I really enjoyed the meditation!

The computer-generated voice brought back nostalgia for the times when we did short daily meditations — a very pleasant feeling of novelty and anticipation of something wonderful!

But most of all, I loved the music in this meditation!!! Beautiful piano, with occasional Eastern notes slipping through. The music created an indescribably positive mood in my soul

I wanted to keep listening and listening...
I asked the Sage a question not about myself, but about a person I am currently healing. I asked: "What else can I do for this person? What can I recommend to them?" I received the answer: "You are doing everything right. It just takes time." I never expected to hear everything so clearly! And besides the words, I also received a clear awareness of the whole phrase in the form of sensations. Truly a very useful tool in everyday life

Thank you, Om Shanti! The meditation is excellent; I have done it several times, but for some reason I would fall asleep before meeting the Sage, never getting a chance to meet him, and would wake up only when I heard a voice saying that it was time to leave this place! Why is that? It seemed I had been looking forward to this meeting so much! And at the most important moment… I will continue the meditation! I hope I will finally meet the Sage and talk with him!

Namaste, Om Shanti, and greetings to everyone on the forum!
I finally had a meeting with the Sage! After another attempt at meditation, I met not simply a Sage, but a Saint—Shirdi Sai Baba! It was a complete surprise to me; I had already been preparing myself to see the Sage as in the picture, when suddenly, completely unexpectedly, the image of Shirdi Sai Baba appeared. I recognized him because I had repeatedly seen his image during trips to India—in cafés, shops, stalls, and other public places. At the same time, I had never been among this Saint’s followers and knew very little about Him. And suddenly, during meditation, I saw Him clearly. I even felt too shy to ask the question I had prepared in advance; it seemed inappropriate to ask Shirdi Sai Baba something mundane and everyday, so a question about the existential purpose of my life in this incarnation arose on its own. I received a clear answer! Deeply moved after the meditation, I literally rushed to search for information about Him on the Internet. I read everything “voraciously” and discovered on the Your Yoga website not only information but also a video meditation with a request and invocation to this Saint. Naturally, I did that meditation as well. I understood why I had been falling asleep during meditation in the preceding days: apparently, my subconscious was attuning my vibrations so that I could be admitted to the sacred! Today I did this meditation again, and once again I met Shirdi Sai Baba! Thank you, Om Shanti, for this gift!

My heartfelt thanks to Om Shanti for the journey to the Sage to receive an answer. I had wanted to ask a question for a long time, but there had been no contact with a Person. And suddenly, in response to my question, I received the answer, “Everything will happen by the grace of Guru Om Shanti,” as Shri Chinmoy told me. Now I wonder whether it really happened. I will do this meditation every day, to make sure, and wait for the Guru’s grace to descend upon me and for Him to activate at least one of my chakras to 100%. Thank you, Om Shanti, for the knowledge You give people. You are a Holy Teacher! We all love You for Your work.

Thank you, MO Shanti, for the meditation. During the meditation, my body relaxed very deeply, as if I had received a 30-minute massage. After the meditation, I felt refreshed, as though after a good, long sleep! The most wonderful thing was that I was able not only to see the sage, but also to receive several immediate answers to questions that currently concern me. The answers were so simple and obvious, right in front of me, yet I would not have found them so quickly on my own—or perhaps I would not even have thought in that direction.

Namaste to everyone, and to those practicing this Meditation.
Yesterday I strengthened myself and purchased this Practice again (I reclaimed the Trophy I needed

). I did it right away.

I had a specific request.
The sage in the Meditation was sitting beneath an apple tree. It was small, but before my 'eyes' it grew into a large one. It had many beautiful, ripe apples.
The sage was silent. The information came from the Silence. There was no telepathy in the form of a 'conversation'; there were only Images-Pictures.
I received a clear answer, a definite hint. Though I still do not know how it will unfold in my life.
