I have an extensive practice for growing your own teeth: Your Yoga. Regeneration of New Teeth. How to Grow New Teeth?
Which, to put it bluntly, has been copied to one degree or another by millions of websites and thousands of bloggers.

I began sharing it in 2008. Essentially, over time this practice grew into my free course.

Everything took on a consistent and comprehensible form.

2222-60470292.jpg

From 2008 to the present, I have made many videos and video programs for growing your own teeth for free at home.

All the mechanisms involved in growth are engaged, including psychological ones. Everything that happens—or does not happen—in the body involves the brain. And it needs to be made to give the command for new teeth to grow. This is a very important component of the process.

1d.jpg

The second component: it is not enough to give the command for teeth to grow; everything necessary for that growth must also be available.

I think everything is clear here. You can give factory workers as many orders as you like, but if there are no materials, electricity, components, comfortable working conditions, and so on, nothing will get done!

It is not enough to give orders—you need to provide everything necessary!

At the very least, begin by strengthening the bones.

Have your jaws X-rayed. Many people concerned about missing teeth have often already had this done.

Then begin the practice. Six months later, have another X-ray. The bone should become less porous and stronger. This will already show you that the process is underway.

I already talked to you about bone in Practice No. 9—Your Yoga. The Ninth Practice for Growing Your Own New Young Teeth
So you already know all this. But I am reminding you just in case.

You can use absolutely any practices for strengthening the bones.

Even ones I have not taught. Because what I provide is the essence.

The bones of the jaws must improve their structure; this will be evidence that the practice for growing teeth has taken off, begun, and been set in motion.

Today I want to give you one more practice for this purpose.

It is scientific and proven—ordinary biophysics, so to speak. No mysticism.

It concerns piezoelectricity.

You need to apply slight pressure to the bone, release it, and then apply pressure again. Piezoelectricity is created at the point of pressure. It acts on the bone, which begins to respond and improve its structure, becoming stronger.

1-1.jpg

This applies to any bones, including the jawbones.

Therefore, the practice is simple: just apply slight pressure to the bones of the upper and lower jaws, moving across the entire surface of the bones.

  1. Press with your fingers, hold, and release. Move farther along. Then again—press, hold, and release.
  2. Apply pressure in whatever way is comfortable for you.
  3. You are simply placing a load on the bone. The bone will begin to awaken and become active.

Six months later, have an X-ray—you will see the result.

Wear your dentures throughout this time. They do not interfere with this practice.

Of course, I already knew about Mikhail Stolbov’s book describing how he grew his teeth and read it in 2008.
I did not mention it because I create and provide you only with my own original developments. Moreover, I am not very interested in doing what is already widely known, such as this book.

But now, in confirmation of my article and practice above, I will discuss Stolbov’s experience. I will emphasize something that had previously been invisible to you, as well as to everyone who has posted this book on their websites.

5555535616.jpg

So.
Stolbov. Military service. A young man in the prime of life. His teeth were knocked out with a chair during his military service (hazing, the horror of Russia)...

So. His teeth did not fall out on their own. His body was ready and capable of having its own teeth. In other words, everything necessary for this was present in his body. This is exactly what I have been telling you since 2008: what matters is that the body has everything necessary to grow new teeth of its own.

When the body itself loses its teeth because it lacks something, it is therefore unable to grow teeth. Otherwise, where is the logic? It has just expelled the teeth from its mouth because it cannot maintain them, so why would it grow them?

I am making myself clear, aren’t I?

It expelled the teeth from itself through their deterioration, decay, and so on. There was a reason for this: the weakness of the body.

Stolbov did not have this problem. That is why new teeth grew.

They did not simply grow. He worked on this issue. He concentrated on it and so on. And his body was capable of producing new teeth. Which is what happened.

Therefore, it is not enough to give commands to the brain; the body must be capable of growing new teeth of its own.

Stolbov is proof of this.

If you are interested in growing your own teeth and, by some miracle, still have not read Stolbov’s book or do not even know about it, I am providing a link to it below in MP3:

I am planning to create a new audio program for regenerating new teeth, based on my previous video program involving incantations for growing new young teeth.
It has already been viewed about 800,000 times on YouTube.

I will use my personal work and developments from recent years: Alpha-theta states

Scientifically, deterioration of the quality of the jawbone is called osteoporosis.
This applies to all bones in general.
Therefore, it is advisable to treat osteoporosis throughout the entire body.

Без-имени-2.jpg
And since I am a specialist in the oldest medicine on Earth—Ayurveda—I will give advice based specifically on Ayurveda.

And the main thing is—put stress on the body. Yes, indeed, Ayurveda is not at all a form of medicine involving powders and potions, as many people are beginning to think... First and foremost, it consists of natural healing methods. And if something can be done without medication, Ayurveda offers those methods first.

Any kind of exercise: physical training, swimming, aerobics, etc. It is important to exercise the ENTIRE body. For example, an exercise bike does not exercise the entire body.

The simplest exercises are squats, push-ups, and pull-ups.
Running in place, for example, landing firmly on the heel so that the vibration travels throughout the body as it does during ordinary running.
Of course, I have shared a practice using an iron broom on the Your Yoga website. Use it. I also shared a special massager at the Mahapurna School—read about it.

Other remedies:
Lakshadi Guggul, Lakshadi Guggulu Divya, buy 40 tablets with delivery at a low price
Atreya Ayurveda — Results of Ayurvedic treatment of patients affected by the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident

The main indicator of the quality of osteogenesis is bone density, which is affected by:
• The amount of minerals: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and silicon.
• The presence of vitamins in the body (C, D, and K).
• The intake of substances that help the absorption of minerals and vitamins.
• Eliminating substances that contribute to calcium loss.

Which foods increase calcium for the bones?
99% of this mineral is found in the bones and teeth. Regardless of the measures a person takes to strengthen them, without calcium, bone density will decrease, which can lead to fractures.

For bone health, it is important to obtain sufficient amounts of this substance. In addition to dairy products, its sources include:

• sesame;
• all types of cabbage;
• nuts and seeds;
• legumes;
• hard cheeses;
• leafy greens (basil, parsley, watercress);

It is especially important if you regularly drink tea or coffee, or consume alcohol. You should increase your daily intake of calcium and vitamin D.
And sugar should be avoided altogether.

In connection with this topic, there is an interesting aphorism:

Form follows function - Form follows function

It helps one reflect on many things in general, not only on the growth of new teeth.

The statement "form follows function" suggests that, when functional requirements are met, the form will correspond to them and be perceived as attractive.

Form follows function. In other words, form is function made manifest.

This is an old saying, originally used in architecture and construction.

But the "construction" of new teeth is also an act of creation. Perhaps even co-creation with the Creator of the Universe.

On my website called "Your Yoga," I gave you information about water flossers in the New Technologies section: Your Yoga. New Technologies

Therefore, you already know about water flossers.

But I want to repeat and emphasize the importance of this device.

Moreover, I want to repeat what I wrote to you in this section of the website: the Vedas recorded this thousands of years ago, when there were no microscopes or any kind of chemical analysis yet... Even then, they knew about microbes and bacteria. And they spoke about the importance of not merely brushing your teeth, but specifically cleaning the roots of your teeth!

Why am I telling you this today? Especially in a discussion about growing new teeth.

The fact is that for people over 50—not everyone, but many—the issue of bad teeth is relevant. Yes, some people went to the dentist, paid a couple hundred thousand, had everything filled and cleaned, got crowns, and so on. And now they think everything is fine...

Nevertheless, in the aforementioned discussion about water flossers, I quoted passages from Vedic texts. They say that if you have not solved the problem of keeping the roots clean, then you have solved nothing. These microbes will poison the ENTIRE body.

And if a tooth is destroyed, the nerve is dead, and some kind of posts have also been inserted into it... then essentially it is no longer a tooth.

So you can have teeth, but be toothless. I think you understand what I mean.

The teeth may be visibly present, but for the body, they are already dead objects. Everything in them has been killed.

Therefore, the subject of growing new teeth is relevant not only to those who have no teeth at all in one jaw or in both, but also to those who have many such dead teeth in their mouths.

стоматологические-обои-дизайн-стоматологического-постера-красивый-170717976.jpg

I have already said more than once that Academician Buteyko had all his teeth removed. He wore dentures. He was simply an intelligent man and knew that it was better to wear dentures than to poison his body through the oral cavity with dead teeth.

So, if you have many such teeth, at least use a water flosser! And not just with water—add special cleaning agents to the water. They are sold in pharmacies for use in water flossers.

At first it will hurt. But gradually the roots will be cleaned, and eventually you will even be able to use the water flosser at maximum pressure without pain.

And yes, buy a water flosser with strong pressure. Not some small battery-powered ones. They are actually more expensive because of their compactness. Those are not suitable for this purpose.

This especially applies if you are over 60 and have 3–10 teeth in your mouth, all of them loose and in terrible condition. This is simply terribly bad for the health of the ENTIRE body!

Everything I have just told you has been scientifically proven and is already an absolute medical fact. I will not provide links here to any reference books or medical articles. You can study this subject yourself. Personally, information from the Vedas has always been important to me, because so far science has not come up with anything that was not recorded in the Vedas thousands of years ago.

The entire body suffers from microbes from bad teeth. Whether you clean them or not, this does not solve the problem.

Also, when you use a water flosser on the gums, they are stimulated by the pressure and pulsing of the water. That is, direct the water stream at the gums themselves as well (including edentulous gums). The bones beneath them improve as a result. The growth of new teeth is also stimulated, as one part of the overall practice.

If you have actively started growing new teeth, use the water flosser as often as possible—even every other day.

Of course, if you have no teeth at all, you do not need to add an antibacterial agent to the water.

If you have bad teeth, are missing many teeth, or have no teeth at all, pay attention to practices involving the Rod.
For example: Description of all paid courses of the School
Or here: Creating your own video of the Ancestral Tree
Or any others.

Even the words MOUTH and ROD are very similar words.

Ancestral memory.
The oral cavity.

Beard — the God of the Rod. And the beard is located precisely in the area of the teeth.
Underberodok.
Your Yoga. Chin

Everything somehow revolves around the word “rod” in connection with the teeth.

And the roots of the teeth also come from the subject of the Ancestral Tree, which has these very ROOTS.

In my original practice on growing your own teeth, I explained how children’s teeth begin to grow. First, the two front teeth...

So, the two front teeth are us. They are our body. In dentistry, these are called the ones.

The next two teeth are rod-ites. These are the twos.

Am I explaining this clearly? I’ll provide a picture to make it clear:

6791f439c655e00e9cec4102a03dbbde.jpg

Now everything will definitely be clear to you :)

During the time I have been posting practices for growing teeth—which has been since 2008—I have especially observed one misconception that is most often voiced by people who do not believe this is possible.

The misconception is as follows: that children already have fully formed adult teeth under their baby teeth, and that these teeth simply come out to replace the baby teeth.

But that is not so!

Not at all.

There are no fully formed teeth under the baby teeth.

They grow there. That is why the essence of my system is that, just as new teeth grow in children, they can also grow in adults.

Although I do not dispute that various diagrams or medical videos depict everything in a simplified way, and it may seem that way (because that is how it looks in the diagrams): that a fully formed tooth is already sitting under the baby tooth and pushing it out.

Such simplified diagrams usually look like this:

6ezLiFcPf38.jpg

And these diagrams are so simplified that you develop the false impression that the permanent tooth is already sitting somewhere down below, waiting for its time to come out...

But enough about misconceptions.
Let us turn to SCIENCE.

And here is a scientific image that corresponds to reality:

113.png

You can see that the permanent tooth is initially completely absent. In other words, it is not there. Somehow, it gradually grows. And I’ll tell you this: scientists still do not fully know how this happens. In other words, the process has not yet been completely studied. As is the case with many other things about human beings.

You can read all this in the scientific literature. I have done so. And you can do it too, if you wish.

As I have said more than once, whether you are going to grow new teeth or simply improve the condition of your existing teeth, the quality of the jawbones is important.
For many people, this quality deteriorates with age. And it is so easy to lose your teeth.

As you understand, if deterioration in the quality of the jawbone leads to tooth loss, then this is a signal that this is the process of growing new teeth, but in reverse.
In other words, improve the quality of the bone, and there is a chance that new teeth will appear.

Scientists have proven that bone tissue needs the following vitamins and minerals.

Take vitamins:

D3, K2, C

Trace elements:

Copper, manganese, zinc, boron, calcium

You do not necessarily have to take these vitamins in the form of tablets or supplements.

You can get all of this from food. As a rule, this means a variety of greens and nuts.

Веретенников Сергей Веретенников Сергей , Many doctors insist on removing the eighth teeth (wisdom teeth). What do you think: is it really better to get rid of them to avoid complications, or does it make sense to treat them?

1 108 , all teeth are important.
As I have said more than once, you need to find the golden mean.
If a wisdom tooth is already problematic, hurts, has decay, has grown in crookedly, etc., all of this is grounds for extraction.
In other words, I repeat once again: it is better to remove it than to keep a tooth that is half-rotten, creates harmful bacteria in the roots, or requires some kind of medical chemical treatment to maintain it (a filling, etc.).

Elephants replace their teeth up to 6 times during their lifetime, making them unique among mammals.

If human teeth grow twice during a lifetime, elephants’ teeth are replaced 6 times!

How many times this happens

Elephants undergo 6 cycles of tooth replacement during their lifetime:
  1. The first set — from approximately birth to 2 years.
  2. The second — until 6 years.
  3. The third — until 13–15 years.
  4. The fourth — until 30 years.
  5. The fifth — until 45 years.
  6. The sixth — until 60–70 years.

After the sixth set, new teeth no longer grow, and the animal gradually loses the ability to chew food.

By the way, if you know, the lifespan of elephants is similar to that of humans.

And nature is arranged so that when an elephant’s teeth stop growing, nature begins preparing it for death. So that the elephant does not suffer...

That is why I created a Guide for you: My guide to dental implants
To “deceive” nature in a sense. But it would be more accurate to say that you are telling nature that everything is fine with you, and that it should not do the same to you as it does to an elephant...

One person I know had several permanent teeth change several times when he was 14–16 years old! He told me that during his teenage years, several of his permanent teeth fell out, and he thought he would be left without them. But new permanent teeth immediately began growing in their place! This happened 2–3 times. For example, one permanent canine fell out twice, and a new permanent canine grew in twice. The third canine that grew in did not fall out. So, over approximately 16 years of his life, he had three permanent canines. The same situation occurred with several other teeth. This is an excellent example of how new teeth can grow back many, many times.

Absolutely scientific information:

Scientists have already found the gene that FORBIDS human teeth from growing more than twice.

In other words, this has already been proven by scientists.

Presumably, the same gene prevents elephants’ teeth from growing more than six times.

But there is a problem here.

For example, there are people in whom something went wrong with this gene. In that case, the child’s entire mouth is filled with teeth.

In other words, there are not 32 teeth, but twice as many.

In any case, scientists are getting to the bottom of how to control this gene.

Thank you, OI Shanti. I work with these programs periodically, mainly to strengthen my teeth and gums. I can say with confidence that the programs work. I have been familiar with Your Yoga for about 10 years now: my gum inflammation has gone away, my cavities have stopped progressing, my tooth roots have become stronger, and I have no dental problems. They say I’m lucky. However, I have been nurturing the idea of growing new teeth.
