All my products have been tested by me on the most popular operating systems, in the most popular browsers, as well as on modern smartphones and computers.
My products work excellently everywhere and play back properly.

However, it is simply impossible to test any information product on all the devices currently existing in the world. There are millions of different smartphones, tablets, computer brands, operating systems and their versions, and a sea of different browsers and their versions (old and new)... And it is completely impossible to expect an information product to work on absolutely every device. Nobody develops a product for exactly your unique combination of browser, computer, smartphone, or tablet settings. Therefore, if something does not work for you, you will have to change the way you view the product. Nobody can guarantee that everything must necessarily work for your particular setup. You may have the most unusual, special, individual combination of settings, functions, and so on for your device.

Therefore, if what you purchased from me does not work (for example, an audio file, video program, etc.), then a quick and simple solution to your question, "for some reason nothing works for me," may involve one or more of your simple actions:

1. Open my product in another browser. There are several major browsers for both computers and smartphones; you can download them for free, for example: Mozilla, Opera, Chrome, Vivaldi, etc.
2. If my product does not work on a smartphone or tablet, open it on a computer, or vice versa.
3. If my product does not work on Linux, Mac, etc., try opening it on a device with the Windows operating system.
4. If my product does not work on an old version of Windows, try opening it on a device with a newer Windows operating system.

Money will not be refunded if you tell me that my product does not work for you. This is because the product definitely works on the main devices and operating systems, and in browsers with default settings.

What should I do if a video/audio file does not play?​

There are many browsers, and they often even conflict with one another. For example, Yandex Browser and Google Chrome.

I uploaded some videos and audio files to Google Drive and embedded them in the School.

So do not expect Yandex Browser to play these videos/audio files if you use Yandex Browser. Please direct all questions to Yandex Browser about why it does this... Although that is a rhetorical question—the reason is clear. And ordinary users are the ones who suffer as a result.

I recommend using Google Chrome; everything should work in it.

Therefore, the answer is: If a video/audio file does not play in the School, try using a different browser. Google Chrome works well enough.

I do not consider this browser perfect or even particularly good. But as a rule, it has fewer problems than other browsers.

Perhaps when the browser wars finally end, a single perfect browser will appear.
