Today I walked at a leisurely pace for an hour and a half, with a straight back and my palms in the correct position. I noticed that over the past few days I have started paying attention to my posture more often, even when I am simply sitting at the table
Day 29
One hour of walking, palms turned inward and forward.
Slouching “out of forgetfulness” has become absolutely uncomfortable.
The walk is perceived as attunement with the Higher Self.
Day 30
There was a lot of physical work today. I am tired. The evening walk did not happen. But I remained attentive to the correct position of my palms throughout the day, as well as lowering my “rising shoulders.” The new 21-day intensive from OM Shanti will be relevant for me.
Good day. I missed yesterday because I had guests for two days and did not even manage to take a short walk. But I made up for it today. I left the house just as it was beginning to get light. I greeted the sunrise on the way. Straight back and straight palms. It feels really pleasant, and I move faster. Then I swam in the sea for almost two hours.
Day 31
One hour of walking, palms turned inward and forward. Today, while walking, I caught myself having an inner dialogue about the events of the past and previous day—I had to immerse myself in society a little. Until now, I have always tried to walk in a state of “no thoughts,” or with thoughts about connection with the Higher. I noticed a huge difference in my State while walking! I tried to let go of all the dialogues. And then in the evening I saw the Tenth Prayer in other languages from OM Shanti. Just in time! How interesting it will be to perform it! Thank you, OM Shanti!
Good day! I continue the intensive. I really like it. My back straightens by itself, with my arms parallel and my palms turned correctly. I feel like I am flying—it is so pleasant. An hour of walking today, and only an hour in the sea. It was early morning. I started walking just as dawn was breaking.
Today and yesterday, 20–25 minutes of walking with a straight back. It is already much easier to keep my attention on my palms so that they face forward and inward while walking.
Today I walked for an hour with a straight back. I continued practicing at home. I watched several short videos of beginner models. There were several notes and recommendations concerning keeping a straight back. How nice that some people on Earth care about their posture, and that it looks genuinely confident and elegant. And above all, it is health.
I incorporated your walking method into my everyday walks: arms forward, palms turned slightly inward. After two weeks of practice, this walking technique is gradually becoming a habit, and my back straightens automatically.
OM Shanti, thank you for the practice.
Good day! Yesterday and today I practiced in between other activities. I walked a lot, but there were breaks between walks. The main thing is that my back is straightening, and my arms hang alongside my body, swinging parallel to it. My body is already straightening on its own, and that makes me very happy.
I’m joining the intensive. I thought I had good posture, but the test showed that it wasn’t perfect. A slight rotation of the palms, and there it is—a much more comfortable position for the shoulders and the entire back.
Namaste! I haven’t written a report for a long time. I’ve been practicing walking. Yesterday I noticed that my arms had assumed a natural rotated position, and now I don’t have to consciously hold them correctly. I’m very happy—the body has gradually adapted over the month. But I still maintain my attention: even with my arms in the correct position and wearing a backpack, my back sometimes bends, and I notice that I’m not walking evenly. I’m continuing.
Good day! I’m continuing the intensive. Today there was another change in the weather. The humidity increased and there were waves on the sea, which means it is difficult for me. I walked for about an hour with my arms and back straight, but I didn’t walk very quickly. I also spent about 40 minutes in the sea. The weather is leveling out, and I’m feeling a little better. Knowing myself, I still do the practice.
