+ Joining in. Yesterday I did 6 sets of 16 squats = 96, plus one set of 12. Total = 108 reps.
I periodically do similar exercises during work: squats, push-ups, and leaning over a chair for the abs.
Sometimes I add dumbbell curls for the biceps. A total of 4–5 sets per day. I do this for a week, then take a break and continue whenever possible. I haven’t tried doing it for a long period yet, but during the intensive I’ll do 108 reps.

The idea of the intensive immediately resonated with me, since I practice some very simple exercises twice a day, and I have already started seeing positive changes in my general well-being, sleep quality, and so on. Somehow, the issue with facial swelling resolved itself; they couldn’t determine the cause for a long time, and the tests and ultrasound showed that everything was fine, but the problem wouldn’t go away.
And now we have added enjoyable group squats as well . This is my second day practicing, and I can already feel a certain boost. I wonder what it will be like in a month; I’m very interested to observe the changes in myself and learn about the participants’ personal successes, since everyone will experience their own amazing transformations.
Yesterday I completed 4 sets of 10 reps; it was all a bit spontaneous, but
Today I’ve already started properly, with morning exercises after waking up, followed by the established schedule.
Wishing us all success and perseverance.
Namaste! Yesterday I managed to do 6 sets of 10 squats! Today I’ll be on the road all day, but I’ll still find opportunities to do the exercises! I feel good and I’m in a great mood! I wish all participants success in completing the marathon!
+ Today I deliberately did 5 sets of 15 reps. I also did squats several times while doing various household chores. I squatted down and wiped the baseboard; squatted several times and picked up toys from the floor, etc.
+ What a wonderful and beneficial intensive! I’m joining in
I only managed to do it once today; starting tomorrow, I’ll do it when my alarm goes off.
Wishing everyone success in this wonderful intensive

Seven sets of 10 squats and 5 push-ups. The push-ups were already easier today (yesterday was tough; they were more like “something resembling” push-ups ). But the “warm-ups” are going especially well .
