Namaste everyone! I have been living in a state of tension for more than five years. Tension in the upper chest, neck, and lower jaw 24/7. I have seen psychologists, psychiatrists, and neurologists. They all said they would help, but no one was able to relieve this spasm. They could not even stop the panic attacks, which occurred several times a day and sometimes at night. This condition led me into such deep depressions that I no longer wanted to live. Then it also manifested psychosomatically—in the form of a tumor that is growing very quickly. But I am grateful to this tumor. It became a kick in the right direction for me. I started doing Wim Hof breathing practices, Nadi Shuddhi pranayama, and Yoga Nidra for relaxation. I started working with Ra-fields again. But I still cannot relax my neck. It feels like a cramp. I inhale, but I can no longer exhale. My throat tightens, and my jaws clench and twist. Sometimes it feels as if the bones in my jaw will crumble from the pressure. But I continue doing it through the difficulty, as best I can, little by little. Thankfully, panic attacks have not bothered me for a year now. I have become calmer about everything.
I really want to try this practice, as I am now grasping at any straw. Thank you 🙏

Namaste everyone🙏
This practice is very important to me. I will try to describe my current state, but since I myself see it only in fragments, I do not think I will be able to describe it in a coherent way.
So:
- In most cases, I do not sleep at all. What I have are just fragments and a half-conscious state. Physically, there is some rest.
- I have suddenly lost 10 kilograms, but I do not feel that I have suffered a physical defeat. Most likely, this is a loss of a huge amount of energy or bioenergy.
- Eating is emotionally difficult. Sometimes I can eat normally, but most of the time it is hard.
- I feel as if I have been turned inside out. All emotions are experienced rather than merely registered as before. I do not hide them.
- I feel that I have lost my footing, with an inner emptiness and a sense that all actions are meaningless. Sometimes it goes away, but it is present almost constantly.
- Sometimes I have “bad” thoughts.
Despite all this, I do not want to lie down and do nothing. On the contrary, some kind of activity has emerged, resembling restlessness. I want to do everything right now. And I feel that this is not always right, that it is morally exhausting, so I try somehow to correct it.
And somehow I manage to hold all this back through some inner strength and willpower. Sometimes I feel that the edge is very close, that I am about to fall apart either physically or mentally. Then some reserves begin to activate, and energy to do something comes from somewhere else.
KAY sessions help me a lot; they pull me together.
I have gained a great deal from the self-tuning sessions and practices on the Your Yoga website, and from the UN course. Somehow, I found and did them intuitively. And there is an effect!
From this practice, I expect not only relaxation, but also greater awareness for further development. I am sure that describing my state is already part of the practice—I have already begun going through it🙂

Well, yes 🤔....
What can I say? The practice is good and effective, as is everything else I have found here.
This is something different—something that has left me deeply astonished.
In general, I did the same thing as a child, before school and in the early grades. Of course, I wasn't conscious of it. And I often did it for some reason. Then it all somehow disappeared.

Moreover, I am not searching for an answer now; I have the feeling that this is simply how it should be.

Yes
I banned this post a long time ago. But I seemed to be coping with my anxiety, fortunately there are already many tools available. And then another unforeseen event happened that simply knocked the ground out from under my feet.
If I start from the very beginning, stress was present in my life even before I was born, since my parents were not an ideal couple and conflicts existed from the outset. Later, I studied at a good school, and in order to meet its standards I had to study a lot. There was stress from ordinary lessons, quizzes, tests, exams, competitions, and so on. There was stress in mathematics, dictations, and physical education (especially since I couldn't jump high enough to achieve the required result, ran slowly, and so on). Then came university and work. In Castaneda's terms, “petty tyrants” were present throughout my life, and whenever I managed to cope (though perhaps I didn't), a more powerful teacher appeared. I won't list all the traumatic situations; they occurred both in my personal life and elsewhere. They seemed to have been forgotten, but they are still in my memory if I dig deep enough. But I had to be strong, otherwise I wouldn't survive. Then began a period of self-improvement, asking myself whether I needed to correct or improve something so that everything would get better. I set very high standards for myself. Perhaps the main thing is understanding that I don't need to change myself, but to understand myself, although the path of exploration itself led to interesting discoveries and learning. However, no one is protected from having to start from zero, practically in every area as well. I am not giving up; I am beginning. But then this situation happened, and it seems as though all my strength has gone somewhere. Fear overwhelmed me—the fear that I would lose everything again. Perhaps it really is the fear of death, although I clearly understand that it is a transition and that there is no death as such. More deeply, it is probably the fear of a long, agonizing death; of ending up on the street without money or family and loved ones; and also the fear of being unable to help my family (that they might suddenly die, even though they are alive and still have a roof over their heads). Yes, I cannot control this; I cannot control their lives, nor can I control the length of my own life or various unforeseen situations either.
What are some ways to help myself? Breathe, and understand that everything is fine at this moment. Help has always come to me before, even in miraculous ways. A way out will be found. There is КЭЙ, and there is the knowledge that as long as I am alive, I must look for a solution. In the end, this has already turned into a therapy session 🙏.

Yes, I admit I have no gift for writing, but it can be developed, so I do my best.
The topic is tension: as long as we have a body, there will be tension—that’s the truth.
The principle of the body’s existence includes tension followed by relaxation. The question is always one of balance, of harmony: to tense up in moderation and relax in moderation. This is, of course, a problem for me. There are periods of excessive tension in my life—there just are—but that’s only half the trouble. Once, there was a period of excessive relaxation: meditation, bliss, joy! My wife even said that soon I wouldn’t be able to work, I was so relaxed. But the family has to be fed, so I went back to exerting myself and earning money; without it, there’s nowhere to go in this world. I understand intellectually that I need to learn to earn a living through work I love, and I’m gradually moving in that direction. For now, though, there is tension because I have to work in fields I don’t particularly enjoy. But when you work for God, any work can bring joy! Every day I try to release tension. I would be happy to hear about any practice. Thank you! 🙏
