This type of Yoga came to me by chance. I was simply listening to music on YouTube and doing my usual Hatha Yoga routine.
As you already know, many years ago I made a collection of music for sports for you. It is still located in the same place. Namely —
here. In fact, I made as many as three collections for you. They are all neatly gathered at this link. And that was quite a long time ago...
So, based on feedback from some of you, I learned that you really liked the sports music I put together, and, most importantly, that it genuinely gave you strength during your workouts. That was precisely the main point. I even called it musical doping.
But that was all a long time ago. Today, Yoga is on our agenda.
Not ordinary Yoga, but TransYoga.
By the way, do you know what “trance” is? Trance is a Latin word.
It means going beyond the boundaries of something. For example, there is transpersonal psychology. Yes, the very one I studied for two years —
here. And I have some rather impressive state-recognized diplomas...
After that, I also studied at the Institute of European Certification to become an NLP Practitioner and Master. And there, inducing trance is given tremendous importance...
There is also trance music... Oh no, not the kind that makes you fall asleep, but rather the opposite
That is what we are talking about today.
That is what I was listening to.
The essence of TransYoga is to do your usual Yoga routine to trance music.
I made a small collection for you. It is 21 minutes long. Perhaps I will make another one in the future.

The essence of this routine is that you release more vital energy. You become more charged with positivity, rhythm, and dynamic strength.
Give it a try. This type of Yoga probably will not appeal to everyone. But those it does appeal to will appreciate it 100%.
Have a wonderful TransYoga session!
In the opinion of the highly respected Erickson, “
trance is therapeutic in itself (that is, simply being in it), because during it psychological restructuring is possible, something that is difficult to achieve in the ‘ordinary’ state of consciousness.” That is what Wikipedia says. It is difficult to disagree.
Moreover, you surely read about Erickson a long time ago —
HERE.
And one more quote from Wikipedia:
When a person intentionally enters trance states, many spiritual schools of Eastern countries call such a trance meditation.
I would also add that, considering Shamanism is at least 40,000 years old (a fact proven by scientists), trance is just as old. It is simply impossible to separate Shamanism from the trance state.
