The main problem was at the joints. Even though I joined them with pins, the slightly crooked walls and the slightly different ends of the baseboard still resulted in tiny gaps.
It was all solved by creating a small overlap with acrylic caulk and a putty knife, and after it dried, removing the unevenness with sandpaper.
Unfortunately, this can't be done with a wet cloth. It still created indentations at the joints. And that's understandable—just ordinary physics. A putty knife is flat; a wet cloth isn't.
But the sandpaper option turned out more even.
Of course, this isn't usually done, but I decided to make it look nicer.
This particular baseboard also has an extremely small bonding surface. The nails helped a lot here. I mean small iron nails, just to be clear.
This turned into quite an educational topic
I even know for sure that there are several people here at the School who, after this topic, also decided to make an altar like mine, with the OM symbol and so on.
Soon I'll be drawing OM symbols on the walls too, like on the floor. But this time OM will be under the wallpaper on all four sides of the world.
Unfortunately, it won't be possible on the ceiling. I decided not to remove the stretch ceiling.
