Satsangs by the Ashram’s abbot. What are they?

Let us begin by examining the word itself: “vezot”—to be lucky.
That is, its other meaning is to transport something somewhere.

It has not been delivered yet, but it is already on its way. And it may be delivered, or it may not.

And some people are not even lucky yet, and it is unknown when their luck will change...

And those who are already lucky are happy. After all, they are lucky!

In this life, for someone to start bringing something to someone else, it is necessary to perform a series of actions:

Know what you want.
Go online, for example, and see what options are available.
Choose the best option.
Go to the online store.
Pay for the item.
Schedule a delivery time.
Wait for the package.

Am I saying this correctly? That's how it works, right?

Only then will the delivery of the item to you begin.

If you are simply going to sit around and wait for good luck, forgive me, but you are a very strange person

What kind of mistake would have to occur at the store for them to accidentally deliver the item you were waiting for...

The probability: one in a billion. Probably even lower.

So what exactly are you waiting for?

Here are the seven steps you need to take.

Do you know what you want? Congratulations.

Does it exist in the real world? Okay, let’s assume it does. Hopefully it isn’t a pink bear’s tail

Do you already know exactly which option is best out of all the possibilities?....

Do you understand? You need to take specific actions.

When people say, "I’m unlucky," what they are essentially saying is that someone, somewhere, should figure out on their own what they want. Figure out all seven of these steps themselves. Or someone else should do this work for them.

Therefore, if you have done nothing and are simply waiting for something, no one will bring you any good luck.

Good luck is a process.

For it to start, you need to take certain actions.

ManyPeople completely cut out the first part of the process and expect only the final part to happen.

It’s like the joke about the cow: “I’ll keep only the part of the cow that gives milk; I don’t need the part that eats.”

You’re missing the ENTIRE process.

When a magician points a wand at a hat and says, “Rabbit, appear!” and a rabbit appears from the hat, little boys and girls think that’s all it takes: a magic wand and a spell

But the magician has done a great deal of work that isn’t visible. Yet it is very important for the miracle to happen.

Today at the Ashram, I gave another commentary on another chapter of the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam.

It is very important to always remember that what you are listening to is the documented SPEECH of Shukadeva.

Shuka is the son of Vyasa (Vasya, in our way of saying it).

Shuka told King Parikshit everything you are listening to now—5,000 years ago!

In other words, you have the unique opportunity to LISTEN to what was said 5,000 years ago.

And it was said by a unique person. Just think about it: this was a man who walked naked across the Earth. He was free from suffering, such as cold, heat, hunger...

He was satisfied with only what he had within himself.

He did not even eat anything. Sometimes he drank a few sips of cow's milk.

Even this alone should inspire people to LISTEN TO THIS!!!

This mudra is called Ksepana Mudra.

Very simple.

When you practice it, negative energy leaves the body.

Moreover, negativity leaves us on all levels: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.

The energies of negative emotions leave, as do heart problems and energies that hinder spiritual growth. Certain mental patterns disappear; on the physical level, toxins and constipation are released.
A body odor may appear—this means that impurities are beginning to leave through the skin. This may continue for some time.

Important: the mudra must not be held for too long!
You can hold it for approximately 2–4 minutes. That is about 15 long inhalations and exhalations.
Otherwise, positive energy will also begin to leave.

It is best practiced in the lotus position:

If you type “sonata” into a search engine and try to understand what it is, you most likely won’t understand it

At the same time, the word sonata appears extremely often.

And people often call all sorts of things, including cars, by this word without understanding its meaning.

Why did I decide to talk about sonata here at all?

Well, first of all, I write music myself

It’s somehow familiar to me.

Secondly, I teach Sanatana Dharma.

Sanatana and sonata sound very similar.

If you stop someone on the street and ask them what a sonata is, they will tell you something incorrect, or even honestly say that they don’t know.

Or they will say something primitive, “Well, it’s something from music...”

Well, thank God they at least know that much

I would say that a sonata is a separation.

That is, one thing is separated from another. So that it is clear: this melody is only for this instrument. Distinction.

Something does not blend with anything else.

One’s own Path.

The word sonata itself is Latin. And its exact translation is “to sound.”

In Sanatana Dharma, each person separates themselves from the crowd and begins to sound as an individual.

The word Sanatana itself translates as “eternal.”

There is nothing more eternal than music.

In the Ashram, my next Lila is in the “Divine Lilas” section:

Today, on the summer solstice of 2025, I would like to tell you a story, a Lila.
I will also soon be conducting a Cosmo-Puja (in literally two hours—you read about it at Mahapurna School). So this is the perfect moment for such a Lila

Almost no one knows this story.

And those who do know it know it on an entirely different plane, from a different angle.

This Lila belongs to the insider category, i.e. it is intended for a very select circle of people. Not for everyone. Because it is not easy to understand.

Everyone knows the story of Hanuman, the god Rama, and the demon Ravana.

And everyone knows that Ravana is something like the most terrifying creature on Earth.

But this story has a prehistory.

I will tell it very freely. But the meaning will remain.

Once, there lived on Earth a Devotee of God.

He was so humble that he could not even touch God in his thoughts.

He considered himself the worst of all people.

He would not even enter the Temple, so as not to defile the Deity within it.

That is, he did not even allow himself to touch the Deity with his gaze.

And as for God touching him—there could be no question of it.

That was how he lived.

And when he died, he retained this state of mind.

And when, after leaving his body, he and the Absolute met (of course they met, because whatever he thought of himself, he was actually the greatest devotee), he would not allow God to come close and embrace him, once again insisting that he was unworthy...

But God pleaded with him to let Him embrace him.
But he flatly refused...
He would not agree to any option.

Then God told him that He would soon descend to Earth to play the god Rama and enact this entire story with the Avatar.

And He needed someone to play Ravana.

The Devotee asked:

- What will happen to Ravana in the end?

- I will pierce him with a hundred arrows...

- Oh Lord, said the Devotee, I agree to such a touch from You!

How can you become the best version of yourself?

Suppose someone used to drive a Zaporozhets, but a year later started driving a Mercedes. Did they become a better person?

Unlikely.

Or suppose someone developed the ability to see in the dark. Such a superpower.
And began stealing wallets from passersby in the dark...

But there are people who not only do not steal, but, on the contrary, will even give you something for free...

And they do not even have a Zaporozhets. Yet that does not prevent them from being good people.

Therefore, some things point to the best version of yourself, while others do not.

And that is Dharma.

Dharma is not a car. It is moral qualities.

It is what you do with that car.

And this is where things become most interesting. Everyone begins inventing their own Dharma.

Whatever is profitable, whatever is convenient.

- No, people should live like this.

- No, not like that, but like this...

- You are all wrong; I am the only one living correctly. You need to live like me!

Some say: listen to the classics; they knew what they were talking about, read books.

Others say: do not listen to anyone, go to church; the priest there will explain everything to you...

But there is also Sanatana Dharma.

If people cannot understand anything even about Dharma, how are they going to understand Sanatana Dharma...

Your Yoga. Sanatana Dharma.

Dharma is the acquisition of HIGHER qualities.

How do you know that the piece in front of you is gold?

It has certain qualities.

It shines, it is heavy...

A person is unique gold: they are capable of acquiring ANY qualities.

But since these are the days of Lakshmi, I decided to make the Lila about Lakshmi available publicly from this private section:

Lila about Lakshmi, known in the shastras as Lila about Daridra-Lakshmi and True Lakshmi. It is based on the Lakshmi Tantra, the Padma Purana, and the Narada Pancha-ratra.

So, here is the Lila itself:

In one kingdom, there lived a wise and devoted brahmin named Sudama. He was poor, but always pure of heart and never complained.

But one day, a goddess in tattered clothes came to him, with dry eyes, covered in dust and ashes.

She said:

“I am Daridra-Lakshmi, the goddess of poverty. I live where sorrow, discontent, complaints, and pride dwell. I came because you allowed yourself to judge another person’s wealth.”

Sudama was surprised:

“I have never judged anyone!”

But a thought flickered in his heart:

“Why do others have palaces, while I have nothing?..”

This one inner complaint was enough to invoke the energy of poverty.

Sudama was shaken. He understood that Daridra-Lakshmi is also Lakshmi, but in her distorted aspect.
He accepted her, bowed to her, and said:

“You have come to teach me to see You even in suffering.
I will no longer complain about my fate.
I will accept any form in which the Divine manifests.
But let me pray to Your True Form—Shri-Lakshmi.”

At that moment, an fiery light appeared before him, from which emerged Lakshmi in her highest form—with four arms, lotuses, a golden radiance, and a gaze filled with love.

She said:

“You have passed the main test.
I do not grant wealth to those who seek it out of fear (bhaya), envy (irshya), or anger (krodha).
I come where there is gratitude (kritajñata), peace (shanti), and a pure heart (shuddha hridaya).
Now I will dwell in your home—in the form of of inner joy and external abundance».

THE MEANING OF LILA

Poverty is not only the absence of money, but also an inner state of mind.
Lakshmi has two forms:
- Shri-Lakshmi — when we are grateful, calm, and worthy.
- Daridra-Lakshmi — when we complain, envy, and reject.
By accepting Daridra’s lesson, we invoke the True Lakshmi.
