This is my third day doing the practice, 6–7 sets a day. I do ten, fifteen, sometimes twenty squats, depending on how I feel. Walking like a goose in a squat is very useful for strengthening the legs and knees, which is what I do—remember how we used to walk like that in PE at school!
Namaste! I’m taking part in the intensive!
Yesterday +2 sets; I already do squats in the morning anyway, and added 1 more in the evening.
Today +5, planning at least 3 more

Day 3 (7 sets of 12 squats)
It’s interesting to observe how my state changes, how after each set
my systems restart. The body seems to smile at the soul and encourage the mind
+
9 sets of 10 reps. Day 2.
I’m starting to feel my muscles.
I’m determined to continue.
It’s very joyful to realize that someone else is practicing the same thing. It supports and inspires me and adds perseverance.
I noticed that sometimes I want to add another exercise.
And it works as a reminder. Of what’s important.
I’m grateful for the tip about setting alarms!) I wouldn’t have managed without it so far.
Day 3
6 sets of 6 squats
It turned out to be one set fewer than yesterday because at the scheduled time I was walking along an open street near a highway, and although it was already dark, I felt kind of awkward squatting in the middle of the road
Over the three days, I’ve felt my muscles grow stronger and firmer. And today I discovered that climbing the stairs in the underpass was easy; my legs didn’t get tired at all... Overall, I feel more energetic
I really like the intensive!
Today I continued the practice and completed
about 7 sets—I didn’t count exactly—of 12–15 reps each. I haven’t done barbell squats in a long time; I think I’ll start with a light weight, but that would be more of a workout, twice a week.
