Namaste! Teacher, I am deeply grateful for the wonderful meditation!!! Today was not an easy day. I made it to school, exhausted, like a squeezed lemon. I turned on the meditation, and it "carried me away." In the middle, I even briefly drifted off. The state was wonderful. The fatigue disappeared, and I was full of strength and energy. Tomorrow I will meditate once more so that I do not drift off and can do it without fatigue. I think it was about 10 minutes—I do not remember the meditation; it completely switched me off. A wonderful meditation... Teacher, all your meditations are magical.

Practice with Meditation 1

Cleanses the mind.
The most vivid moment:
I clearly saw a pure space (filled with Light) on the right; on the left was Silence; ahead was the Path; and behind was darkness (where Protection was).
With my inner vision, I saw the work being carried out: as if a Kärcher was driving out the darkness and dirt, washing them away with water, while energetic cleansing by a powerful Flow was taking place. For a very long time.
And the work continued and continued.
But it would not be completely cleansed. At first, there was even a particular kind of pain in my back.
Perhaps listening and practicing just once is not enough in my case.

Then I did the Practice of the DNA of the Gods at Sadhana Ashram, and it completed the cleansing (I received specific confirmations, including in the material world).

An interesting silence, some kind of inner silence, somehow very familiar, dear, natural; I have never felt such silence before. During the meditation there were many colors—extraordinary, otherworldly, vivid and alive. These colors moved and shimmered with fabulous shades; it is impossible to describe them in words. As soon as I felt the firmness of the earth, bright red roses appeared in the field; the buds opened and moved according to some invisible law of living nature, and the whole field came alive with the vivid colors of the roses. At the end of the meditation, I felt my body, protection, wings, wind, warmth, the blue radiance of the sky—all at once, spaciously, multifacetedly, lightly and naturally. It is difficult to describe; there were so many inner sensations.
When I stood up and walked, I realized how easy it was: I rose and floated, very calmly and naturally. It felt like a youthful body and bright inner silence. My thoughts are clear and lucid; they are mine. There is nothing superfluous. It is easy and simple; all the heaviness disappeared after 16 hours of work. My physical state, energy, and emotions were renewed. It is not that there are no thoughts—they are my own, familiar and natural. Everything around is bright and calm: white silence.
Thank you, OM Shanti, for returning me to my own self, to my true nature. It was an amazing meditation. And not only that—the heavenly silence continues to remain within me.

A good meditation, I liked it very much! So natural... I closed my eyes and felt myself in nature, which is beneficial for me. It brought me peace, and yesterday I relaxed to it and fell asleep. I will play it again.🪷🪷🪷

Thank you! I am so deeply impressed that, long after the meditation, I keep gazing somewhere into the depths and hear SILENCE amid the noise of the city.
Where was I?! What is this wonderful place?! This is a Time Machine, not a meditation. I sensed and felt everything—everything that was spoken about. What resonance! What depth! This is a separate, real space; it is substantial, it exists, and one can enter it, rest, and leave.
I like all the meditations; practically all of them inspire delight. This one is special—NATURAL, easy to understand. Long-awaited rest, relaxation, peace, and a feeling of being protected arrive.
I was lucky; I did not miss anything discussed in this topic... The protective song TENGRI!!! Everything comes together into a single picture that is part of an enormous, incomprehensible space!
I also think it is very important to listen through good headphones. I followed the recommendations and stopped putting off buying them until better times. The meditations came alive with new sounds and colors!

The song and meditation are wonderful; I flew into space and into a trance.
This is an extraordinary state: when you become acquainted with what you live alongside and perceive it in a new way. How many times I have driven past these steppes and stones, and only now have I truly understood their beauty.
The world will never be the same for me now; with my whole being, I felt the power of Nature and its elements.
Thank you, OM Shanti, for immersing me in the world of Tengri. It turns out to be magic and beauty.

Everything that enters the field of our attention is inscribed within us.... What is insignificant is immediately forgotten. What has touched or impressed us... always has a clear continuation as a response from our energy-information structure (the fields of the received energy-impression unfold along the entire fractal line of perception). It may not be noticeable right away (there are no striking manifestations for the mind) because of the subtlety of the processes..., but later you discover all these Gifts within yourself. And you are amazed.... The seed sprouted unnoticed and bore fruit. And these fruits can and should be used. After listening to this wonderful meditation several times (if necessary), you can "anchor" the desired magical state that arises during it in your subconscious, so that you can easily reproduce it whenever you wish. You can connect (superimpose) the emotional surge you experienced with the image of this Place of Power (or your own vision, or what is in the photo); this can also be done using an external material object (a ring, a finger, etc.).
Yesterday I listened and fell asleep almost immediately. In the morning I remembered the Teacher's request to leave feedback about the meditation. I tried to remember its content..., but I couldn't; instead, a wonderful state of Harmony, inner silence, Love, and rhymes came to me, conveying its essence... as a response to this event.

I recognize myself in the rain, in the clear sunshine and in the fog, in the turbulent rushing river, and in the shallow dried-up lagoon, in the purity of snowy peaks, and in the wet roadside mud, in the daytime routine of bustle, in the tender weave of the starry sky, feeling worlds in the silence (Centauri, Lyra, Andromeda...). I see wondrous dreams within myself—the shades of branches of reality. I hear the sound of the frequencies of the hierarchical Monad (from all subpersonalities to the notes of the highest divine octave).... I recognize myself in the entire Canvas of Life (at every point...). In Love, there is no "Other." And I no longer know exactly what about myself could define me, because I feel myself as Wholeness—in Everything, Everywhere, in God....
I thank Everything and Everyone for Everything, for the Light of Love that illuminates my consciousness in the world and dissolves the "I" into Unity!

Om Shanti, thank you for this wonderful new meditation and for the opportunities you have provided! I listened before going to sleep and fell asleep after a while (as always). I also tried listening to the meditation in the morning and during the day, but with the same result. I will continue practicing; I would really like to hear it all the way through. However, after the meditation, I had very unusual dreams that night, in which I traveled through some kind of realms and felt someone’s invisible presence—as if I was not the only one observing everything that was happening, but was being observed as well. The next morning, I received insights in the form of clear knowing that helped me solve certain tasks I had kept putting off because they seemed so complicated that I did not even want to think about them. And after the meditation, I received not just an answer, but step-by-step instructions! Thank you, Om Shanti and Higher Powers!

A wonderful guided meditation. You follow the voice, while the sounds are gently woven in and help you experience the state more deeply. In the middle, my body responded and a characteristic warmth appeared in my chest. A state of calm and serenity remained. What had run its course has left; what is meant to come rises like the morning sun. A connection with the body and the present moment. Thank you, Om Shanti, for this healing meditation
