Today I noticed that I walked all day with a straight back, my palms facing forward and inward. I don’t even consciously focus on it anymore. However, by the end of the day, I had a specific pain in my back between my shoulder blades—apparently my body is adjusting to a Straight Posture!
I’m continuing the intensive course. Whenever possible, I walk with my palms facing inward and forward, although of course the priority is the designated evening walk without anything else. A straight back, open chest, lowered shoulders, turned-out palms, an even uplifted mood, and a feeling of Connection have already become a necessity. ქვეყანა ჩემია (the whole country is mine)—as the Georgians say .
Good day! The intensive course continues!!! Today I had an excellent walk, with a straight back and my palms alongside my body—quickly, effectively, and in a good mood. A cool morning breeze was blowing at my back, the sun had not yet awakened, but dawn had arrived.
Yesterday I walked with a straight, aligned back all day. I already do it automatically, which makes me very HAPPY! Wishing everyone success with the intensive course.
Good day! I woke up early and had a good walk—for a whole hour. My back straightens itself while I walk, and my arms are already automatically alongside my body. Today is a day off, so I allowed myself to swim for two hours.
Good day. I’m continuing the intensive course and am very pleased. Thank you, Teacher, for your interesting exercises. I walked for an hour in the morning. It was wonderful. I feel excellent. Then I went around taking care of errands, and I catch myself walking with a straight back. What a wonderful habit.
Namaste. I’m continuing the intensive course. I’m keeping an eye on my hands and back. Sometimes I forget, but then I remember. An hour-long walk, plus swimming.
Good day! Today was a very difficult day. In the morning, I went for a walk with a straight back, and it helped me overcome all the tasks and difficulties of the day. It helps a lot to know that I’m not alone, and that we are participating in the intensive course together.
Good day! It’s extremely hot here today, with humidity above 80%. It’s difficult. But I woke up early and left the house while it was still dark. I walked until dawn, with a straight back and my palms parallel to my body. At sunrise, I went into the sea. This intensive course delights me every day. I simply can’t get enough of it.
After a couple of days’ break from walking, I’m continuing the intensive course. My attention to my back and palms has already become established whenever I go outside.
Yesterday, on my way back from an evening walk, I was caught in an unexpected rainstorm that started suddenly and lasted quite a while. I got soaked “to the skin,” but felt “childlike joy.” A hot shower and the new OM Shanti Song were waiting for me at home.
Today, an hour of walking with my palms inward and forward. The sensations are the very best.
Good day! The intensive continues. I’ll be missing the next two days. I simply won’t have any time. But today I walked with a very positive attitude and an uplifted mood. Keeping my back straight and my palms along my body has already become a habit. I’m absolutely thrilled with this intensive. It is so completely “me.” I thank the Teacher from the bottom of my heart.
At first, after the intensive began, I paid attention to people on the street: almost everyone held their arms behind them, rarely straight, and no one held their arms forward. Now I focus only on my own hands. It really helps me get out of a state of depression and despondency—arms and shoulders open, head held high, and off I fly Thank you for the practice.
Good day! Today’s intensive went with varying degrees of success, so to speak, in between everything else)))
Back straight, no matter what. The day is coming to an end, and only now do I have a chance to write about it.
Good day! I’ve returned to the intensive. Due to circumstances, I missed several days. Today I was walking again with my back straight and my palms parallel to my body. My mood was sky-high. I’m glad to return to my routine.
Namaste!
I continue my evening hour-long walks, focusing on my palms and posture. It is interesting that against the background of the practices from the new intensive Exit from the Zone of Tension and listening to the New Songs of OM Shanti, I experience different, “other” states of myself while walking. Sometimes different emotions arise; sometimes shadow feelings. I neither suppress them nor get involved—I simply let them have space to pass through, as an observer. By the end of the walk, I arrive at an even state. Also, during the walk and then throughout the day, there is a constant process resembling disidentification from the self, which I already know from earlier times. But now it unfolds differently, with calm acceptance, somehow more “grounded,” so to speak.
Namaste! I continue the intensive. Back straight. Today I was walking, and an acquaintance of mine was coming toward me. She saw me with my back straight and imitated me—walking in the same way, with her back straight and her palms parallel to her body. It made me laugh ))) I’m walking right by the sea—wind, waves—and imagining myself in a boat, just like in day 13 of the OM Shanti intensive.
