+ Namaste! I’m continuing to participate in the intensive: 7 sets of 12 squats. Thank you to the participants for your feedback—it’s very motivating! I wish everyone continued success in their practice!
I’m continuing to participate, following the standard of 7 sets of 10 repetitions. Starting today, my colleague is squatting along with me; we decided to check in with each other via messenger every two hours so we don’t accidentally miss a session.
But I had to order sports knee braces because my left knee has started acting up suspiciously.
I wish everyone the strength and motivation to continue—it really is a very effective intensive! I like what I’m observing in my new sense of self.
Namaste! Yesterday I completed my quota: 7 sets of 10–12 squats. I didn’t have the energy to record it, so I’m writing today. It really “spurs me on” that many people are doing this, and that I’m doing it together with them. I thank the Teacher and all the participants.
Namaste to everyone doing squats!
I continue this practice, which I’ve come to enjoy.
Depending on how I feel, I vary the number of sets and squats.
Thank you to Sergei Vasilyevich and the intensive participants for the inspiration
P.S. Neumyvakin’s method is a wonderful way to fit the practice in
and stick with it on low-energy days + the knees are massaged with a suitable oil (or, better yet, a full-body massage).
I practice every day, but yesterday I did only two sets, one in the morning and one in the evening. Today I returned to my previous classic pace of 7 sets of 10 repetitions. In the morning, before squatting, I first gently rub my knees, warm up the tissues, and stimulate lymph flow with a light warm-up; only then do I begin the squats.
Thank you all for your support and unwavering enthusiasm in carrying this out!
Namaste, everyone! I’m continuing the intensive. A month after it began, I don’t visit this thread every day; I check in occasionally. Mostly I do 7 sets of 10 + add extra work for my arms and other areas. Thank you all for your invisible support
Report for 2 days. 5×15. I’ll share a little more in case it may be useful to someone. I became curious and asked AI how to improve my squats, considering that I would be doing only this one exercise. AI reminded me that it should be done slowly—that way, the effect is greater—and that I should add an upper-body exercise for balance (I happen to do one with circular arm raises). You can also draw in your stomach and consciously hold it in to work the deep muscles along with the squat.
Wishing everyone inspiration and lots of squats!
So, here’s my report. Yesterday I had neither the time nor the energy to do the practice. Today I’m feeling a little better. I did 7 sets of 10–12 squats again. But after yesterday’s fatigue, I had to do them by sheer force of will. I think I’ll be completely back on my feet tomorrow))
Намасте! Где ьы я не написала,везде выдается ошибка,и у меня ничего невозможно отправить написанное.Подскажите пожалуйста,это только у меня или у всех такое?
