Day 2.
I managed to see a light, slightly glowing outline around my fingers. I also managed to see the same faint glow around my dog. When moving, the glow did not disappear.
The sound exercises help me concentrate, switch off unnecessary thoughts, and dispel restlessness. I can feel myself attuning to the external environment.
Thank you!

Day 2.
Before the humming, I saw a transparent outline around my finger against the white background, and after the humming I also saw a glow. When I moved my hand slightly, the glow did not disappear but followed my hand.
Then I looked at the ficus; light, transparent bands were clearly visible around the edges of the leaves.
Then I went up to the mirror and looked at my head. I saw a semi-transparent, slightly milky-colored light emanating from it...

Day 2
During the first stage, while visualizing the aura, a subtle haze around the fingers became easily visible.
After the inner humming, against the background of the same wall, the interspace between the fingers of the same palm became much wider and began to strangely and effortlessly change its movement and color. In the end, there was a feeling that all the previously defined boundaries had become less dense and merged, like certain moving waves between the fingers, dissolving into the movement of everything. The color changed from cloudy white to gray and shimmering silvery-gray.

Yes
Here I am talking about the practice of Bhramari, assuming that you are studying diligently at Mahapurna School and, of course, already know about Bhramari.
For example, here — Yogendra — I said this in 2021.
And, of course, even earlier on the Your Yoga website.

🔮 RESONANT CLAIRVOYANCE

DAY 3. SENSING THE INVISIBLE
⠀
The “Invisible Sphere” practice. The art of sensing the space between the palms.
⠀
Dear friends! Today is the third day of our “Resonant Clairvoyance” workshop.
⠀
Over the previous two days, we have already taken a short journey into the unusual world of human perception.
⠀
On the first day, we explored the inner screen of consciousness, observing luminous phenomena and images with our eyes closed.
⠀
On the second day, we turned to the outer world and tried to see subtle luminous contours around the fingers, palms, and human body.
⠀
Today, however, something completely different awaits us.
⠀
We will try to feel what we are not touching.
⠀
Imagine that you are holding your hands in front of you, with nothing between them. At least, nothing visible.
⠀
But then you slowly bring your palms closer together—and suddenly notice warmth, tingling, slight resistance, and sometimes even the sensation that an invisible ball is between your hands.
⠀
You move your palms apart—the sensations change. You bring them together again—they return.
⠀
What is it? Heat? The work of the nervous system? Features of perception? Or what ancient Eastern teachings called vital energy?
⠀
Today we will explore different explanations of this phenomenon and, most importantly, try to investigate everything ourselves.
⠀
🕉 PART ONE. PRANA AND QI—TWO ANCIENT CONCEPTIONS OF VITAL ENERGY
⠀
In Indian philosophy, there is the concept of prana—the breath of life, the vital force permeating all living things.
⠀
According to yogic understanding, prana is connected not only with physical breathing. It is regarded as a subtle principle of vital activity involved in the functioning of the body and consciousness.
⠀
This concept is associated with the teaching of nadis—subtle channels through which, according to tradition, prana flows.
⠀
In Chinese culture, we encounter a related in meaning but independent concept—qi.
⠀
Qi occupies an important place in Chinese philosophy, traditional medicine, and practices such as qigong and tai chi.
⠀
The word “qigong” itself is usually translated as working with vital energy or the skill of cultivating it.
⠀
One of the characteristic features of qigong is the combination of three elements:
⠀
Breathing, movement, and attention.
⠀
A person performs slow, fluid movements, synchronizes them with their breathing, and focuses on the sensations that arise.
⠀
Outwardly, such exercises may seem extremely simple. However, anyone who has performed them attentively at least once knows how unusual the sensations in one’s own body can become.
⠀
Some qigong traditions use movements reminiscent of holding a large ball in front of the chest.
⠀
The arms are gently rounded, the palms face each other, and the movements are smooth and almost imperceptible.
⠀
Practitioners sometimes describe the resulting sensations as if an invisible, resilient substance were present between the palms.
⠀
In traditional esoteric explanations, this is associated with the perception and movement of qi.
⠀
However, it is important to understand that science has not established the existence of qi as a separate measurable form of physical energy.
⠀
This makes it all the more interesting to explore the sensations that can genuinely arise during such exercises.
⠀
🔬 PART TWO. WHAT DOES SCIENCE SAY ABOUT OUR BODILY PERCEPTION?
⠀
Human skin is an amazingly sensitive organ.
⠀
It can perceive touch, pressure, vibration, cold, and heat. But our bodily sensations extend far beyond that.
⠀
The brain constantly receives information from the muscles, joints, tendons, and internal organs.
⠀
Thanks to this information, we can determine the position of our own hands even with our eyes closed.
⠀
For example, if you close your eyes and slowly bring your finger toward the tip of your nose, you will most likely be able to perform this movement quite accurately.
⠀
Even though you cannot see your hand at all!
⠀
This ability is made possible by proprioception — the perception of the position and movement of one’s own body.
⠀
There is another interesting concept — interoception.
⠀
This term refers to the processes of perceiving and processing signals about the body’s internal state.
⠀
Awareness of breathing, heartbeat, and many other bodily sensations is connected with these processes.
⠀
Some contemporary researchers view interoception as an important component of how a person experiences their own body and emotional state.
⠀
Scientific review: The Emerging Science of Interoception.
⠀
Now imagine that we combine several factors.
⠀
First, we warm our palms by rubbing them together.
⠀
Then we slowly bring them closer, attentively listening to the sensations.
⠀
Our brain simultaneously processes information about the position of the hands, skin temperature, muscle tension, and even barely perceptible movements of the air.
⠀
Moreover, a warm palm really does transfer thermal radiation to surrounding surfaces, including the other palm.
⠀
As a result, some very unusual experiences may arise: warmth, pulsation, tingling, a feeling of fullness, or even a peculiar elasticity of space.
⠀
Not everyone will experience everything listed above. But investigating these subtle sensations is itself highly interesting.
⠀
Perhaps it is not that a new sense organ appears, but rather that we begin using the abilities we already possess much more attentively.
⠀
And that in itself is astonishing.
⠀
🌌 PART THREE. CAN SOUND ENHANCE SENSITIVITY?
⠀
Now let us return to our main technique—Bhramari.
⠀
In previous days, we used prolonged humming to prepare for inner contemplation and visual observation.
⠀
Today, however, we will try to explore its influence on bodily perception.
⠀
When a person performs Bhramari, they focus on the sound vibration, breathing, and inner sensations.
⠀
Attention gradually turns away from external events.
⠀
After the humming ends, a particularly interesting moment arises — silence.
⠀
The sound has already disappeared, but some sensations associated with producing it may still remain.
⠀
Today, we will try to shift this heightened attention from the area of the face and head to the palms.
⠀
In traditional esoteric language, one might say that we are directing consciousness toward the energetic interaction of the hands.
⠀
In scientific language, this concerns changing the direction of attention and exploring subtle bodily signals.
⠀
But the main point is not what we call what is happening. The main thing is what exactly we will feel.
⠀
So, let us begin.
⠀
✨ PART FOUR. “INVISIBLE SPHERE” PRACTICE
⠀
Duration: approximately 25 minutes.
⠀
For the session, you will need a quiet room, a comfortable chair, and some free space in front of you.
⠀
Ideally, the air temperature should be comfortable, and your hands should not be exposed to a strong draft from a fan or an open window.
⠀
It is best to perform the practice sitting down so that the shoulder and back muscles do not become tired.
⠀
🌿 STAGE 1. FIRST ACQUAINTANCE WITH THE INVISIBLE — 3 MINUTES
⠀
Sit comfortably.
⠀
Straighten your back and relax your shoulders.
⠀
Now raise your hands in front of your chest.
⠀
Position your palms vertically, facing each other, approximately 15–20 centimeters apart.
⠀
Keep your fingers slightly bent and your palms relaxed.
⠀
Imagine that you are holding a small ball, but for now, do not deliberately try to feel anything.
⠀
Close your eyes.
⠀
Very slowly, begin bringing your palms closer together, leaving a few centimeters between them.
⠀
Then move them apart just as slowly.
⠀
Repeat the movement five or six times.
⠀
Notice: what do you feel between your palms?
⠀
Perhaps only the movement of your own hands.
⠀
Perhaps a slight warmth.
⠀
Or maybe tingling, pulsation, or something else.
⠀
Do not try to create anything deliberately.
⠀
This is our initial observation, to which we will return after the sound practice.
⠀
🕉 STAGE 2. SOUND AWAKENING — 4 MINUTES
⠀
Lower your hands onto your knees.
⠀
Close your eyes.
⠀
Take a calm, natural breath in through your nose.
⠀
On a slow exhalation, begin gently vocalizing:
⠀
M-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m...
⠀
Try to feel the vibration around your lips, nose, and face.
⠀
Let the sound be steady, pleasant, and not too loud.
⠀
Do not try to hum for as long as possible. The exhalation should remain comfortable.
⠀
Complete seven cycles of Bhramari.
⠀
During the first three cycles, listen to the vibration in your head.
⠀
During the next two, mentally expand the area of your attention, noticing sensations throughout your entire body.
⠀
During the final two, imagine that the sound becomes a soft wave, gradually dissolving into inner space.
⠀
After the final hum, become silent.
⠀
Sit in silence for about a minute.
⠀
Feel your breath, face, hands, and fingertips.
⠀
There is no need to imagine anything. Simply listen to yourself.
⠀
🔥 STAGE 3. AWAKENING THE PALMS — 3 MINUTES
⠀
Now open your eyes.
⠀
Bring your palms together and begin gently rubbing them against each other.
⠀
Do this for approximately 20–30 seconds.
⠀
Feel your skin gradually warming up.
⠀
Then stop rubbing and slowly move your palms apart.
⠀
Notice the warmth that has appeared.
⠀
Now gently stroke the back of each hand several times with the other palm.
⠀
You can also gently massage your fingers and wrists.
⠀
After this, again place your palms facing each other.
⠀
But this time, do not bring them together.
⠀
Leave a distance of approximately 10–15 centimeters between them.
⠀
Close your eyes.
⠀
Feel both palms simultaneously.
⠀
Not only their surface, but also the full variety of sensations arisingsensations.
⠀
You may notice warmth, a slight tingling, or the beating of your pulse.
⠀
Try to mentally focus on the space between your hands.
⠀
This is where the most interesting part of today’s experience begins.
⠀
🔮 STAGE 4. CREATING AN INVISIBLE SPHERE — 7 MINUTES
⠀
Imagine that there is a transparent sphere between your palms.
⠀
You cannot see it, and you do not know whether it exists in any physical sense.
⠀
It is simply an image that will help us organize our movements and attention.
⠀
Now begin slowly bringing your palms closer together.
⠀
Very slowly.
⠀
As if there were something extremely fragile between them.
⠀
Stop when the distance is approximately five centimeters.
⠀
Pay attention to your sensations.
⠀
Then begin moving your hands apart just as slowly.
⠀
Do not hurry.
⠀
Let a space 20–25 centimeters wide gradually form between your palms.
⠀
Stop again.
⠀
What has changed?
⠀
Repeat the movement several times.
⠀
Now try to imagine that your palms are not simply moving, but exploring the surface of an invisible sphere.
⠀
You can turn your hands slightly, change their position a little, or bring your fingers closer together.
⠀
At the same time, there is no need to tense your muscles or deliberately create resistance to the movement.
⠀
Our task is to observe natural sensations, not imitate them.
⠀
Some people may feel an unusual pulsation.
⠀
Others — a barely perceptible warmth that seems to move along with the hands.
⠀
Still others notice a feeling of elasticity, as though a soft cushion were held between the palms.
⠀
If you experience something similar, do not rush to explain it.
⠀
Simply try to stay with it.
⠀
Perhaps the sensations will become more noticeable and then disappear.
⠀
Perhaps they will change as you bring your palms closer together and weaken again as you move them apart.
⠀
Keep your breathing calm.
⠀
Now stop the movement.
⠀
Leave your palms about 10 centimeters apart.
⠀
Close your eyes if they were open.
⠀
Imagine that an invisible sphere is resting between your hands.
⠀
But do not try to convince yourself that it exists.
⠀
Simply observe what happens to your sensations when your hands remain still.
⠀
Stay in this position for 30–40 seconds.
⠀
🌠 STAGE 5. RESONANCE AND THE SPHERE — 5 MINUTES
⠀
Now we will conduct one more experiment.
⠀
Without changing the position of your hands, breathe in calmly.
⠀
As you exhale, softly say again:
⠀
M-m-m-m-m-m-m-m...
⠀
When the sound ends, remain in complete silence for a while.
⠀
Pay attention to your palms.
⠀
Has anything changed?
⠀
Has the warmth become more noticeable?
⠀
Has something new arisentingling?
⠀
Has your sense of the distance between your hands changed?
⠀
Repeat three such cycles: humming, then silence and observation.
⠀
After that, try bringing your palms slowly closer together several more times.
⠀
Compare the sensations with what was happening at the very beginning of the session.
⠀
If there are differences, remember them.
⠀
If there are no differences, that is also an important observation.
⠀
From one such experience, we cannot determine whether the changes were caused by humming, rubbing the hands, repeating the movements, or focusing attention.
⠀
However, we can learn to notice our sensations much more accurately.
⠀
✨ STAGE 6. COMPLETION — 3 MINUTES
⠀
Now slowly move your palms apart.
⠀
Lower your hands onto your knees.
⠀
Close your eyes.
⠀
Sit quietly for a while.
⠀
Feel your hands, fingers, and forearms.
⠀
Then turn your attention to your entire body.
⠀
Listen to your breathing.
⠀
Do not rush to return to your everyday activities.
⠀
Silently say to yourself:
⠀
“I am learning to feel my body and attentively observe what previously passed unnoticed by my consciousness.”
⠀
Now open your eyes.
⠀
The practice is complete.
⠀
🧪 PART FIVE. ADDITIONAL EXPERIMENT “INVISIBLE PRESENCE”
⠀
And now I would like to offer you another interesting experiment.
⠀
For this, it is advisable to invite an assistant.
⠀
Sit comfortably and place one hand on the table, palm up.
⠀
Close your eyes.
⠀
Ask your assistant to slowly bring their palm to within a few centimeters of your hand from time to time, without touching it.
⠀
At other times, they should keep their hand to the side.
⠀
Your task is to try to determine when the other person's palm is actually nearby.
⠀
To make the experiment more interesting, the assistant should randomly choose ten trials in advance: in five of them, they should bring their hand close, and in the other five, they should not.
⠀
Each trial should last the same amount of time. The assistant should announce only its beginning and end, without hinting at the correct answer.
⠀
After each trial, write down: “Hand nearby” or “No hand.”
⠀
Only after completing all ten trials should you compare your records with what actually happened.
⠀
Of course, an experiment like this is not a rigorous test of extrasensory abilities. A person may notice warmth, air movement, sounds, or other physical cues. And random coincidences are inevitable.
⠀
But it allows us to ask a very interesting question:
⠀
How accurately can we recognize subtle sensations without using our eyesight?
⠀
And if you enjoy this experiment, try repeating it on another day, changing the distance between your palms.
⠀
Don’t rush to draw conclusions from the first coincidences. The research process itself is more interesting here.
⠀
📖 PART SIX. THE JOURNAL OF RESONANT CLAIRVOYANCE
⠀
Today, our journal will be enriched with new observations.
⠀
After the practice, answer the following questions:
⠀
1. What did you feel between your palms before performing Bhramari?
⠀
2. Did any new sensations appear after humming and rubbing your hands together?
⠀
3. Did you get the feeling that there was an invisible sphere between your palms?
⠀
4. Which sensations were most noticeable: warmth, tingling, pulsation, pressure, elasticity, or something else?
⠀
5. Did the sensations change as you brought your palms closer together and moved them apart?
⠀
6. Did additional humming cycles affect your perception?
⠀
7. If you performed the experiment with an assistant, how many out of ten answers were correct?
⠀
Remember that there are no right or wrong experiences here.
⠀
Everyone has their own sensitivity, your nervous system’s individual characteristics and your experience of concentration.
⠀
The main thing is to observe carefully and record what actually happened.
⠀
🌟 PART SEVEN. WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED TODAY?
⠀
Let’s briefly review what we’ve learned.
⠀
On the first day, we observed inner images.
⠀
On the second, we explored unusual visual effects around physical objects.
⠀
Today, we turned our attention to sensations that can arise without direct contact between the hands.
⠀
With each session, we become more familiar with the specific features of our own perception.
⠀
In the traditions of yoga and qigong, exercises like these are regarded as part of working with vital energy.
⠀
Modern science describes our sensations using concepts related to the nervous system, thermal sensitivity, proprioception, and attention.
⠀
That is why it is important for us to remain both open-minded and observant.
⠀
We should not dismiss our own experiences simply because they are unusual.
⠀
But neither should we rush to explain every tingling sensation or change in temperature as the action of invisible forces.
⠀
Genuine investigation begins when we can distinguish what we actually felt from what we merely assume.
⠀
And yet there is something truly beautiful about today’s session.
⠀
A person who previously perceived their own hands merely as tools for everyday tasks suddenly discovers how rich the world of sensations can be.
⠀
In a space where, it would seem, there is nothing, they begin to notice warmth, movement, and subtle signals from their own body.
⠀
And perhaps it is with such small discoveries that the great journey into the depths of human consciousness begins.
⠀
🌌 WHAT AWAITS US TOMORROW?
⠀
Tomorrow we will move on to one of the most mysterious areas of our practicum.
⠀
DAY 4. A QUESTION FOR THE AKASHIC SPACE.
⠀
In the esoteric tradition, there is a concept of a kind of universal space of knowledge where, according to this teaching, information about events, thoughts, and phenomena is preserved.
⠀
It is called the Akashic Space, or the Akashic Records.
⠀
Whether such a repository actually exists is a question to which science has not yet provided a confirming answer.
⠀
But we can explore another remarkable phenomenon: the ability of human consciousness to unexpectedly generate images, associations, and answers that do not arise during ordinary, concentrated thought.
⠀
Tomorrow we will try to formulate a question, enter a state of deep inner silence, and observe whatanswers arise in our consciousness.
⠀
And today I invite you to share the results of the third practice.
⠀
Were you able to sense the invisible sphere between your palms? What exactly did you feel? Did the sensations change after the sound resonance?
⠀
I’ll be glad to read your observations!
⠀
✨ To be continued...

Day 2. I clearly see a bright outline around the perimeter of the hand. After Bhramari, the space around the hand became denser at a distance of 5–6 cm. This was clearly visible when looking in a relaxed way and disappeared when I tried to see it better. There is also a good outline around the perimeter of an object and a person.

Practice for 2 days. Before the practice, I could see a thin strip of a slightly lighter shade. After the humming practice, the aura became a little wider; when I moved my hand, the aura followed the outline of my palm. After observing for longer, I could see the continuation of the fingers extending lengthwise (like rays) more clearly, but not distinctly—as a light glow without a defined outline. It was easier to see against a darker background; there was no other person nearby. I tried with a live flower: the outline felt more yellow compared with my palm (which appeared more white) and followed the flower’s outline. It is more difficult to remain in the calm state in which perception becomes attuned. It will be interesting to observe what I can see under different lighting.

Namaste!
Day 2.
1. Before the sound practice, a transparent outline about 0.5 cm wide was noticeable around the fingers; it moved together with the hand.
2. After 7 cycles of Bhramari, the outline around the fingers increased to 1.5–2 cm.
3–4. The outline appeared as a transparent haze: light against a light background, transparent-grayish against a colored background. Against a dark background, I saw that the outline itself was transparent but had a sort of golden edging, and at the fingertips there were no rounded shapes but rather sharp cones—in other words, it did not exactly follow the contours of the fingers. When I changed the position of my hand and the direction of my gaze, the outline between the fingers changed.
5. I also managed to notice a similar outline around another person.
6. As it turned out, it was difficult to maintain a relaxed gaze without expecting to see anything. Therefore, I had to practice Bhramari periodically to return to the desired state.
A very interesting experience!
Thank you, Om Shanti!
