Puja is a method recommended by the Vedas for inviting any Deity, up to the Supreme—Absolute, into our material world.
There are three ways to participate in this Puja:
- First: You simply pay and do nothing. The brahmin, i.e. I, performs all the work.
- Second: You pay and, at any convenient time, perform a small ritual—recite a mantra and light a candle. This is one way to participate.
- Third: You pay and, precisely at the specified time of the Puja, when I perform it, recite a mantra and light a candle. This is a deeper form of participation.
In all three cases, the main work is performed by me. It is as though you authorize me to appeal to God on your behalf and do for Him what is recommended in the Vedas—the Vedic Puja. I conduct the Puja, and you become a participant in it. As a participant, you receive all the blessings of this Puja. This is common practice in the Vedic tradition: sacred rituals are conducted by those qualified to perform them, while laypeople, so to speak, sponsor the event. As a result, all participants receive benefits and God's blessings, because this is the unique quality of Puja—its absoluteness. No matter how you participate—even as a sponsor—you receive the same benefit as if you had performed it yourself.
How MY Puja differs from other similar rituals:
- You do not need to travel anywhere or do anything at all—not even believe in it. You simply become a sponsor (participant) in this important event for God. As a result, you receive all the blessings of a properly conducted Puja.
- The Puja is conducted by an initiated Vedic brahmin and cosmo-brahmin who has devoted his life to serving the Absolute and people. He serves as a conduit for all participants.
- Anyone may participate, including by registering their relatives and acquaintances for the Puja.
- If you wish to participate more actively, you may perform a small ritual at home.

For example, if you bought the "Puja+5" package and later decided to register someone else, you can buy the "2000" package and add five more relatives. You will then have ten relatives in total.
IMPORTANT:
This is especially important for international participants. We have an internal School currency—Virt-Money. Red protective thread from the Puja
Whichever Puja option you choose, you can also use a red thread.
For example, you have paid for your participation in the Puja, created your own thread in the Puja section, and posted your photo.
On the day of the Puja, at any time, bathe and put on clean clothes. Then use a clean, damp cloth to wipe any surface in your apartment—for example, a windowsill. Place a washed plate on this clean surface (a new plate that no one has ever eaten from). A disposable paper plate may also be used. In other words, wash the surface and wash the plate, even if it appears clean to you; it still needs to be washed with water.
Place the red thread on the plate. It should be long enough to wrap around your wrist three times and tie.
Leave everything in this clean place. Do not touch anything. Once the Puja is over, take the thread and tie it around your wrist. Men wear it on the right hand, women on the left.
If you paid for relatives, place threads for them as well. Then tie the threads around their wrists or give them the threads. If your relatives are far away, you can mail them a thread; it fits easily even in an envelope, so they can tie it themselves.
The thread must be red and made of any natural material: cotton, linen, wool, jute, etc. It can usually be found in the knitting section. This is not simply sewing thread; it should be approximately 2 mm thick, like the yarn grandmothers use to knit socks in the countryside. However, ordinary sewing thread may also be used if nothing else is available.
You may wear the thread for as long as you wish. If it breaks after some time, you can simply throw it away or burn it, for example.
