I can say the same about this topic now.
I have been consistently following a raw-food keto diet for more than a month.
Something similar has happened to me repeatedly, and then, after some time, I reverted to cooked food.
I like the lightness in my body, but at times it is very difficult; I need about 2–3 days to adapt to a new eating pattern.
For almost a year now, I have not even had anything to cook hot food on; it happened naturally. During all this time, whenever I wanted something like that already prepared, I would practically always eat somewhere outside the home, trying to listen to my body and the desire connected with it. The subconscious does not clear out that quickly.
Keto turned out to be one of the new diets I tried at different times, including practices at Your Yoga.
It has proved very beneficial, including as a new rhythm of eating. The mind gets used to one thing, but here, through new learning and the actions connected with it, some patterns can be broken—in a manner of speaking, new “neural connections” can even be activated.
During the day, I tried to eat filling meals: a good salad with oil and avocado, soft cheese, and spices, adding the flavors the body needs every day. At times I did not separate fruit and vegetables, but wanted to eat very unusual salad mixes together. I even tried making something like a Gurdjieff soup.
There is a side effect too: sometimes I have started getting up at night and eating for some reason—an apple, or something else. This had never happened to me before, except, for example, when my routine changes or when traveling across time zones.
Right now, my body really wants soft food; I chop and soften everything. If something very hard gets inside, rough food, there is discomfort.
At times I want only fruit, milk, nuts, seeds, or simply 2–3 spoonfuls of oil, and that is all.
I took several photos of the salad mixes

Thank you for the new practice!
