The second day, and such results—I’m delighted. Yesterday I saw my aura. It’s impossible to describe in words, but I’ll try.
I began the practice sitting on a chair. First I relaxed, then I started breathing deeply, but since I’m used to breathing very slowly, deep breathing made me dizzy, so I lay down on the bed. My breathing stopped and I opened my eyes. Looking at the ceiling, I saw a yellow dot; it shone above me like a little sun. I began looking into the depths of this dot, and the thought came to me: “Light is love.” I immersed myself deeper and deeper into this dot, and suddenly all the space around me began to dance—it really started moving. At first I flinched in surprise, but my curiosity got the better of me. I began examining this dance, observing it, and suddenly I had the idea of looking at my hands. I raised them in front of me, and a simply enormous airy substance surrounded my palms. It moved along with the movement of my hands and shimmered; it was mostly a very bright, rich purple. It wasn’t just a color, but something viscous and airy, with flashes of tiny lightning. I watched this phenomenon for a long time and couldn’t look away—it’s mesmerizing!
I think there is a huge advantage to doing the intensive together!
