, spinning energy disk around my feet.

What could this be—have the chakras shifted, and is the muladhara now in the feet?

I also felt some heat in my palms. Then, as I’ve grown accustomed to, my head and forehead joined in; afterward, it felt like there was light in my head

—a very pleasant feeling of clarity. I thank the Higher Powers and our dear OM Shanti, as well as all the chat participants, for practicing together!!!

I also love our Energy Chats; for me, they’re like holidays marked on the calendar!!!

After the chat, I went to work overnight, and all night I felt as if I had swallowed an Energizer battery

Yesterday I attended my first energy chat—since the very beginning of this section, I had been considering taking part in a chat specifically about removing negativity. I liked the chat; it lasted about 25 minutes. Immediately after stating my intention to participate, a flow began, accompanied by a voice saying, “At last, I have matured.” The work proceeded as a flow through all the chakras in sequence, from the 1st through the 7th, and at the end of the session, through all the chakras at once, but quickly. When the session ended, I took and lit three candles as a thank-you to OM Shanti for the chat. The candles formed a trident. I slept soundly and deeply after the cleansing. OM.

I am infinitely grateful for the energy chat. It so happened that the chat coincided with my daughter’s concert. And what does this “crazy mom”—that is, me—do? Of course, she takes part in the meditation and briefly asks the Higher Powers to help her make it to the performance on time. And, amazingly, I do make it to the performance. In fact, as soon as I arrived and sat down, my daughter’s number was on, as if they had been waiting for me. Such amazing things happen in my life after participating in energy chats.
I also came down with a slight illness yesterday, with a little fever and some aching in my joints. Today I am already feeling better. I thank dear Om Shanti and the Higher Powers for the opportunity to take part in the session and for working with me! I really want to cleanse myself and raise my vibrations, and I am very happy!!

I felt a strong chill; my whole body was vibrating as if from intense cold. Then, when I came to, I received a stream of energy through the crown of my head.
