Energy Chat: Renewal for the Autumnal Equinox, 23.09.23.
I thank the Higher Powers, the respected Teacher, and all the Energy Chat participants

The renewal energy was very noticeable! Especially in the seventh and sixth chakras and the problematic solar plexus. There was also very good grounding; the soles of my feet were burning. The space expanded and brightened astonishingly. By the way, I really liked the affirmations for this Energy Chat!!!

I’ll include them in my daily meditation

I feel that some kind of restructuring process has begun inside me. Now I’ll observe it. Thank you once again, Teacher

Energy Chat: Renewal on the Autumnal Equinox, 23.09.23.

I’ll describe how it happened, what I received, and how it may be useful to everyone.

I entered the right place at the right time. I thoughtfully read the wonderful affirmations, trying to feel and remember them. Then I lay quietly and reflected on them. The energy arrived and manifested as pleasant, gentle, expansive warmth in the sixth chakra. The area relaxed. It was as if someone were massaging my face around the forehead, gently yet deeply. Then the energy shifted to the crown of my head. I imagined myself as a large vessel into which energy was flowing through the seventh chakra. It felt like mist. Ivory-colored, crystal-clear, and radiant. Exactly so, and no other way.
The energy renewed, harmonized, and relaxed me, filling me with new strength.

I’m glad we have our Energy Chats; they always fill me up and bring lightness.

I am very grateful to OM Shanti for today’s Energy Chat of Renewal!
At the very beginning of the chat, I felt a powerful flow of bright, pure energy which, in the form of vivid rays of light, cleansed and freed the space around me. Then I felt the energy begin to work with me, filling me and bringing with it an extraordinary freshness, lightness, joy, and some inexpressible, inexplicable sense of newness.)

I noticed that the preparation for the Energy Chat had begun several days beforehand—positive, beneficial changes were taking place in my body and consciousness.
During the chat, I felt that all the recommended phrases helped me concentrate well and tune in to a peaceful, meditative state.
Once again, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to OM Shanti for the Energy Chat, which was conducted from such a high Spiritual Abode!

I am also very grateful for the energy support, OM Shanti, from such a bright place as Diveyevo.

At first, I couldn’t relax completely because it was summer and very hot.

After the Energy Chat, I had a great idea

—to cool down.

I took a long ice-cold shower (don’t try this) and felt much better afterward.

Finally, I became completely relaxed.

The energy of renewal entered through my head and forehead.

And for some reason, my palms

and soles

were actively releasing cold into the surrounding air,

like an open freezer in the heat,

something I noticed for the first time.

Very unusual.

I felt an increase in energy.

I began to feel different—fresher. I also slept during the day. I feel good and cozy, with peace in my soul.

As always, I prepared for the Energy Chat and began reading the recommended phrases. I felt a strong energy.
But after some time, I wanted to recite the prayer “Bogoroditse Devo, Raduisya.” I was thinking about where OM Shanti was and where the energy was being transmitted from, and I felt like reciting this prayer. I recited it and simply cried for no particular reason—the tears just streamed down my face.
After the Energy Chat, I felt an even greater sense of peace in my heart.

All the EnergoChats by Om Shanti are very unusual, but this time… I’ll try to describe it.
The EnergoChat Renewal took place while I was moving to a new apartment.
There were many obstacles to conducting the EnergoChat, but I didn’t focus on them; I simply noted them and “moved” on

. That morning, it was very important to me to hold the EnergoChat Renewal in my New Place. So I simply “flew” on the wings of inspiration toward this “new place” after a difficult year and a half for me. As I walked past private houses, all the flowers (there were so many different ones) bowed toward my feet, hanging over the fences to shoulder height with an incredible fragrance, as if decorating my path. On the way, I met an elderly grandmother asking for alms, and I gave her some. I also happened to buy white lilies, as I wanted them for an offering to my beloved icon of Seraphim of Sarov and the Mother of God, “Tenderness,” in my cell. In short, the renewal had already begun before the Chat, just as OM Shanti always says.)
Considering that OM Shanti would be conducting the EnergoChat from such a Holy Place (the Fourth Lot of the Mother of God), I wanted to conduct it in a somewhat special way. I had the feeling that I was there too, in Diveyevo. This is how it went:

When the Chat began, I composed myself and began saying the phrases, and immediately everything inside me and around me filled with Light and an indescribable feeling of happiness. Tears streamed from my eyes. After completing the affirmations, I stood up and began walking the Infinity Figure Eight, reciting the prayer “Rejoice, O Virgin Mother of God” 150 times, imagining that I was walking along the Mother of God’s Ditch.
I had a clear feeling that I was in Diveyevo, and that everyone participating in the Chat was there too. After reciting the prayer, I “collapsed” onto the floor from exhaustion and lay in shavasana for a while. The fatigue was very pleasant. I had the feeling that something truly significant had happened.
Of course, it had, because that very evening OM Shanti sent us a video on Telegram showing the Miracle of the Presence of the Mother of God

The next day, I read biographies of Holy Pasha of Sarov by various authors.
The whole day passed under a profound impression—with tears, amazement, and admiration—at how strong the yearning was in this remarkable woman, born in the eighteenth century under serfdom, to come to understand the possibility of a free and luminous life with God alone, after enduring so many trials.
And look at how we live now!

Amazingly, when I went outside at sunset that evening, I had the good fortune to see a picture similar to OM Shanti’s: the rising pink rays (of the same shape) of the Mother of God’s nimbus!

On the eve of the EnergoChat, on Saturday, I was returning home from a trip to the countryside. When the car entered the ring road, an endless expanse of clear sky suddenly opened before my eyes, and directly overhead there was a huge cluster of clouds, as if an Angel had spread gigantic wings over the earth. It took my breath away, and tears ran down my cheeks. I felt as though all the inner heaviness was being washed away, like grime, while bad thoughts and feelings were leaving. I immediately thought of the upcoming EnergoChat with the Teacher from Diveyevo! What I saw impressed me so much that I did not even think to take a photo. During the session, the palms of both hands filled with heat; it seemed that a powerful Flow was lifting my body upward, embracing it firmly and not letting it fall. A deep bow to the Higher Powers and OM Shanti for the precious Opportunity for Renewal!

In the evening, I opened the testimonials page and saw three photographs of the interior of the Annunciation Cathedral, posted by OM Shanti. How much the hands of the Most Holy Mother of God, raised toward the sky, resemble wings!

I joined the chat in advance, and closer to 11 a.m. I realized that my inner state had changed significantly.
A sense of peace emerged. My soul felt tender, warm, and beautiful. Even in the sky, rays of sunshine broke through the unbroken grayness. For the first time all morning, I smiled from ear to ear.

A review of the Relaxation energy chat on 17 November 2024, before the upcoming month of dreams (according to Tibetan Dream Yoga)

Personally, I really wanted to attend this particular energy chat, because I have been deeply engaged with the subject of dreams for more than half a year now, and I immediately realized that this energy chat seemed like a gift made especially for me!

Especially since the recent “All the Facets of Dreams” conference highlighted many things that I need to adjust and/or add to my practice. But where could I get the resources for this transformation to be successful? And then, as if in response to my question, the Teacher spontaneously organized an energy chat on exactly the right topic

Well, how wonderful!!!

At the appointed time, I entered the energy chat section and was surprised to discover that remarkably few people were present at the Teacher’s session that day. (Usually there are nearly a hundred people, but today there were just over 30.) “Strange...” I thought, but there was no time to ponder it, so I quickly made myself comfortable and prepared to receive the session.

As is well known, the energy chat section automatically reloads and refreshes every 60 seconds (so that newly arriving participants can be seen), and I prepared myself to memorize as quickly as possible the affirmations the Teacher had suggested for this energy chat. I quickly scanned the list to memorize it and cleared my mind for the first affirmation. I repeated it for a while, feeling the energy easily and freely spreading through my body and relaxing it. It was time to move on to the second affirmation. I looked at the screen and was bewildered to see: “The site page is unavailable”

“Oh...” I thought. “I’ve been kicked out of the chat! So that means I’m not receiving the session either?!” But fortunately for me, the first affirmation for relaxation was working perfectly and did not let me become upset. I tuned in to myself and felt that the KAY was still working within me, which meant that I was continuing to be present, since I had entered the energy chat on time after all. From memory, I recalled the next affirmation from the list that came to mind at that moment and cleared my mind for it. The session continued. Then it was time for a new affirmation. Nothing came to mind offhand. I happened to glance at the screen and suddenly saw that the site had loaded and I was back in the energy chat!

I quickly refreshed my memory of the list of affirmations, and the session continued.

And this happened several times! Sometimes I was thrown out of the School, and then I was taken back in again—precisely when I needed to look up something I had forgotten

What was remarkable was that I wasn’t worried or irritated at all, as if that was exactly how it was supposed to be. I also remember thinking that perhaps there were so few people because I wasn’t the only one having internet problems. But it was just a fleeting thought that immediately dissolved.

At exactly 11:20, I felt that the session had ended. I lay there for another five minutes, just to be sure, and then sat down to write my review. And what do you think? Nothing happened! The message “The site page is unavailable” had firmly settled on the screen. Refreshing the page did not help at all! The page itself did not even seem to be thinking about reloading. I wasn’t upset at all; I thought: “How lucky I am! This freeze happened right now, when it could have happened during the session. How the Higher Powers helped me to be present, even if only in snatches! I can write the review later.” That is why I am writing the review now

So today’s energy chat once again confirmed for me the familiar truth: “I am where I am supposed to be and when I am supposed to be there. If I am destined to get somewhere and go through something, I will get there and go through it, no matter what. And if it is not destined to happen, then there is nothing to worry about”

That is how interestingly the month of dreams began. I thank the Teacher and the Higher Powers from the bottom of my heart for their help and support

Good morning! I want to share my impressions of the Om Shanti energy chat. I was surprised that there were so few people. When the session began, I immediately felt the energy. It flowed through my body. Such wonderful relaxation. Even external factors did not "knock me out" of this state. Usually, anxiety begins inside, but this time there was such peace. I remained in this magical state all day: my mood was excellent, I had plenty of energy, and most importantly, I felt calm and balanced. I thank the Teacher and the Higher Powers for such a magical meditation.
