What I would like to present to you now is my original method.
I managed to fit all the beneficial brain waves into a single music file—that is, from 1 Hz to 19 Hz.
I called this original method
Crossing.
Because I crossed the frequencies in the audio.
I will write about my method below.
The audio lasts 15 minutes.
Right ear:
At the beginning of the track: 41 Hz; at the end of the track: 62 Hz.
Left ear—everything is reversed.
What do we get from listening to such audio?
The track begins by creating a 19 Hz binaural wave in the brain. Closer to the middle, the wave frequency moves toward 1 Hz and even lower. Then it diverges back toward 19 Hz.
Visually, on a frequency scale, it will look as though 41 rises to 62 in the right ear, while in the left ear it descends from 62 to 41.
And in the middle, they cross, because we are dealing with stereo—two channels.
That is why I called my method
Crossing.
I understand that it was probably difficult for you to understand what I have just written.
I assure you—it was even more difficult to invent and create.
This audio should be listened to with good headphones. In-ear headphones will not do.
Because I used very low frequencies.
What are good headphones?
They should at least be larger than in-ear headphones.
For example, something like this:
In-ear headphones most likely will not even be able to reproduce them and will crackle.
In other words, they are definitely unsuitable.
I have several wireless in-ear headphones—they cannot handle it and start “choking,” producing clicks.
So you definitely need large headphones. They are not expensive, and many people already have them.
What the 41 Hz and 62 Hz frequencies provide is written above. This is primarily physics—that is, our body, immune system, cells, and so on. In other words, our physical body: its strength and health.
Moreover, it is precisely my new method—Crossing—that makes it possible, in a single audio track, to deliver the entire frequency range to both ears. That is, both 41 and 62 Hz. With all other methods, there is a sharp division: either 62 goes to one ear or to the other.
That is why I think this audio will be useful to everyone nowadays. Because:
I did not add any musical background, since the frequency is already low—and that means it is barely audible. Moreover, it is not a high-frequency sound—a squeak—as with high frequencies. This sound is more natural, resembling, for example, the howl of the wind outside the window. Or, at the very least, sounds underwater. Yes, exactly—underwater sounds most of all: muffled and low.

You need to listen all the way to the end, because according to my Crossing method, the sound seems to massage the brain with all binaural and external frequencies. I emphasize: all of them, in the range from 41 to 62 Hz for the external frequencies and from 0 to 19 Hz for the binaural frequencies—that is, the brain waves themselves.

The crossing point consists of two stereo channels: left and right. Put simply, these are the two ears.
At the crossing point, a wave close to zero is generated in the brain. This corresponds to the middle of the audio track. At its beginning and end, it is 19 Hz—that is, all frequencies from 0 to 19.
At the same time, the external carrier frequencies also switch to their opposites in the middle of the track.
I will go further: this also exists in our brains. For example, the right hemisphere controls the left hand, while the left controls the right. That is why writing with the right hand is more convenient. You know this.

That is precisely why breathing alternately through the left and right nostrils calms us.

But I will not go into that. Just know that cross-connections exist in our bodies; they are a natural phenomenon. We have known this since school biology lessons.
