108 PATHS TO ILLNESS THAT EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW
In the Ayurvedic treatise "The Book of the Immortals," it says: "Do not believe that illnesses, suffering, and misfortunes come suddenly. They choose whom to come to. People attract them through their actions and thoughts. But the wise know when, where, and why they may strike.
To avoid problems, it is best to prevent them from appearing in your life. There is no need to wait until your ignorance attracts illness. A wise person knows how to avert trouble before it arises. They know what helps the weeds of illness take root. They weed them out in advance, before the roots grow strong and destroy the plant of life."
