Om Shanti, allow me to ask you a question. In my opinion, this is a very serious question, and I think many people would like to receive an answer to it.
Is it possible for a person living in a world of lies, deceit, and malice to switch to healthy eating?
I completely agree that such a diet is possible... But! One of my favorite films, "The Blue Lagoon," came to mind. This film shows very well how one can live in natural conditions.
Where there is nothing artificial, and, most importantly, no money is needed! You enter the ocean with love, leave the ocean with love, climb a palm tree with love, pick a banana with love, eat it with love! ...
So yes, it really is possible!
But in the world we live in, everything is artificial—even bananas in stores!
Will such bananas provide any benefit?
Plus the constant stress: a person needs energy to survive, but everything is inauthentic! And to be able to afford healthy food without being stressed, you need to go to the Blue Lagoon with love!
I resolved this question for myself by giving up many foods. But not because someone told me to; it simply happened. First, all fried foods disappeared, along with pies and potatoes, then fish, then red meat, and then eggs. All of this happened as a rejection of foods that simply made me feel ill.
But it did not happen quickly; it took several years. And I will repeat once again: I simply listened to my body! That is a little about myself.
Still, I see other people, and I understand them: healthy eating in our age is difficult to achieve, if only because you either need to have a very high income—or go to the Blue Lagoon with love!
